Worst pizza nova ever
Just went to pick up a special Large with chicken, there was just 4 slices with 1 or 2 piece of chicken the rest just sauce and a bit of cheese. I will never go back there again!
I don’t recommend Queenston road pizza Nova, a waste of time and money,

If I could give a zero I absolutely would! ZEROS ACROSS THE BOARD! I received a BLACK pizza! I couldn’t believe it, I even peeled back the toppings and the entire dough was black! I called and spoke to the manager who advised me they are closing in 20 minutes and they would give me my pizza tomorrow. What the heck kind of customer service is this? Why would I want my pizza tomorrow? I’m hungry now! I’m disgusted with this whole experience and would not recommend this location to anyone ever. Absolutely disgusting!

Needed something quick, they gave me a good deal on a pizza someone didn't come to pick up

The one star has nothing to do with the food - the food was fine.

The delivery was not.

It was supposed to be contactless. Just leave it at the door and go.

Instead the delivery dude rang the doorbell, then knocked - which woke up the shiftworkers in the house. Then he held my door open despite repeatedly being told to back up, almost letting my dog out.

I never give poor ratings. This, however, is an exception.

Great pizza and even better customer service, I made a mistake when place my order, not only did they correct it but also gave me a free pizza.

I have been ordering from here for about 12yrs now. Recently my orders have been delivered wrong or have been taking a hour on non peak times. Has the management changed or what because this is not the service it was.updated. My pizza came and it was semi warm if that.dry and cardboard, the worst i have seen out of this location

I ordered on Uber eats and was instructed to call the restaurant because it’s taking so long… I called and I explain my situation.guy on the phone. ITS OUT FOR DELIVERY! And hangs up on me as I was speaking! DISGUSTING definitely will not be tipping do yourself a favour and don’t order online here for delivery. I live very close by and it’s been more than 1 hour since I ordered

Update: got my pizza, it tastes bad and they also only gave me one dip when I ordered 2! Money grabbers

They got amazing pizza The black guy from Saint Lucia makes the best pizza I only order when he is there the Indian guys who work there do not work clean! I came there to buy one pizza and they got really bad customer service me and my husband haven’t been able to enjoy the pizza ever since.

The call-centre style ordering method is fundamentally flawed. Instead of placing my order directly with the location, I had to place an order through their website, which then proceeded to send me a confirmation email saying that my order was placed and would be ready for pickup in 20-30 minutes. Fast forward 25 minutes and I arrive at the location, only to find that my order WASN’T placed, as they were missing ingredients.

Apparently the call-centre was supposed to call me to inform me of this. This didn’t happen, so instead, I wasted the time, gas, and journey through our random mid-March snow storm just to find out that I would have to return home to my family empty handed because there is poor communication from Pizza Nova, and their ordering system is flawed. No one at the location was willing to take responsibility for the mix-up as it “wasn’t there job to call me” about the ingredients missing.

All-in-all, extremely unprofessional and unfortunately would not recommend.

You can good pizza at many places but staff was very corteous. One of the best staff I have ever seen. Cheers guys

Really enjoyed pizza made by HAKAM and NAV all the other staff is fine but they both treat customer like god. Perfect pizza that no one can make in hamilton even in canada. They both are really a great cook with flawless behaviour ️

Failed to read the basic notes for our child’s food challenges. Now we have our food and our son can’t eat it. Chicken nuggets with sauce on the side came with sauce on them and they forgot the dipping sauce. This joint isn’t cheap so I thought I’d get a little more attention to the details.

Not a very good experience, probably not going back.

Ordered online. First time I entered order it said problem with card, so I re-entered card and transaction went through. Two email confirmations and two charges on my card. Had to call and wait about 7 minutes to rectify. Agent was friendly.

Ordered both pies "Well Done", final product not even close. In fact, I would say "Barely Done". Onions were not cooked enough, cheese barely melted and definitely not stringy like it is elsewhere.

For whatever reason my pepperoni pizza was made half-pepperoni/half-cheese. They offered a token gesture to apologize.

Arrived at store on time, even had to wait very short time, but both pies were not very hot.

The clincher was that there was a hair in one of the wings and a hair in one of the pies.

Two stars because the crust was good and sauce very good, but too many other issues for my first time around.

My husband and I order pizza from here all the time. The staff are awesome.and the pizza is delicious. Best Pizza Restaurant around

I order from this place fairly frequently and it used to be great 5star all day.unfortunately the quality and care are completely gone. Raw undercooked pizzas are sent out and the orders are most often wrong. Today was the last straw for me. Do yourself a favour and don’t order from this establishment because they clearly don’t care about their food.

Order takes like an hour n a half to deliver. Driver comes flying up slams his door. Gives him half my food starts storming off lol. I’m like hey more of that in your bag is mine. Restaurant lying about drivers eta. It’s supposed to be Uber eats but they send their own drivers cuz they’re insanely cheap. Embarrassing

Our company has enjoyed bi-weekly pizza orders from this location for years. The pizza is always delicious (the times we've had issues, they've been rectified right away) and John — the delivery man — is always on time.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would! The worst Pizza Nova in the GTA. Spare yourself the disappointment with this Pizza Nova location.waited over 1and a half hours for delivery, more than twice. Missing things in my order, and than a quarter of the pizza is missing cheese. Half the time the pizza is stale, & card board thin. This location is a disaster!

I agree with a previous reviewer who said the food here is a bit hit or miss, depending on who's working/preparing it. On the positive side, I've never been disappointed with my order - it's just that it ranges from fairly good to excellent.

Hit or miss tbh, depends on the staff working that day is often correlated to the quality of pizza you are going to get.

Avoid at all costs. The old man is grumpy and a racist. Have never seen this type of behaviour from a human.

Pizza was amazing! Lots of toppings, very happy! I ordered spicy olives but just got oiled black pitted olives instead. 4 out or 5

This is my favorite location of Pizza Nova! I have been a long time customer of the brand. They show you the pizza every time their done making it to see if you want it more crispy to make it just right. Their staff are pretty fast on getting the order done- i've never waited more then 20 mins to go pick up the pizza and it not being done yet!
Neil is a young staff member at this location and always has a smile on his face! Its nice to see people take pride in their work and greet you very friendly. All the staff are pretty good and friendly and take pride. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work

Terrible service! I placed an order and was told about 40 minutes, an hour later I called back and they apparently had no record of my order. I should have known better because the last time I ordered from pizza nova I asked for well done and received barely done. Over priced under quality

Best pizza in Hamilton. We get the pizza only, with choice of 5 toppings. Lovely crust. Highly recommend!
