A friend of mine turned me on to their pizza. Really awesome at first, I love cheese, always order double. The last two pizzas, not enough cheese and it was one inch in from the crust, disappointed. If you want more money for cheese, just tell me, I just want what I want. Capeesh!

Another Great, Open Late. Fantastic service food location. The pizza was fair priced, delicious, and they have plenty of extras you can add on if you pick up slices.

Very good pizza! I had the Benedictine white pizza and my husband had the Neopolitan and we loved them both. We had takeout and picked them up- didn't take long and were very pleased with the taste.

This is not my usual Pizza Nova location but I was in the area and decided to stop in for a pepperoni slice. Oh my goodness. This was the best slice that I have ever had.and I've had many. My usual location has gone downhill lately.really downhill so it was so awesome to get a fresh, not dried out slice of pizza. I'm going to have to go back and see if their full sized pizzas are just as good. I'm hoping that this location will deliver to my area. If not.it's worth picking up for delicious pizza that I'm not getting at my current location. Give this place a try. It was delicious.

Awesome customer service and overall easy to work with people. I came in and got my pizza, no rush, no big deal. In the end, I ended up with one of the best meals I've ever had in a while and hands down the best pizza in town!

Best customer service in this location pizza is always made on time and quick delivery. This is the only location that are willing to customize my pizza the way I want it. I give it 10 out o 10.

The pizza is good, but we can't deal with the poor service anymore. The last three orders took 1 1/2 hours to arrive.cold.it was our go-to pizza place for years but the service has become consistently poor. Good-bye pizza nova.

My go-to place for pizza. Always great. One thing that makes them special is they use small slices of real bacon. Much better than the small blobs of fat some pizza places call "bacon bits".

Outrageously bad service. The delivery took an hour and a half. Every time I called customer service they kept saying that “the order will be there in 5 minutes”. I had guests with a bunch of hungry kids. It wasn’t even raining or snowing. Terrible!

I give the pizza a 6/10. Delivery service was quick.
Note: if they offer you pepperoni sticks, just know they are not pizza bread pepperoni sticks! Made the assumption. Never thought they would actually sell pepperoni on its own

Extremely disappointed!
Three aspects of this establishment left a bitter taste in my mouth:
Strike 1: The cashier had to be told our order 3 times, messed it up, and then had to call over another employee for help. Minus 1 star.
Strike 2: After all was said and done, staff forgot to put our dipping sauces (which we paid for) in the bag with our drinks and other accoutrements. Minus 1 star
Strike 3: We found a short, dark, CURLY hair in our pizza. This is downright disgusting. We did not observe any employees wearing hairnets over their heads or their beards, and this is a violation of the food safety regulations in place in Ontario. Minus 2 stars.
Considering we paid over $45 for 2 pizzas and a handful of sodas, which is above the market average, I really can’t comprehend a situation where I will be desperate enough to come back to this establishment.
