I would give ZERO stars if I could. First party size pizza was wrong. After 4 phone calls to customer service. I finally got another pizza only to see that it had the SAME error. The people at this restaurant are INCOMPETENT. Do NOT order from here

I don’t like the pizza from that store no customer service’s at all not friendly and the pizza no good test store not clean I never go back to this store.

I just paid, $34 plus a $4 dollar tip jumbo pizza very little cheese and sauce crust hard on the bottom and thin terrible nothing like I expected from pizza nova. Totally unsatisfied

Terrible they messed up my order and refuse to give me refund and they were yelling at me. I don't recommend this location

Got a panazerroti and they were barely any toppings inside of it i was eating all dough.

Update: Pizza nova customer service contacted me via email and gave me a credit to use to purchase another panazerroti which turned out delicious. Their customer service reps when I call to place an order are always pleasant.

Worst phone call with operator trying to make an order at the brampton hurontario branch she should be lucky I decided to write a review today instead of showing up, sounded old and acted so immature with a customer trying to place an order

Placed an order with this place for veggie pizza. Put a note there for no mushrooms as I am allergic to mushrooms and there was no option for choose NO MUSHROOMS for the pizza. And reading the notes this restaurant cancelled my order. If you do not understand the notes please contact the customer to clarify instead of canceling the whole order. This is a repeated issue I have had with this particular location.

I went to this location today and swati took my order and she was so nice and humble and pizza was so delicious

Gotten pizza from this location on multiple occasions and it's been amazing pretty much every time

Nice, clean place and friendly staff.pizza was awesome got a slice of the bruschetta to try for the first time and loved it.dough was so nice and crispy and tomatoes were fresh and juicy.

Hi actually i visited the store and i took cheese slice and even slice was very thin and it taste was not good very bad experience

I totally recommend this place, their pizzas are not burned or greasy. I'm so grateful for the plant-based and gluten free options! The plant-based pepperoni is really good. My favorite pizza shop in the area!

This is 2nd time Ordered an all cheese and a Mediterranean for delivery. We found pizza extremely salty. Personally, we've had better pizza at other fast food pizza places.and delay every time they give us time 40 min and pizza came after 50 min and pizza is not even warm enough eat

It is an undeniable fact that if you have inclination towards eating the pizza then you should go only one and best location in Brampton that is pizza nova here staff is very friendly and their quality is best if I compare with other stores so I would suggest to everyone to go this location because here you get worth of your money I really love this location

To be honest, I have try many pizza shop but my fav is pizza nova but when I come to this location that was my worst experience ever. Staff looks like uneducated. They don’t have paper in washroom. Looks like new management form last one month. Pizza nova should be aware of this mistakes. Quality of pizza was not good. Dough was unevenly strength (they should use rollers) I would recommend everyone avoid this location.

I had the worst experience at this location. On Friday morning I order the pizza. He didn’t wash his hands and started making the pizza. The guy was so rude don’t know how to talk with customers. Didn’t even apologise for his mistake. Would not recommend this location

The pizzas I ordered were fantastic! They delivered in a timely fashion, and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Today I ordered here for the first time and was amazed by the quality and taste of their pizza, it is real Italian taste. I will never go to pizza pizza again.

Pizza is great but I question the ethics of this location.

Combo #1: The store offers a lunch combo which includes a slice of Hawaiian pizza, pop and dip for $5.79 + HST = $6.54 total.

Combo #2: The store offers a second lunch combo which includes a deluxe slice, pop and dip for $6.39 + HST = $7.22 total.

I wouldn't generally leave a review to complain about $0.68, but today for the second time at this store they've tried to charge me the deluxe combo pricing when I ordered a combo #1. The guy working kept pushing back when I told him it shouldn't be $7.22 as the combo advertised on the board was $6.54. He said that it was "taxes and extra". I questioned what the "extra" was. After some back and forth I eventually got out my phone calculator to show him the math that $5.79 * 1.13 = $6.54. He then eventually acknowledged that he had rung it in as a deluxe slice in error.

It's not a lot of $ - but since this has happened twice I feel the need to write a review to warn customers - this store seems to be trying to scoop extra $ on each transaction so check your receipts.

We ordered a Gluten-Free pizza with some toppings. The lady at the cash desk was a little confused by that so one of the food handlers / chef's was called. He rung it up and then told us it was cash only as the card machine was not working. We told him we don't do cash so he produced a wireless card terminal which we used to pay (very odd). He returned to the food area and proceeded preparing food.
It was then that I noticed that none of the people involved with the food was wearing gloves. I did not notice any handwashing going on so I became concerned that they may be cross-contaminating our Gluten-free food with hands that had been handling wheat-based dough -or worse?
I called it in to Pizza Nova who stated that all food employees were supposed to wear gloves by their standards.
Not going back! Ever!
