Pizza Nova

Oh my god, Shafique wow if Pizza Nova has an employee like Shafique - they are on their way to shut down or worst case scenario they go bankrupt. Till date If I have experienced worst worst customer service ever - the worst level I don’t think there’s a poor level beneath what I just experienced when I walked into the store and had a conversation with Shafique. The employee yells in front of the owner and the owner had nothing to say for it. PIZZA NOVA IS ON ITS DOWNHILL. ALL IN ALL, if you see Shafique- just run away from the store. DISGUSTING COULD NOT STRESS IT ENOUGH!

Bad customer service and they not using separate cutter for vegetarian pizza bad experience

Not much choice in the quick slices. I know other locations have better choices with olives, peppers, beef, onions. But these guys only had the plain pepperroni or Hawaiian options.

Pass.

It would be nice to have a choice of actual pizza's ready to go for a quick lunch.

After a terrible car accident on January 31st, we were treated with such respect by a manager. We decided to revisit the location tonight (February 17th at around 10: 30pm) in hopes of meeting the same man but instead we were met with nothing but disrespect by a different employee. We were innocently playing go fish whilst waiting for our pizza then this employee came to give us trouble and preached about how this is a “fine establishment”. We tried to apologize and put our cards away but he demanded that we leave once we got our pizza. If this were such a “fine establishment”, you would think customers would be treated with more respect. In the end, our pizza was sub par; It was over cooked and the crust had the texture of cardboard. Very disappointed, would rate 0 stars if I could.

Use to love Pizza Nova but this will be my last order. Ordered online and the pizza arrived 30 minutes after it's estimated arrival, ordered direct from the store as they control the delivery on door dash and I have had issues in the past. Food arrived and the pizza was ice cold. The bruschetta didn't even show up. Called the main line and they transferred me to customer service, person on the other line was having a party and you couldn't hear them. Called again finally got to customer service, they can deliver the item again or leave a credit associated to your phone number. In 2023 they are incapable of crediting back a credit card and the only way to use the credit is to actually call in. Who wants to eat cold pizza so gross. Supposed to be well done the dough is raw and so is the pepperoni.

Their delivery driver was very rude and unprofessional, no hate on the pizza, the cooks were on point. My issue is the delivery driver, I understand that my partner didn't answer the call due to some issues she was having but come on be professional! How rude can you be that the moment I answered the door, the delivery man was screaming and blaming us. I was even ready to provide a tip to the delivery man but I just couldn't get over to his screaming and the way he handed the pizza.

1 star for the pizza (which was good) but -4 stars for the super rude delivery driver.

I was told to wait for 10 min. I returned 12 min later they just took a frozen, ready made pizza and put it in the oven.
After a few minutes they served me with a warm pizza with semi frozen tomatoes on top.
I will never buy pizza nova again.

I stopped going here after they accidentally put pineapple on my pizza, it was supposed to be pepperoni, sausage and mushroom not pineapple. They used to show you the pizza before you picked it up but don’t do that anymore. They are rude and unapologetic and after a series of bad experience including them forgetting to cook my pizza I stopped ordering from them.

Pizza Nova makes a quality product but this location is simply the worst. I will never visit this location again.

We ordered a pineapple with ham thin crust pizza and pepperoni with mushroom thin crust pizza. They are delicious!

Our pizza was burnt. The pizza tasted burnt. In fact, the pizza was so burnt, the Pizza Nova store tried to cut off some of the burnt edges before delivering the pizza to us.

Absolutely disgusting pizza and bad service. We wanted to order an extra large and the guy told us the Party Size is on special and it's for the same price as the Extra Large. I later learned Pizza Nova doesn't even carry Extra Large. The guy charged us almost $50! What's worse, the pizza was disgusting, we ended up eating a few slices and having to throw away the rest. I've never been to this store before, my experiences with other Pizza Nova restaurants have all been very positive.

Best pizza we ever ate: well done, lots of cheese and mushrooms, and tasty sauce.not all franchises offer the same generosity of ingredients on a pizza as this place does.so this is TOP PLACE FOR EXCELLENT PIZZA AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.no other franchise even comes close, including other pizza nova locations which skimp on ingredients and pizza dough often over cooked.

I ordered a Mediterranean Pizza to be delivered to my house. I ordered online choosing payment by visa. Delivery man came by without the visa machine gave me the pizza and said he will return in 10 minutes.

He came back with the visa terminal/machine. I told him I wasn't pleased about the waiting on him. That I really couldn't cozy up in front of the tv and eat the pizza the way I wanted because I had to be in readiness for his return.
He told me, "then you can order from another restaurant and don't order from this store again. " I still gave him $3.00 tip and mentioned to him that I will let the store know his thoughts re: not ordering from that particular store again.
Side note: I do order (pickup) from this store quite often as it is less than 5 minutes from where I live. Never had a problem with them, employees were always courteous. Until this delivery person my experience with the store was a pretty good.
The pizza was tasty. But no more deliveries for me.
Update: I spoke with the Manager: Neema, he said that I should ask for him when I drop in next time.he seems concerned about the delivery's man attitude.

Good pizza here. It's not crazy priced here. The workers were nice too I would come again if in the arena

My fave pizza franchise, but the lady at this place rode me like a donkey!

I went to order, and was the only person in the place. I was, admittedly, pretty indecisive, but there wasn't anyone else there! She sneered at me like I was holding up the last brick in the wall of China.

Guess it'll be Timmy's next door next time.

Boneless chicken is the same chicken nuggets you can buy frozen from Walmart. Very LITTLE toppings on a $20 pizza. Unacceptable. Will never return.

I do like Pizza Nova, I believe their pepperoni is made special for them. Great pizza, wings and fries and I find their pricing to be more reasonable than their biggest competitor, you know who that is! I have no problem recommending Pizza. Nova to family or friends.

Love this pizza nova. It's always consistently good taste, fresh and good service. I order from here weekly.

Very bad service. They are in such a hurry that they don’t even listen to what you want to order. Customer service just puts you on hold. Never going to order again.

Your average chain pizza place.

The lady that took my order was wonderfully patient with me, as it was my first time at a Pizza Nova and I wasn't sure how to order there (eg.deals, making a custom pizza). She answered all my questions and was professional.

I ordered a half and half party size. The speed was average and the taste is what you would expect out of a fast food pizza. Nothing particularly stands out about this place.

This place is worth visiting. They serve large portions for convenient prices. Regularly clean and with awesome vibes. Will visit here again.

The counter staff here are great and there's always an array of hot fresh slices to choose from. It's the only Pizza Nova I'll go to

How does one review a pizza place.

Speed? They were quick and I got my order without waiting around for long.

Service? I went at midnight and the gentleman working there still tried to make some small talk while I waited

Food quality? It's a pizza nova. Exactly the quality I expected to get.

So ya, decent place.

This spot constantly delivers. They have excellent food for fair prices, there no long wait even when the spot is loaded.

Ordered pizza and the trio box of wings, pollini and wedges. Pizza was ok. Could have been cooked a little longer. The wedges were burnt and they put very little. Usually have a good experience with pizza nova, but not this time.
