Pizza Hut Toronto

The service is so bad, especially from the workers there, they are so rude.we tried to talk to them at least to apologize! But they never even we left the store as they kicked us out.

This is the worst service I have been seen, bad customer service, the way that they were talking so bad, they don’t know how to use please and sorry, they shouted at us in-front off the kids, the kids got very frustrated and they just wane to leave the place, also they refused to tell their name, because we want to do complain, any way the complaint have been submitted and this situation will not be normal.

They are very mean and rude the way that they were talking to the customer was unbelievable and disrespectful, they start instructing is so badly, they didn’t use any nice words, I don’t know what is customers service that they are giving, we were with 4 kids and all kids now very frustrated and feel super scared because them, also they refused to give their name, we will contact the company to do big complain about them

I came here for ist time. A girl at counter is amazing she know her job very well. Great suggestions for food and toppings as I do not know much about pizzas. I really love the pizza.will definitely come back.

My family has been a long time Pizza Hut fans. This is the first time where they messed up our order which is okay. As sometimes mistakes happens but the way the female cashier at this location communicated with rude condescending tone was unprofessional. The pizza and wings were delicious but im giving 2 stars solely based on their poor customer service. I recommend avoiding this location if you want to avoid rude employee who makes customers feel bad for bringing up their mistake.

I ordered “pizza of the day” it was supposed to be a pepperoni pizza. It arrived with no cheese. My kids will not eat that. I have been on hold for 30 min so far with no answer

I work new to this area working in same building. I visited this shop and the lady at recoeption was soo rude and unprofessional. I asked her how long it may take the pizza to be ready?
She responded that " I told you once it will take 20 mins" and my colleagues shocked after her behavior. I am so sorry they dont deserve even 1 star.

The call centre number is full of people that can't help you and hang up on you. This High Park location doesn't answer. I waited an hour and half for pizza that arrived cold and no one could help me find out any info regarding my order.
Absolutely disgusted and will move on to King Slice or Domino's

They never have some items on the menu, I tried to order for months macaroni with meat and they never have it, but the staff is friendly and the food is good.
