Just received an order from this location. Ordered two pizzas and both were cold. One of the pizzas that had meat and veggies on it was not cooked. Not to mention the sauce and crust of the pizza is not the same as it was previously know for. This is very disappointing as a long time Pizza Nova customer. The delivery drive also made my mother who is a senior citizen, go to his car and get the order herself. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from a well known established pizza restaurant. Do better or try a different type of business. You have lost 4 customers.

How many 5 minutes do I have to wait? 4 times, which is equal to 20 minutes on top of the regular 20-minute wait time just for 1 large pizza on critical time. It's so crazy that I won't come to this location again

I placed an order through Skip the Dishes and it was never confirmed. Customer service said that their tablets are down. Don't use 3rd party apps for ordering. Just call them. They have a great customer service team.

Worst freaking experience for a pizza delivery, the rudest person answering the phone was the cherry on top!
