Pizza Land Halal

Found it to be cheap, charged 2.15 for a dipping sauce food was a 1/5, nothing that great super disappointed. Ordered shish taouk looked some pan fried chicken, I’d avoid going there.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I have never encountered anything like this in any other restaurant so far. The owner herself is the rudest person ever and knows nothing about customer service. You can even tell by the way she responds to the reviews here. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else where they respect you not in places where you’re treated like garbage.

I have been going here since it was a tiny shop - The owner who used to always be there she was amazing person, i have figured everytime she is not there the services just isn't the same.
Never the less amazing good food

Great atmosphere, good customer service and delicious food. Quantity was just right too. Happy to have finally tried it and look forward to visiting again.

Great pizza. Great burgers. All at a fair price. Very happy over all. We visit here 2 to 4 times a month. Very consistent quality.

Food delicious! But very noisy and very slow service no one knows who is cashier! 5 different people working with different costume. We went there arround 7: 20 pm, we got our food after more than 1h! First and last time in this restaurant!

Very rude owner lady with scarf.i just asked a question, and she started yelling.worst experience ever. NOT recommend, especially if you are with family.

Try the Shish Tawouk, it’s delicious and goes especially well with the garlic sauce.

I’ve also had their pizzas, wings, burgers and it’s actually all pretty good. Taste is mostly on point.

My only critique would be about getting nickel and dimed for everything like pita bread, ketchup, napkins, etc.the actual food portions are good in general.

Busy with people means it must be good! Well today we tried it and ordered pizza and chicken wings - it was amazing taste and freshly made.

Their food was once very good, but now their service and quality has dropped considerably in the last 1-2 years.

I have never been here until recently & was surprised by the many options they had on their menu. Ranging from wraps, shawarma, mains, pizza, panzerotti and more.

The food was pretty decent but nothing amazing. I would still go back & recommend going.

Pros -
1. Service was great, it was ready in about 20 mins.
2. Taste was good. Everything was prepared well.
Cons -
1. It was unjustifiably pricey.
Topping are almost 2 times as expensive as their competitors, and overall price of the pizza goes up about 25% higher just because of that.

I was very disappointed at their customer service. I am 8.5 months pregnant and I needed to use the washroom badly. I went in and asked them if I could use the washroom, the lady at the cash did not let me unless I buy something because that is their policy, its only for customers. I understand that, but if you see a pregnant lady in front of you, you could make an exception one time (what if she is your regular customer?)

I dont think I would ever give them my business in the future, bc it was not a kind gesture.

Paid $2.25 to pee.

It will take forever to detail out how fortunate I am to have such an amazing family friendly restaurant hope the picture justifies their quality

Food is good. Customer service is poor.

During our two visits, we had to request the staff to clean the tables that were left uncleaned after the previous diners had left long ago.

The older lady (might be the owner herself) has a very bad attitude. She talks quite rudely with her staff in front of customers, as well as her way of talking to customers while taking orders is unprofessional.

Due to this attitude, we may have to reconsider our future visits to this place.

Pizza land is under rated! Very well organized team, every food you order is cooked to pefection, taste very well balanced, sauces are the perfect for the food you order, good seating, parking available.

Try signature burger, creamy mushrooms steak platters, fries, half chicken platters and more.

Food was mediocore. Charged money for extra BBQ sauce.

Wings were like a rock.hard to chew, shish tawouk sandwich bursts like dynamite make the experience dirty and unclean.

I not going there again.

0 stars based on our last experience here. The food is their 1 and only redeeming quality. Bad vibes all around from customer service to order taking. We were given a table by a worker, after looking over the menu we went to order only to be told the place is closed now and they are doing "take out only", confused as only moments ago the same worker cleaned the table for us.when we asked to speak to a manager they didn't bother to come out. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Truly a shame as this place is such a staple on the halal scene.

I am 43 years old and I have been going there since I was 24, when it was just a little spot run by Adil and his wife. MASHALLAH Now they have expanded to Mississauga. It’s because they have been consistent with their quality. It’s a great family place to dine in and also to order from. The people working there are amazing. And the food is stellar! Whether it’s the Pizza or the Wings or Shish Tawook. And the garlic dip is just addictive.

We have been ordering the Mexican pizza and have always loved it but this time around the pizza was super chewy and thick! The toppings were sparse and the original taste was missing - this could be due to a change in the kitchen or change in management as there is a lack of quality control.

We’ve been coming here for the past 15+ years. Food is consistently amazing but customer service is lacking.

Worst customer experience! The manager was displining the employees while the customer was present and islamicly, it is considered injustice (Thulm), it's very sad for Muslims doing halal business not following Basic Islamic principles and Manager attitude is rude and doesn't have any manners (unprofessional)

Very accommodating. They had my large order ready before they opened upon special request. The lady that answered the phone is very pleasant

This pizza and wings place has been around for a while. It stands the test of time. Great pizza options and wings! We never wait long for our food and we've never had any complaints. I only wish it wasn't a far drive from us. If you are in the area and hungry, you can't go wrong with Pizza land.

firstly I would like to start off with their customer service, “Disaster”!
The lady working there was rude the way she speaks to customer is extremely unprofessional! She keeps yelling at an employee which was a boy in the cashier.
My family & I occasionally come here but we will certainly not be back!
They served us BURNED / DRY WINGS!
I politely asked the lady to take a look at our wings she kept forcing us to eat it and kept denying how dry they were.
I asked for a refund she said no refunds!
If your going to feed people especially during COVID please start off by knowing how to deal with customer service first …

This place has become such a disappointment. They are not reliable through delivery. This is the 5th consecutive time they've gotten my order wrong through ubereats. My most recent order they gave me a bunch of meat toppings and pineapple instead of veggie and ground beef. Im tired of being stuck with food i will not eat. When I called back I was on hold for 20 min to then be told the kitchen is closed and their uber orders is closed too. The guy on the phone was nice enough to say they'll make the pizza but told me to ask uber to come pick up the pizza like I have a personal uber driver to do that. I ordered before 8pm and got a headache from uber for an hour just to get the right pizza which I did not receive. It's not easy to find a restaurant that serves delicious pizza but if the service is not reliable its not worth it. Unfortunately I'm done with ordering from here, the fear of getting the wrong order is not worth it.

The food maybe halal. But attitude isn't. Called before going in to make sure it wasn't busy.

They said no one here, not busy at all.

Got there 15 minutes later, and their staff was cleaning. Something that should have been done before closing.

We get there only on booth open from the 10 others that are being cleaned.

The rude lady wants us to sit at the only booth available, the one right beside the washroom.

This is my second negative encounter in 2 visits.

Never going back again.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times a year since i was 10 years old.i am now 28! And I can honestly say i have been served delicious and fairly priced food every time. The quality of the food has never been compromised. And it was one of the first halal places us muslims could eat at other than veggie subs at subway or fish filet at mcdonalds. I love this place and bring all my loved ones here too. Everything is delicious everything. The pizza is as delicious as the WINGS as the chicken salad as the shish tawook as the rice and kebab.you cannot go wrong here. Thank you pizza land i love you so much.

We ordered a pizza over the phone and when we got there we asked if we can sit down and eat there as we changed our mind and wanted to dine in because of our kids but the manager or the owner there declined and started to argue that its a store policy without being gentle. It was very upsetting on how you can just say no to people who wanted to sit down and eat there because of the kids. Pathetic behaviour of the owner. Never going there again, we order from here all the time and this one time we tried to dine in this was the experience. Very illogical store policy to not allow the customers to eat there if they had placed an order over the phone.

All the foods are tasty and gives u a fresh vibe. Unlike famous mis-behave middle eastern, they are really exceptional. Overall nice experience.

Very rude owner and staff. Horrible policies that make zero sense.

If you order over the phone and change your mind when and decide to dine in. YOU CAN'T!

ONLY BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO THROW THE GARAGE.
