Pizza Nova

Under cooked meat and just not good. The online ordering was easy and the delivery driver was nice. But it did not taste good and three out seven people didn't feel well soon after. So ended up throwing half the order in the trash. First time ordering from any Pizza Nova and definitely the last.

Got a pepperoni and spinach pizza 30 mins befofe closing. This is my first time buying a full pizza, normally just get slices. It was delicious

Late night food grab for Great hot out of the oven pizza for fuelling the kid for next day’s hockey! While staying at the Sandman Hotel Oakville.
$12 for a large pepperoni- Grab 2 if feeding more than one! Only crumbs remained in the morning!

Pizza Nova lasagna is the best! You get a generous amount in the foil container which keeps the dish hot for quite a while, plus it includes garlic at an excellent price. My hubby and I opt for lasagna from the Burloak location at least once a month.

This isn't a knock on this location, because the staff and service has always been good here. But we're quitting Pizza Nova since their apps doesn't work on either of our phones, and the website has ceased to work properly no matter what browser or computer we used. Pizza Nova seriously needs to get their digital in order, we won't be there to see it.

Last week went into this pizza nova and both employees weren’t wearing mask no that big of a deal but when the old guy making pizza’s was coughing his lungs apart right over top of the pizza. No gloves and no masks is concerning when your sick. I live in the area and order from this place all the time. Hopefully they can see this review and learn that customers are important

Pizza came our nice.
Toasty crust and nothing bad to complain.
Good for a quick bite.
People are friendly. Service was fast.
Time of visit around 8pm on weekday.

Great tasting pizza - portobellisimo. But was overcooked. Since the pizza is taped shut at the pickup counter, only when you get home can you inspect it.

Easily the best out of the big pizza chains, always end up with a good pizza so i keep returning. You can actually see tomato in their sauce unlike most chains.

I've been an avid Pizza Nova customer for a very long time. But this location seems to have a few issues I don't find at other locations. The old fella behind the counter is rude and unfriendly. Secondly, even though the prices have gone up for slices, the ingredients are fewer, even the sauce. Today is the last time I'll visit this location because I know it's better at other locations.

It seems this place only provides service to delivery and not pickup or walk-in customers. Came here and waited in line with 5 other customers. There were 7 employees in the store and not one of them would serve us after 10 minutes of waiting. We asked if anyone was working the front counter twice and were told rudely that they were busy and we had to wait. I find it hard to believe that with 7 employees in the store, not one of them can take orders or serve customers. I left my order and went to Pizza Pizza instead where the service was much more pleasant.

Worst customer service ever, the staff told us to get out of the store when we asked to use the restroom. There's way to talk to customer after I bought of your store.

Honestly the pizza is great the service at the store is Terrible. Pizza was 15 min late. Staff were rude like they were doing us a favor by serving us. Women had her pizza waiting on the stove for 10 min and no one called told her that her order was ready. I would recommend the pizza, but not this store

Got the Medium 3 toppings and 10 wings combo.
Crust was perfect. Brown but not burned.
Italian wings were very tasty.

Burnt and dry pizza. I was so disappointed. Ordered the pizza around 2300 and there was no one in the store. I’m still trying to wrap my head around how he could’ve burnt my pizza when he only had one job. The wings were good though. Luckily for me they weren’t burnt.

Probably wouldn’t come back again.

The service here is extremely disappointing. The food is never ready on time, the staff is highly unprofessional and there is no respect for customers. Stores like this shouldn’t continue to stay open.

Also, very disappointing taste, sometimes the food is under cooked and sometimes it’s burnt.

The guy at the counter who handed me my pizza had his nose out over his mask. Nice play Pizza Nova.

Pizza Nova is one of our go-to for pizza! This location is convenient, and well staffed. Never have to wait too long for your order.

Dried out, no sauces, barely and cheese when I paid for Extra cheese and rock hard crust. Is was not burnt or overcooked. Seemed like the dough had not proofed and was unrisen and dense

I asked for a bottle of water and the guy who was in the middle of making a pizza came over wiped his hands and then opened a fridge and gave me a bottle. I paid him cash which he touched with bare hands and without washing his hands again he went back to making the rest of the pizza.really? You wiped your hands touching a bottle and didn't bother doing anything before touching food? I felt terrible for whoever ordered that pizza.coins are filthy

When we ordered our pizza on the phone and we went to pick up the pizza and came home it was soggy and not well done.

Better than most franchise pizza. Crust is thinner. Good choice of toppings. In-store ambiance is good too, in case you don't want to take it home.

Tasty pizza & friendly service. More salad options & compostable packaging would make it 5 stars.

The pizza is delicious almost as good as New York pizza. A bit pricey I thought but what to do. Enjoy the pizza folk's.

Comparing apples to apples, this is the best franchise pizza around. Maybe also Pizzaville. Price is decent for a good pizza.

I would argue that Pizza Nova makes the best pizza. Always great and awesome dipping sauces. Also great value.
