RACIAL PROFILING!

Hello @PizzaNova. I love Pizza Nova. I do not write reviews often. However, I can not sit quite when it comes to Racial Profiling! The Lady in this location is extremely racist. She said. “ You people are always making trouble. Many more …. ”. It is long story.

I am asking. Please do not let racial profiling happens to anyone else in this location.

Got delivery with panzerottis and pizza zero of the 4 dipping sauces ordered called and said they would send them and didn't and the bacon I got in one of the panzerottis did not looked cooked or if it was it was cooked the bare minimum and the original delivery was past their estimated time frame

Had a meatlovers slice (didn't seem like the slice was that old). On a scale of 1-10 would give the slice about a 6. Abit on the small side for what you pay but that's probably all locations since it's a chain. Flavor wise nothing to write home about. The crust left alot to be desired and was dry and not much flavor. In no hurry to go back. Last resort pizza. I know a full fresh pizza from here is alittle better but still not enough to make me want to run back.

How does this place even stay in business? Their pizza used to pretty good but the last $25 pizza had almost no sauce and even less cheese. We ordered for a delayed pickup i.e. Ordered it at 5pm for a 6pm pick up. I swear it had been sitting for 45 minutes when we arrived at 6pm. In addition to being a horrible pizza it was cold. Never again

This is a great pizza nova. They are nice people who always make a great pie, whether its 1130am or 1130pm, always good!

Been to this location 3 times and never able to get a slice of pizza. I was told i had to get a full pizza. Pizza store no slices?

Would be nice to get more than one bacon strip and maybe a few more mushrooms on your pizza since you paid for the extra toppings. Wont be coming back if you’re going to cheap out like this. It used to be so good too! Sad

Love this Pizza Nova, food tastes unreal! The staff are also extremely accommodating! Highly recommend!

We got food poisoning from eating pizza. It’s been almost a week and still feeling ill. We will no longer go to Pizza Nova in Bowmanville.
