All the negative reviews about the owner are TRUE! Absolutely TERRIBLE service here. The owner is not professional what so ever. Personally, I believe that if you voice your concerns about mistakes they have made regarding an order, the OWNER should not respond with hostility and foul language. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED.

The quality of the food is just not what it used to be. Paid for double toppings and got half of a regular portion. The dough is heavy and the crust tastes like a frozen pizza crust. Paid almost $50 for the pizza and it was a disappointment. It’s a shame because this place used to be so good

I know times are tough for everyone.but wow has the quality of this place gone downhill fast. I dont know how expensive pizza sauce is but it seems like theyre trying to save money there by adding barely any to their pizzas. Everything costs more now, but you get less toppings.used to be very good but not so great anymore.

All the ratings aren’t very good but personally the gluten and dairy free pizza was amazing and the best one I’ve had and I’ve tried many

I ordered large cheese pizza after waiting over an hour, we got very very cold pizza and it tasted bad after spending $29 with delivery and tip. Well we had to order from pizzaville it came hot and better taste

I don't know why I keep going back to this pizza joint. Obviously I must forget how disappointed I was at the time. The pizza is thin, the toppings are sparse, and as usual I'm disappointed. Maybe writing this review will spur them on to make some changes. Or I guess I can look forward to disappointment again after several months go by and I forget writing this review.

I do not know what has happened to this place but it is NOT the Pizza Nova that I loved a few years ago. Slowly getting smaller in size (an extra large is now a medium), less/poor quality toppings and something is up with the crust. Our dog ate a few small pieces of the crust and then turned her nose up. I didn't even want to take the one leftover slice to work with me because my tummy was not happy at all. They also said the wait time was 30 minutes. Someone needs to learn how to tell time because last time I checked 65 is more than 30 doubled! Hmmm? New management? Cutting costs? Not sure.and definitely not happy.

It's another place Pizza Nova in Barrie there to the one in Big Bay Point in Young Street they got a good product Tasty Pizza 2

Outstanding service and pizza, it could be the franchise but the italian owner makes it personal, best pizza nova in town (and beyond). Make sure to stop by and chat with the owner, he'll sure appreciate your visit. Coming back

Used to eat here daily. Where did the old guy who ran this place like a store. Without the customer you don't have a job. Friendly reminder.

This pizza nova in Barrie has been very disappointing, they sent a wrong order, I called & complained a report & the call centre agent said he wanted the product back for further investigation. Do your service right so you wouldn’t have any situation like this!

The owner needs to do right with his employees because as I am reading the reviews, this location has been making wrong orders to people who pay money to this awful place. Train your employees correctly & have proper sanitation!
