Unfortunately Pizza Hut does not know how to make pizza anymore: (They will put your toppings underneath the cheese like the toppings is the first thing they put on your pizza. I was told they do this so the oven doesn’t burn the pepperoni smh they will Also spit in your pizza if you complain or ask to make the pizza the right way I woke up today with sever food poisoning

Well, I guess this will be my last time buying from Pizza Hut until a very long time when I hear things are better…. Cos I don’t understand why there will be no sauce on my pizza… it was just like bread and cheese… Waste of money

Jane and Finch location. Size/weight and quality of pizza going downhill. Cutting costs it appears. Staff couldn’t be bothered to thank me for my pickup order.

This location puts no care in the service they provide. Mini Cinnabon? Sent without icing. Third time this has happened. My Box, sent without wings. Call for help or correction of order? They pass you off to Uber for a $5 credit. Save yourself the trouble and order from Papa John's. They should be checking their orders before it leaves the store. This is the basics. These kinds of mistakes are sloppy and careless.

I'm here with my family, we made the order, I'm waiting two hours for him to receive the pizza, he called back and they don't say that he hasn't received an order, it's not fair that one is waiting hungry at home and they can't take care of him ok a bad experience with Jane and Finch from Pizza Hut

Foods good and very hot.sometimes the workers dont pickup the phone though

The WORST Pizza Hut! They NEVER answer their phone, then when it hangs up on you and you call back, the phone line is busy. It’s like these people don’t like to make money or something. Then when you call another Pizza Hut, they “aren’t the ones who you are suppose to call”

I placed an order for a pick up a few days ago, it was a personal pan pizza that I got. I got home and started to eat it and on the third slice I felt something in my mouth, it was a long strand of hair connecting throughout the slice under the toppings. This location or ALL locations need to start implementing hair nets. This was highly disturbing because I usually order from this location.

Food was fine, i ordered instore and the worker didn’t bother notifying me my order was ready. I was sitting inside the store in plain sight. Usually restaurants would call you if your order is ready, for example: “Order X” or your name. Instead I sat down for no reason when I could’ve gotten my order and left 15 minutes ago.

Not the cleanest store. But it's always fresh and delicious. I wouldn't recommend dining in.

The workers are nice.

Food is good no problem with that. However service is reckless. Staff is extremely rude. Could you care to explain what does contactless delivery means? Than why do drivers always argue regarding you will have to pick up we do not come upstairs? Also in the past 5-6 order I placed order is always a missing item, late delivery or arrogant delivery person. I would never recommend online order for this particular store the company should think about opening a other location nearby. It not like I do not know how things work in food industry works. One cannot deny a customer if he/she is not able to come pick up the order. That is the whole point of contact less delivery.

I always order contactless delivery on their website. The food is good no complaints about that but they really need to improve their delivery services. I usually order contactless delivery which means they have to deliver on our doorstep but they ask us to come downstairs to pick up the order so what’s the point of paying upfront and choosing contactless delivery options? Also 3-4 times they are missing items in my order. I can understand that mistakes happen but not every time. Really need to improve management and delivery services.

I ordered 15 chicken tenders and I bit into one and it was undercooked. I contacted management and couldn’t be given a proper response as to now it could have happened. Clearly the place is being improperly managed and I wouldn’t recommend this place if filled with idiots. FRYERS PAY ATTENTION!
