Pizza Nova

This was terrible i went in did a take iut order for a Panzo specifically asked for baked extra cheese light suace and pineaple you have to pay for the extra toppings 1.50** ok so im there waiting amd they give me my panzo which DOESNT HAVE EXTRA CHEESE i made a comment to the girl she went to the back and said something to the guysbback there having a chat and they just waved and nodddd at her and she said nothjng looked awkaward and didnt mnow what to do i mentioned again this isnt extra cheese so i left.very inconsiderate and rude considering they were hanging out in the back talkjng jn their native language.

Ordered the 2 medium 2 topping pizzas special and requested all toppings to be just on one pizza and the other just plain cheese. Khushboo and Gaurav were so nice to accommodate my request.:) Excellent customer service!

Tasted bad and upset stomach.
I buy Pizza Nova for takeout regularly, first and last time I try this location.
The pizza I got was cold and looked old, and missing my chicken topping. I suspect they gave me an older pizza and just sprinkled an extra topping I ordered (broccoli) on it.
When I called to complain, no apology, no we will make it right, just a $5 credit for the missing topping and a goodbye.
Threw most of the pizza away cause it didn't taste right. Next day had upset stomach.

Terrible delivery. My order took over 2 hours on a Tuesday evening when I was estimated 30 mins, called to check on it and was told "it's on its way" then it took another 50 minutes to drive 10 minutes down the road. Was told after 2 calls it "Will be there momentarily" "says it went out for delivery". Not impressed. They clearly forgot to make the order and tried brussing me off repeatedly.
Customer service at the dispatch was helpful, but the store was not.

I've personally had a great experience here! The workers were very nice to me, we're very patient with me when I didn't know what to order. Super sweet and pleasant people, food of course is amazing, check it out whenever you get the chance!

Always go to this location. They are usually quick and the pizza is good. Last week for the first time ever they messed up my order. They handled well. I was satisfied with how they made it right. I will keep coming back.
