Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Absolutely perfect crust. Heaping with toppings. We’ll go out of our way for lunch at this location again. Great service too!

The service is great.they are fast and kind. This is at Highway 7 and Islington Ave. It's not a busy area, so no worries about waiting for long.

So we order a large pizza, trying to feed my daughters.
Pizza shows up and it's missing a entire slice. I called customer service and they said they didn't believe me.like I have nothing better to do with my time then try and scam a single slice of pizza from you guys lol what a complete joke.

Today I went to this place and order pizza with chicken and they put one small piece of chicken on every slice, guy working on front dont know how to behave with customers

Today I order pizza with chicken and they put very less chicken even I paid extra for chicken. The guy who was working at front was very rude to me and he even don’t know how to behave with customers. I don’t recommend this pizza nova and I will never go to this location again very very bad experience.

Excellent food, kind staff, regularly good ambience. They charge affordable prices and the food quality is fantastic. Highly recommended.

Used the app to order a pizza for delivery. (horrifically designed app) after about 50 minutes called pizza Nova to which the pizza Nova rep took my phone number to look up the order and said and I quote "it is out for delivery, it will be there any minute". 35 minutes after that still no pizza. Called back again and someone else told us that it was sitting at the store this whole time waiting for some reason. Just don't bother.

It is Pizza at all! You feel yourself hungry! Take a break and grab a slice you never forget the fresh toppings and the smiling staff. I am delightful to be there a couple of times and for all the time the welcoming environment and the welcoming staff had my hunger away even before the fist bite of the slice. Store has plenty of parking lot and the service is super-duper fast. The only thing missing is there is no enough dining room but it is OK since you already satisfied with the taste of pizza. Do not forget to stop by.

Horrible service. The server was not pleasant, sounded frustrated and rude. Not coming back if can't even be spoken to with an ounce of respect. Pizza was good though. Hence an extra star.

Called pizza nova on halloween at 520 to place an order. They told me it woukd be 40 to 50 min foe delivery. GREAT! Afer an hour of waitinf called back and was told i would have my order in about 5 min. After 1 hour and 30 min i called again and i refused to pay for my order. I was given a code to give the driver. In the meantime i went and picked up mcdonalds for my kids. My order arrived after 2 hours of being placed.once the driver got there i told him that customer service gave me a code to receive my order for free. The driver didnt know what i was talking about so he called the owner Mr. BEN. Apparently my code meant nothimg and the driver was advised to bring the order back to the store. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never again order from you again. Pizza pizza you have a new customer!

If you want a quick bite and are not fussy on dough and toppings then this joint is hands down the best, it beats all your chain brand franchises hands down.

This place is one of my favorites! Fair prices, large dishes and the staff members are constantly very friendly.

I ordered for the first time using Uber Eats. I wrote everywhere I could that I am disabled, call when you get to my door. I received my call that he was outside at 6: 37, my fiancé came home early so I sent him out. Returned empty handed at 6: 45. My condo unit is literally 10 meters away from main door/concierge. Finally had order in hand after 3 attempts at meeting the driver at door. Food was cold and all the extra vegetable I ordered and paid for was missing. Never again!

I picked up the $8.99 one topping special. The crust was thin without me asking for thin crust. Cheese was certainly not generous, crust was burnt. I have had better pizza from the frozen aisle in the supermarket for half the price.

My 1 star is due to their customer service. I made an order on uber eats and received it an hour and a half later. When I called they first said my order had left and I told them it had not, they decided to check their system and realized they didn't print my order. 1 hour and a half later I got my food, I wont be ordering from them again.

I placed an order on July 31 for 5 orders of medium pizzas. I was told on the phone the store would be able to split the order for 5 separate payments. When the cashier was was told we would like to split the bill we were told " the bill can not be divided and that we can split it between the 5 of us". I explained to here that i was told that we could split the bill. I told here that I would not be returning because of here unprofessionalism. She replied be saying " that doesn't matter". After the pizza was made. We were handed the boxes and the " main cook" followed by saying something in Fasi. Extremely unprofessional staff. I Will not be returning.

Called in to place an order. Was told I have to do one big order then the store can split it for me. I go into the store and the cashiers tells me they can not due it. All I received was disrespect from this location. All I wanted was pizza. They split it at the end and then want to curse at us. This is unacceptable and not needed from pizza nova. Do not recommend.

Love love loveeee pizza nova! Out of all the pizza places it's my go to! The whole wheat dough is so soft yet crunchy and the sauce is classic Italian. Love the topping choices too!

I picked up a pizza on the way home tonight and wow!

I have noticed from observing at a few different Pizza Nova that HAND HYGIENE PROTOCOL are NOT FOLLOWED. The cooks making the pizza will take your order, cash/debit and then go straight to kneading the dough or playing in the cheese. ONCE DEALING WITH MONEY OR TOUCHING THE CASHIER REGISTER/DEBIT MACHINE YOU MUST WASH YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP SINCE YOU ALL DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. Cooking Staff need to be more conscious with their hand hygiene.

Ordered pizza and waited 17 minutes but did not open tbe box to see the pizza after going home found that pizza was burnt, went back to store angry and the pizza maker yelled at me and finally agreed to replace the pizza but after he took it from oven did not cut it on usuall place they do but moved the box to the left and used his back to hide view from me and when he opened box to show pizza to me cloudy liquid mass was flooding over the pizza witch clearly he spitted on it.
Shame on him will never buy again from pizza nova
