Pizza Nova

Charged $3 for extra cheese, pizza had less cheese than a regular pizza. Stop cheating with the cheese, I see other reviews mentioning less cheese as well.

Very good and fast service. The place was sparkling clean. Ordered Pizza Polo and it was amazing.

This location is the best!
The pizza is always amazing and they take excellent care to make the pizzas to perfection.
I always request very lightly done and it's always done that way.
When I request lightly done from other chains (Pizza Pizza), it comes out burned, so I'll spend a little extra 'dough' at The 'Nova to have to done right.
Even after reheating (see picture) it is fantastic!
Always appreciate the friendly staff and the excellent flavour of their food.

Got a huge hair on my pizza.were talkin' a foot long. They always are skimpy with toppings u ask for xtra cheese and barley any cheese at all.

I love pizzanova product but this location aint putting any love into the pizza. 30 bucks for a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese.u kinda expect more. I can get a large piiza with same toppings at dominoes for 13 bucks
U pay more u expect superior product.

Update: again reluctantly went here for pizza out of convenience and burned again.
My gf and I where both really sick the next day also was the only thing I ate so I know it was the pizza never again do not eat here!

Pizzanova is one of my favourite pizza place but not this location. Ordered last night for the first time and that will be the last time too. So stingy on cheese and toppings. I wish pizzanova has a better quality control. It's not the first time I tried a new pizzanova location and got disappointed.

Came in last minute for a slice of pizza and they always have slices available. Staff is pleasant and polite. Great location, staff is amazing

Pizza was amazing as it has always been, friendly staff and in some ways the place reminded me of a TV series known as 'The Pizza Show'.

Order pizza from here and can honestly say my family and I are never disappointed. Always good, everyone satisfied, great service and price.

We picked up a large 3 topping pizza today for a quick dinner. Gotta say I was surprised this was a Pizza Nova pizza. Pizza Nova is usually delicious. This pizza was a very disappointing dinner and purchase. The crust tasted like cardboard… like a pre made, frozen crust and at first I thought they had forgotten the sauce. It was there but scant. The cheese was scant also. Sad … was this a one-off bad pizza or a new formula for cutting costs?

Amazing service. I had big order for my birthday and the delivered it to my house right on time. The pizza was 10/10 and I would definitely order from them again and again.

I Ordered from this store over a couple of days hoping I get the pizza nova quality I used to get by my old residence. This store makes the pizza very thin it crack like a cookie. It is also very well done and very dry the only good thing about it is the fresh ingredients. I'll never order from this location again

Bought BBQ chicken wings and garlic bread with cheese. They were cooked perfectly and not dry. Garlic was cooked properly as well.
Location was clean and service friendly. Will definitely go back.

Ordered 3 sandwiches yesterday 2 veal and 1 chicken. Paid $35 dollars. Both veal sandwiches were burned all around on the edges. Was not happy and will not order nor recommend that sandwich from this location. Secondly I gave the delivery driver $40 cash and he didn't even have common courtesy to ask ask of I wanted change back he just assumed it was all his. My intent was to give him the $40 but he had no respect. This location and service was a lot better not sure if management has changed. Just lost a customer. Pretty sure they could care less nor will I get a response.

I really enjoy Pizza Nova pizza.there's something about them that tastes better. The charcoal thin crust is one of my favorites now and I'm a big fan of their one topping specials. Never had a complaint about them so I'll keep coming back.

The delivery person showed up with a crushed box and a destroyed pizza, and told us that it was like that when they left the store. We sent it back and they said they would make us a new one, but haven’t heard anything in over an hour.

I am definitely coming to this pizza nova more often! The pizza was very delicious, and the customer service was excellent. Most importantly, I felt very safe ordering pizza in-person during the pandemic. The employees were wearing masks, and the hand sanitizer was available for me to use. I even noticed one of the employees cleaning/sanitizing the door handles for entering the store. I will be recommending this store to my family and friends.

Out of the chain places this is my favourite. Never had a bad experience with Pizza Nova! Great sauce, toppings, and crust (ask for well done!)

Just like any other Pizza Nova but my gift card never works there. Cashier knows about this and said many people have complained about it but wouldn't do anything about it. Will try another location now.

From the first moment you step in this place they give you an enjoyable feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a kind place to pass time with friends and colleagues or with your date.enjoyable cuisine, creative chief cook and stuff, good pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this fine place. Well we had a fine evening and the place was definitely one of the reasons for the strong gathering. The waiters contributed in a lovely style, the cuisine was appetizing and my friends were so pleased. We shall absolutely return for more celebrations.thanks very much.

Kingston Road and Altona location is the best Pizza Nova in the country! They make pizza like it should be made they don't skimp on toppings!

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The owner had exceptional customer service and I was left super satisfied. This will be my new regular pizza store and I definitely recommend it for everyone. Store was clean and service was fast.:)

They offer a fantastic range of fresh food. I enjoy dining here. Staff members are always super nice, prices are fair and the place is always clean.

Not a lot of choices in the area but this is a good pizza. I really enjoyed my last few orders.

Constantly forgetting an item in my order. Today I specifically told them to put written note on the bill not to forget anything but still, the idiots still forgot one item in my order. Very disorganized store.

This review is based on my first time ever ordering from Pizza Nova. I ordered a panzerotti, and 10 wings.

Driver was very nice, and the delivery was prompt.

Since I'm from out of town (hotel), I had called in a second time to request napkins and paper plates, which were provided.

Wings were absolutely nothing special, and their signature sauce didn't give them any flavour.

Panzerotti didn't come with any dipping sauce. It was only about a 1/4 filled, which I can verify because I had to eat it by hand, and only ate bread until I got 3/4 down. These are not big Panzerotti's. There were no utensils included.

Tried to call Customer service the next day to explain my experience. The only solution was offering me a future 5 dollar discount.

I had a cheese pizza there, but it was THE BEST pizza ever! Can imagine if i had other stuff too. The guy working there is extremely polite and talented! Hes name is Ali, i would definitely ask him to make my pizza next time
