I called the store directly to order my pizza as I was on hold with the call centre for too long lol. The man was so polite and accommodating and the pizza was DELICIOUS! This is a great locations to order from!

Misadvertises on the website shows a meal for 10.99 but provides you with options that add to the cost. Total ended up being more than 50% higher. Do better Pizza Hut.

Unfortunately after waiting an hour for my pizza not even get a free pizza, my $56 pizza has very small amounts of sauce and topping wich I am quite angry for it, I'm sorry for being such a long time customer but not receiving a good customer service what I expected from.

I’m afraid, after an hour waiting for my pizza what I received was a flat bread with a tiny topping. I paid around $50 and basically got bread and pieces of small amount of green pepper and mushroom. Not even noticeable cheese and pepperoni which I ordered.
I could say the cheapest ever pizza I had.
So sorry for a tremendous cheap Pizza Hut.
Never never nerve place order to this fenchise again.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and there was a big inside the box, the pizza right on top! So disgusting, I can never order eat here again.

Avoid at all costs. Payed 70 bucks and didn't receive my order. Called them and they said in order to get a refund I have to go there in person. Only under the threat of talking to corporate did they provide an email.
We have never ever got a correct order from this branch, ever.

I ordered a Veggie Pizza Lover and it was delicious with past speed services, it was all good and friendly staff, I recommend it to anyone this place.

Ordered for delivery, once you place order sometimes customers wants to make modification right dialed 10 times contacted the intermediate cust rep 2 times when they direct the calls nobody answers such a bad experience from this particular store the other store at donmills picked up in 2 secs.

Walked in to get a takeout pizza and the smell of garbage was overwhelming. Couldn't imagine eating a pizza from a place that smelled like that so we walked right back out.

Eat here 1-2 times A month. Food is always hot and fresh. Topping amounts are on the skimpy side so that’s annoying and to have to remind them when I place the order.

Good pizza, but the worst cashier ever. A lady with glasses will make u wait for no reason. Employee like her will ruin the business. They should do something. Terrible!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I Had to wait for about 20 minutes to place an order even though they saw me walking in the store and waiting at the cashier and yet it was like they didn’t care.

After receiving a burnt order of pizza and the store closing, the following day I connected as directed from their online customer service, to deal w the situation.
Talk about frustrating experience. It's the principal at this point of being charged for burnt inedible food. Then the audacity to feel you are resolving the matter, without asking questions, just going to send a next pizza, the day after, AS IF ANYONE WANTS YOUR CARDBOARD FOOD after that experience, less than 24 hrs ago? ! If you heard how this female manager was carrying on! Talking over me and really being uncessarily combative. I had to say at one point, you are acting like I did something to you when it's I who ordered and was given trash.like what the literal
She didn't even want to initially identify herself as the manager, it was only after I basically said, so you are either the manager trying to screen your calls or you are someone who needs to go get the person I've requested to speak to. At the end, stated, she'd issue the refund and would call back to confirm refund as she can't email it to me. Jus saying, yesterday came and went.no follow through.
I'm just going to call or drop by again today, Since we playin stupid catch me if you can, games.

I ordered a delivery about 5 times from the same location on 861 York Mills Rd #5, Toronto, ON M3B 1Y4. Sometimes I would get very few toppings like pinch on the multiple pizza's I would order. But I hate complaining about food. In the last delivery, I ordered a Supreme Meat Lover without swine, & I received only two slices out of the whole Panormous Pizza with the toppings. The rest of the slices on the Panormous Pizza had fragments of toppings. I've took photos. Either the person making the pizza is careless or does not enjoy making pizza or both. This is not honest work.
