Pizza Hut Woodbridge

Very bad experience, i have been buying pizza from this location since many years but I’m done with this location. Management is not good, rude staff, bad customer service. Please don’t waste your money at this location and go else where. Trust me on that! They don’t know how to cook a well done pizza, I called them to let them know that pizza was not well done as I have asked for it to be well done but they said they can’t do anything about it. Other Pizza Hut locations are not like this, these people just know how to show attitude. Don’t buy from this location and save your money!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! Honestly google needs to change their one star option and start doing no star because some places along with this one deserves no stars. Unfortunately for the sake of this review I would need to give them a star. I have always went out of my way to go to this specific location of Pizza Hut. Today for the first time I found their pizza to be undercooked even after especially calling them to make it well done. Now thinking back, how does a pizza get ready in 10 minutes? Anyway, upon opening the pizza and taking a bite out of it I found it to be extremely chewy and undercooked. I called the hut and the guy on the phone was arguing with us instead of coming up with a solution or even apologizing. He kept on saying no one has ever complained (I don’t think they look at their reviews). He looked at my order history too and knew I WAS a loyal customer and started saying that we never complained before which was exactly my point. He refused a refund, refused to get a new one delivered and just wanted us to deal with it. He said he’ll give us a refund but even if a bite was taken from it he won’t. I think he wanted me to regurgitate it and present it to him on a silver platter. Anyway like I always say, BEWARE spend your hard earned money ELSEWHERE!

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. The male staff all have very bad manners towards customers.

Please Give some training to your staff HOW TO CUT THE PIZZA

AND HOW TO TALK WITH EACH OTHER (COLLEAGUES) IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER.

The absolute worst! No customer service, the store and employee was dirty. Grease stains clothes, scratching his head with the same hand he wants to prepare your food with. Pizza Hut should be ashamed that this is the representative they want working for the organization. They send you survey emails and then when you do the survey and get the code the store says you can’t use it with no explanation! Stay clear of this location. I would not trust them to prepare my food and the employee needs a lesson in manners and customer service! Absolutely disgusting!

Very untidy place when you enter inside. And nobody at counter. They are busy eating their own food. Typical people.

I made an order in the app and it was cancelled because they said the kitchen closed at 10: 30. The Store is open till 11 on the app. Owner had no reason to cancel my order and said next time they will update their hours.

I called another pizza hut open till 11 and they had no problem taking my order and said the kitchen is open untill the store is closed.

Person on the phone was pretty rude and seemed like they just wanted to end the night early despite their official hours. I suggest going to other locations.

Ordered a Supreme Lover's pizza on the phone for delivery. Strictly and very clearly requested there be no pork and to make such adjustments to the toppings. I received a pizza with pepperoni. I called to inform them of their error. The conversation went like this:

Pizza Hut: "You said no pork, not no pepperoni. "
Me: "Pepperoni is pork. "
Pizza Hut: *confused*
Me: "What is pepperoni then? "
Pizza Hut: "Meat, thinly sliced meat. "
Me: "Okay, meat from where? "
Pizza Hut: "I don't know. "
Me: "It consists of pork! "

You can not make this up. He also refused to deliver me a new pizza unless I paid delivery charge again. He continued to convince me it was my fault that I only requested no pork, and not no pepperoni. I am still dumbfounded that an individual working at a pizza store is not knowledgeable of the origins of their toppings.

Worst Pizza Hut in Canada, the most rude workers. Absolutely wasted my time, when i asked for a the wrong order they gave me. Kept refusing to do it.

Unhappy staff.
No greeting to customers.
The staff body language is very annoying and irritating.
Avoid this location if u can.
