Pizza Hut Toronto

The whole point of delivery is for the customer not going out of their home. The delivery person called me from her car lying that she's in the lobby! Went down and had to wait for her to come in. She did that just so she doesn't have to come up. Why did I pay 5$ for delivery+tips then? ! Rude and unprofessional. Beside all that, I could see in the app that my pizza has been delivered but I got a call that it's gonna be 15 mintues late. They basically cheated their own system to show that their location is delivering on time but in fact they're not! Last time getting food from this location.

One slice had almost no cheese, and we had to both recut and reheat our pizzas. We also had some dropped calls upon ordering, our overall experience was not great.

Ordered a pizza and it just didn't arrive. Still charged me the full amount. I tried to call support twice. After explaining my situation they both times put me on hold and just hung up 5 minutes later.

The food wasn’t that bad. I’m giving it a 1 star review because the person working there was a rude and there was hair in our food. We were already halfway through our meal when my friend found 3 or 4 French fries with hair on them. We told the person working there and they just said “oh well I’m sorry about that. ” I understand that sometimes there can be problems with the food but I feel as though we should have been offered a refund. We ending up asked him and he gave us a $4 refund when the meal was $28. I don’t think I’ll be eating at Pizza Hut again anytime soon.

Service was ok, but takeout pizza had a raw dough, so we couldn't eat. Alfredo pasta sauce was very diluted that I couldn't taste any thing. Are you trying to save the cost? Then it is very disappointing. We are not fancy eater, we just wanted to eat reasonable food. No more Pizza Hut in Toronto. All we have same experiences.

I looked at menu and ordered a 12 Hawaiian for 25plus when i went to get it they had the same pizza but bigger and for only 19.99 I confronted the guy and said well thats what you ordered he should have said what the special was im sure he pocketed the difference never will i be back

Delivery person was very rude and because of that my whole experience of having Pizza was bad. We did not expected this kind of behaviour and experience from such a big brand like Pizzas hut.

Very bad customer service. Delivery guy is so rude.at this store they are bunch of people who just don’t know how to treat costomers!
