Pizza Nova

I'm not a fan of chain pizzerias but I will say that Pizza Nova's dedication to quality stands out in their food. I chose this location even though it was quite further a drive than the Upper James location. Their Google rating was higher and I will say that it was worth the drive. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who took my order. When I mentioned that I drove out of my way he threw in a pair of hot Italian pepperoni sticks gratis. He also said that it would be worth going out of my way. I must say that they did not disappoint. We ordered the Double Deal (2 mediums) the Pepperoni with extra cheese had so much mozzarella that you couldn't see the meat at all. Traditionally when specials are ordered places always skimp on the toppings, especially cheese which is the most expensive product. This certainly was not the case here. The other pizza had all veg and was super flavouful. Their Italian hot peppers are way better than traditional banana peppers that everyone else serves. Also impressive was the taste of the sauce. Their use of quality tomatoes ring out in the flavour. The mozzarella cheese was top quality as well. I highly recommend this Pizza Nova location for service and excellent quality food. As a former pizza maker who has very high standards these folks passed the test and then some. Can't wait to heat up the leftovers in my air fryer.

Not many folks dine-in here typically. But not that bad for a late night quick bite on the go.

To be honest. Treat us like we are theift and we stole card from other house and aruguing worst. Greeding like we only come for free stuff. First they give discount coupons and now making their own rule. Worst experience Ever.

I will make sure me or my relatives never come to this location.

Delicious pizza taste with great toppings quantity and quality of the dough is incredible.not only that the owner and staff are incredibly amazing! Definitely recommend if you want excellent pizza!

Would give one star if possible, pizza is awful better off going to little ceasars, pizza never tastes the same

Excellent pizza! They have amazing pizza sauce! The planteroni is the best tasting compared to any other pizza joint!

My go to pizza in Ancaster. Their pizza is so good and fresh and the wings are delicious! The staff are lovely and their delivery service is really good! Give them a try you won’t regret it!:)

One star is even too much for this horrible place customer service was very rude and disrespectful they don’t even place your order probably save your time and money and order from your local pizza store

This place is the most disgusting place I have ever been. They make you wait for an hr for pizza. If you want to eat cold pizza and feel like plastic then this would the place for you. I truly do not recommend this for any one at all. The employees treat you like garbage they are very rude.

WOW! My son and I just had a taste sensation! We had the Banquet Cheddar pizza and your chicken pollini and I'm asking where the heck have you been? I just realized you were around the corner but don't worry now that we know where you are we definitely won't forget!

By far the best Pizza Nova location I've been to and personally my favourite pizza place in the city. They're generous with the toppings, wings are cooked perfectly and wedges are always amazing! This location does it right.

Worst pizza ever! Soggy and cold and under cooked. Almost 50 dollars and they won't refund my money only a store credit but I will never eat here again so do yourself a favour if you're reading this if you want a delicious tasty Pizza call anyone else as these guys do not know how to make proper Pizza and they certainly don't have very good customer service. I would say they don't care about their customers at all. Shame on you pizza nova for taking people's gard earned money and exchanging soggy gross inedible pizza in return

Super excited to try the planteroni pizza. Ordered through Uber eats and it never arrived: (tried calling pizza Nova, talked to two diff people and they were unable to help.

Out of all the existing pizza place chains that exist Pizza Nova is by far the best in my opinion. This location always prepares our pizza as ordered and when picking up the front staff have always been courteous and ensure we are happy leaving with our pizzas. The ingredients taste fresh and they top the pizzas with the right amount (not too little and not too much). Online ordering is easy to do. The walk-in special is what we usually pick up as it’s a great value for the service and quality we get.

Pizza is pretty average and on the dry side, and the wait is a bit longer than at other locations. The superb little caesars nearby has better pizzas for less. They did however offer to remake the pizza.

Food was great.music was a little bit too loud.couldn't hear my family talking to me without straining.

I ordered two medium slides to share and one big pizza.

One of the slides was a little bombs of buttery, yeasty goodness, and the garlic powder was robust but not overpowering. When my pizza arrived, my expectations continued to be exceeded.

The crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy. The toppings worked together beautifully. The pizza had a great consistency and very little oil. By the end of the meal I was planning my next visit.

First time and was traveling through. The gentleman who helped me at the counter was very nice and guided me through specials. The pizza was good and was surprised by the charcoal crust. Now enjoying my pizza in New York (Also wanted to go here because of the commercial jingle).

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE,
I just moved here last week, we came with family and friends for lunch, unbelievable experience the counter staff was giving me all the deals and specials they have. It was my first time trying pizza nova.im shocked these days its hard to find good person with the good attitude and personality.if i could give you 100 star i would!

I've been ordering here for a couple years. No issues, always prompt service and good pizza. I had a glitch with their web platform today and plain wings showed up. They resolved it without any issues, delivered my usual medium wings order and exchanged the other wings! Refreshing customer service. Cheers!

Very poor customer service with every interaction I’ve had here. I’ve been here probably around 4 or 5 times and I will not be going back. Workers are rude

Food is fine but the customer service is really bad. Guy didn’t complete the order I made online and even after I showed him the receipt he refused to do so.

I used to order and pick-up from this place for years, the food was always good, but the staff was slowly looking always agitated. No smiles, poor interactions, at times akaward, but this 1 DAY I apparently ordered too late to closing and this fool behind the counter exploded on me with the utmost disregard for customer service and human decency, was so mad that I orderd too late to closing. (It's not my fault your company allows this, don't make my pizza then) he literally went on a ragging rant and when I tried to calm him down back he shifted to blaming head office, (again not my problem). So sad, as I was always happy with the food and recommend others, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere, just shocking!
