I ordered a custom toppings pizza, instructions were followed well and the order was prompt. Highly recommend trying out the veggie pizza if you’re looking for some diet-restrict pizzas
Pizza Nova is usually my favourite pizza place. BUT! This location does not know how to make a bruccheta pizza. The tomatoes were burnt and soggy. I was really disappointed. Also I am disabled. My right arm does not work efficiently. The handicap door button did not work. Another customer came and helped me with the door.
2 medium pizzas 20 minutes later than promised and all I got was barely cooked thoughy cold pizzas. This location sucks and not organized with orders or employees Don't not order delivery unless you want it later than the promised time Very bad experience never again. I'd give minus stars if I could
Staff is friendly but the food is not upto the mark. I have been to many pizza nova places, May be it just this branch or perhaps the quality have been downgraded keeping the prices high.its not frustrating how their bell keeps on ringing as soon as anyone comes or leaves especially for small kids.
If I could give them a negative 1 I would! This place is a joke. More then an hour for a pizza, the delivery driver calls us to come down to get it. Why pay for delivery if they make you come get it? ! Terrible
DO NOT ORDER PIZZA NOVA, SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY RESPECTS YOU
This place completely ruined my order, then the call centre had the audacity to have me email my receipt because they wouldn’t believe me. The lead supervisor Sardhak kept me on hold for 20 minutes just to offer me a measly $5 in store credit… They then offered me $10 after I told them I wasn’t satisfied with 5… When I asked for a refund they said the policy required 50% of the product be returned to the store to be eligible (this policy is nowhere to be found on their website or anywhere else). When I asked to speak to a manager about the policy Sardhak hung up on me. Is this a joke? Pizza Pizza or any other respectable franchise wouldn’t doubt me and they would start by offering me a refund and apologize from the beginning. This is truly embarrassing. I’m never going to order Pizza Nova again especially not this location. What a cheap, dumpster fire of a company.
Customer service here is very shady to say the least. The younger man working behind the counter tried to rip me off. I asked for a can and as he was ringing it in I asked if a can was 2.59 plus tax and he replied with attitude making it seem like I'm cheap for questioning the price. Then I get my receipt and I see he charged me for a bottle but gave me a can. I made him replace my can for a bottle I PAID for. Will never return here or any other pizza Nova locations thanks to exceptional service received tonight.
FOR A PIZZA NOVA! I'm not saying fine dining. But when open until 1am on a Friday night/ok Saturday morning. LOL and the nicest sweetest service@ 12: 50. This location stands out, always clean, happy to be there, not like many pizza places, who make u feel like ur interupting their day! And on top of that, everything on the menu is actually good, there r a few items we haven't tried, but we have never gone wrong at this location!
Favorite pizza overall. I like the amount of cheese and I dislike cheese in general. This company compared to a few other companies, do not add too much cheese to their pizza pies. The thin crust is what makes it perfect. The sauce tastes good and not overly sweet tasting like other places. Excellent customer service! The price of a pie during their promotional events, was just under five dollars, for a medium, cheese and pepperoni only, and this was the best deal for us at the right time. I purchased 2 medium pies and this was the first time tasting this brand of pie, and I was delighted. I will return.
I got a special I got offered, a large with one topping for $16 dr. I honestly think it wasn’t the best pizza I could’ve had, it was kind of burnt at the back and it crisp, it was an ok pizza if you’re starving. For the same price you can go to Dominos and get a better pizza for cheaper I believe.
However, their location is kind of tricky because you can’t find parking that easy. The only available is the street parking which is FULL most of the time. So you might as well just ORDER, because you will have to end paying for parking if you were to go to the store.
They have good staff, They have washrooms and it’s not too bad if you want to dine in.
Crispy and tasty, but a little bit salty. The pizza wasn’t oily but the box was wet because of grease. Chicken wings were good. We chose bacon, artichoke and roasted garlic as toppings. The artichoke tasted like nothing. It was just for the texture maybe. In my opinion, the pizza was better than some other places in Mississauga.
