I don't know why they're store is very expensive. For 2 boxes of pizza at regular I payed almost 50 dollars, I don't understand. They are very expensive, I'm never coming here for the rest of my life.

I have been going to this location for years. In the last year or so something has changed. The pizza is not as tasty and even when I order extra sauce it seems like the pizza doesn’t have enough sauce.
The staff members don’t really greet customers as they come in and they seem a little annoyed that customers dare to come in and get pizza.
Whatever you do do not go to this location on a busy night. You might be waiting inside a hot restaurant for upwards of 30 minutes waiting for your pizza.
Perhaps a general customer service review and pizza quality review are due. My kids generally choose this pizza chain last when offered a choice. Why is that?

Eveeything was great except for 1 supervisor called Alex who was very rude to a new trainee infront of everyone. Young employees shall never be treated like this.

Usually pizza nova always has consistency, how this location in Mississauga gave me well done or extra done even I did not ask. Looking forward to the location in Brampton on Creditview road to get my pizza next time.

The pizza is always good. Their dairy free cheese is the closest thing to the real thing I've tasted from other pizza places.

They were good then they became bad but recently they have been quite good! The only bad part about their pizza is that its very greasy, like puddles on your pepperonis of grease!

Worst service ever. The only saving grace was that they comped my meal and gave me the pizzas for free in the end.
Called last night at 6pm for a pick-up of a 2 pizza special and was told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I show up at 6: 30 and they tell me my pizzas are in the oven and will just be a few more mins. I pay for my pizza and wait. I watched as the place filled up with more customers and they slowly got served.
After giving them 30 minutes, I ask how much longer the pizza would be and they said they continued saying it was coming up soon. After multiple more times of asking where the pizza is and how much longer it would be, they realized they made one pizza and it had been sitting on top of the oven for the last 40 minutes. They had planned to heat up that pizza that has just sat there and then give me one fresh pizza. I had to ask them to make 2 fresh pizzas.
When I finally got my pizzas it was a little after 8pm. From calling in, to walking away with the pizza, took 2 full hours. On the way out I heard the manager tell the cashier to 'deal with Kevin because he didn't want to. ' It is sad when the managers hide in the back and let their employees deal with disgruntled customers. I felt bad for the cashier as he was trying to deal with a lot of upset customers all by himself. I was not the only customer last night who waited over an hour for pizza. After finally getting my food home and sat down to eat, I realized they completely burnt my potato wedges.
Very disappointed with this service in every aspect.
