Hands down, the best pizza joint in the area! Crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and the overall quality are top-notch. If you're a pizza lover, you don't want to miss out on this gem!
I'd recommend they improve the accuracy of notifying customers when their pizza is ready. While they send SMS notifications, there's a significant delay, leading to instances where I've had to check in person only to find my pizza has been ready and waiting on the counter.
Cheese pizza tasted like 711. Cannot believe I spent >20 dollars on this. Potatoe waffles were awful. No taste. Both these items I wouldn't give a good rating.
Their veggie pizza was the only good thing. It could be an option other than ordering dominoes for a family. Sauces were good
Overall the prices are not appropriate for the food you receive. It shouldn't be more than 12 dollars for a pizza, not 20+ dollars.
Taste like Pakistani pizza. This pizza place for those people who love spicy food, I like subzi mandi pizza but it was little spicy too. They didn’t take too much time pizza was ready in 15-20 minutes. Customer service was good.we bought from Britannia and Mavis location.if you love spicy and Pakistani style pizza must visit.
Best pizza in the town. Excellent taste. Service is suks. Second time they said pay cash system is down I said I don't have cash then they twisted the wire and said now it's working I know they are stealing money from the cash register
Edit2: Went back yesterday after a couple of months, and the issues seem to have been fixed in the pizza. I do still have a lingering suspicion that they have changed their cheese suppliers, but its hard to say without knowing about their operations. The white sauce recipe is definitely changed from before and for the worse, but at least the pizzas are back to being baked right. I will return again. I hope they can return back to the original white sauce recipe and not this oilier and sweeter version that they have now.
Edit1: Updating this review. After regularly having their pizza for a couple of years, which was always very good, they seem to have changed something recently. Is it the cheese? The dough? The baking process? It's hard to say as someone sitting not he outside, but the last 2 - 3 times have been disappointing. The white sauce is far oilier as well. If Pizza K is reading this, I hope they can move back to their original recipes and suppliers because this subtle change in taste will drive away older customers like me (if it hasn't already).
The pizza reminded me of the best days of pizza hut in Karachi but with a spicy twist. Folks, if you've had good pizza in Pakistan that has that local touch, you know what I am talking about. If you want that feeling again and that same great feeling of soft bread all cheesed up with nice spicy toppings then try their mirchisauga pizza. You won't be disappoint. I came all the way from Hamilton and wasn't disappointed. The dough was nice and soft with plenty of flavorful toppings and the right amount of spice that left just enough heat lingering to make you want more but not burn the mouth. I recommend it folks, worth a shot.
Their pizzas are delicious and very reminiscent of authentic pizza in Karachi but the service is lacking. They need to do a better job of training their staff
Usually this place is fantastic with the pizza looking like it was made fresh, but this time during Ramadan I ordered 5 pizzas and it looked dry and not fresh. Hope this doesn't continue like this.
This place is so badly mismanaged. They tell 35 mins wait and then make you wait 1.5 hour for a pizza. The customer service is horrendous! They really need to work on hiring better staff who cares about their business because the staff working does not care about customer service. I will definitely be calling 1.5 hours for my pizza.
I have never been a pizza fan, but K Pizza has completely changed the game for me. It is always made fresh and tastes amazing every time. Karachiano and Mirchisauaga are our household favorites
Every time I walk in Arsh and her other colleagues are very welcoming, I am regularly ordering MirchiSauga and godhtkhore pizza my kids love it. The Best Pizza with Desi a touch in town.
Horrible customer service, the workers don't even know the menu properly. They made my order wrong twice now and continued to say that I was lying. They really need to train their staff properly and professionally.
Pizza Karachi really deserves 5 star without any doubt we eat pizza there that spongy and so delicious we really like it. Navjot and lakvir did great and all staff is very friendly and polite. They treat gusts very respectful. I recommend all friends must visit this place.
Today I have ordered 2 MALAI ALFREDO no Chili flakes or Green chili (for kids) & wings, MALAI ALFREDO was full of gree chili & flakes, all wings are overcooked & burned, worst experience ever.
Was about to go to Pizza Hut but last minute decided to go to pizza Karachi. What a great decision. The pizzas were amazing. Generous toppings, great flavours, freshly cooked fries. Everything was on point. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. Highly recommend.
Ordered online today. Got there 5 mins early from my pick up time to make sure I get hot pizza. Lady at the counter tells me it will take another 5-6mins. Comes after a min and gives me someone else’s cold pizza.
This is why it’s called karachi pizza. The “Karachi” represents how to cut corners and screw your customers over. Wouldn’t be karachi otherwise.
