We always go here, pizza is consistently good, they always have appetizing single slices and best garlic dip.

Young woman cashing me out was the worst. She was miserable, walked away from the desk even before my payment approved.

It was the smallest pizza nova I have ever been too. Service was excellent and the staff was warm and friendly from the counter to the delivery drivers.

Had a driver show up at my door and apparently my tip was not good enough for him. He told me next time not to bother with a tip. Good to know. Horrible confrontation from a driver who is completely unprofessional and greedy. Goodbye pizza nova.

Did not follow instructions. I asked for honey garlic pollini and and mild wings I received all hot flavor on my chicken. Very disappointed

Very bad and so rude the old guy was so rude We ordered plant based wings and they gave us chicken wings and he was arguing that we are wrong. Not atleast a sorry very bad service never gonna come back here time around 4: 40pm today

The store is clean but the pizza maker has long dirty nails and he is not bothering to wash his hands. Either.: (

Piped in for a quick slice for a ride home snack after a hard day. Place was clean, server was pleasant and food was ready quickly. Excellent! Definitely recommend.

A very bad service! I ordered inside the store and the manager named Mohid he took my order he talk so rudely i ordered a cheese pizza, there was literally very less cheese on the pizza i showed him the pizza and he said our pizza’s are like that if you like it eat it otherwise throw in the garbage. Like seriously i paid for the pizza. Disgusting service! Disgusting customer service! I do not recommend them at all.

We ordered from them since they have a great procedure fir making the vegan pizza for people with severe dairy allergy. Once advised, they ensure to avoid any contamination and even use a different pizza cutter to avoid cross contamination.
Delivery arrived within 20 minutes and the driver was polite and friendly.
By the way, Costco sells two $25 Pizza Nova gift cards for only $39.99.

Service: very slow, it takes at least 40 minutes to get a small box of chicken, the lasagna takes even longer.

Do not know how to talk. Worst customer service and no sense of treating customers. I wish there is a 0 star as well.

The slices they serve you are always cold and they just reheat for 1 minute. Very very very thin pizza and you never get full.

The food is always fresh and delightful, staff members hands over great customer service. I love how clean it is and mood. Worth a try.

Terrible customer service.the tall guy with long curly hairs doesn't know how to talk was really really rude to me and to other customers as well would never recommend this location to anyone.

Neighborhood atmosphere, I ordered Diavola, and calabrese pizza. To my surprise, they were excellent, I'm not a pizza lover. Nova leaves the competitors in dust!

Nice place, tasty food.
But, it's the first shop, with food, but without washroom, that I have seen in Canada.

The pizza was nice, but felt that they were on the costlier side. Also the pizza cost breakup and explanation should be more clear as with Subway and Burger King

The staff who took the cash from me was also making my pizza without gloves or any layers of hygiene products. This is a serious violation in the food industry. It's not acceptable. The management should review the tpaes if there are any and look into it.

Really authentic tasting pizza. Amazing service. I felt really welcome there the guy brought me and and my son our order as I had my hands full with a toddler and our goods. Would give them my money anytime.

Quick service, got the order right there first time, had street parking in front or Tim Horton's next door's lot

This specific location is better than the 2 closest to my apartment, so we often drive out to it, instead of ordering delivery.
One of the locations near me always sauces too much, and the other doesn't seem to taste fresh.
