Pizza Nova

I was really thinking of taking the pizza home but I preferred to eat it sitting there looking towards the street.warm, clean atmosphere and I want to highlight the attention of the man at the counter.super friendly, cordial. He made us feel like we were at home. THANK YOU

Frustrating service. The woman working the counter can’t speak English - when I asked for my pick up order she said it wasn’t ready. Waited 25 minutes for her to show me another order that wasn’t mine. Turns out mine was ready the entire time. Not to be rude, but being able understand the name of the person picking up is like core part of this job. Pizza was okay despite being cold.

Could easily have been avoided if she showed me the order slip when I came in to clarify.

I got picture for both and when I showed them just to let them know they got so mad like why you showing us the prove I saw 2 weeks ago a guy changing his shirt in the kitchen where I can see him clearly shirtless while another guy is cutting pizza next to him what a disgusting scene this store needs a visit from city of Mississauga and a visitor from head office people for a better customer service and food safety.

Rude experience. I can't believe I didn't check the reviews before I visited. It felt like I was inconveniencing the staff with my questions and frankly it made me feel uncomfortable to cancel my order entirely and go next door to Dominos.
While the intentions to further explain my order were with what seemed to be good intentions, it was not felt that way- thanks but no thanks for making me feel feel so bad for my choices and questions.

I bought the pizza because at the end of the I needed to feed my kids.

I can't sugar coat the experience - this will not be a place of return for us.

Excellent pizza. Sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and chicken. Everything was perfectly cooked and better quality than expected.

Good pizza but bad Manger/ owner.very rude and I know food safety violation when insee them.drivers walking from outside into the kitchen with their shoes and not cleaning their hands.walking near the food prep.horrible!

Excellent food, *understandable prices*, very filling, and can help your crave for pizza! The staff is very kind, and will love to serve you a *delicious* pizza of your choice. There were no errors in any of my orders.

Politely rude service. Extremely not recommended.the 30+ dollar pizza like crashed hot dogs.see pictures for details.

Excellent food with good quality ingredients. We always order delivery, food comes hot and fresh. Great pizza we all know and have come to love. Try their sandwiches they are delicious.

Excellent pizza haven't been to Pizza Nova in a long time and boy what a big difference from the more well-known Ontario franchise pizza place. I will stick to Pizza Nova from now on

The quality and prepared veggies Pizza specially doughs and toppings was wonderful same as always.

Decent pizza, better than all the other chains. They even carry some good packaged goods like high quality olive oil and tomatoes. Appreciate the effort but still not as good as an independent pizzeria

Pizza nova uses fresh ingredients and actually cooks the pizza well enough where its not doughy.

Excellence customer service, they were very busy the night I came in food was perfect and still really fast.

Always Fantastic food, and the preparation and delivery time along with the staff are AWESOME!

The only pizza slice I'll get! More expensive than your average pizza place but well worth it. Try the bruschetta slice if you never have!

I went there on Tuesday as they had the $4.99 deal for a medium pizza. The service from the one guy working was absolutely horrible. I get they were extremely busy but once a customer walks in he yelled at them to sit down and remember who comes after them. No paying for your order first, remember where you are in line. He wouldn't allow anyone to order anything other than the pepperoni or cheese pizza. He said he had a system going, but his system wasn't efficient at all lol. If customers didn't want to sit he yelled at them to sit down. We all literally started calling him the Pizza Nazi. One customer wasn't putting up with his rudeness and yelled right back at him to stop yelling at people. That guy shouldn't have a job there if he can't handle it. The poor kid that came to the front counter was trying to apologize to all of us. The pizza was good as it always is from pizza nova but when I told the angry guy I only wanted 1 he got pissed at me and asked why I don't want 2. Ridiculous
