Pizza Nova

I use this place my favorite but unfortunately since they have Rude customer service @ front won't use this location anymore

I ordered one medium pepperoni I was in a rush and I told a tall young guy to make that fast, and I only wait for like 10 minutes, perfectly cook, usually order from pizza nova but this store is something else!

I wouldn't go to this Pizza Nova location unless you were planning on getting into a car accident. Ordered for take-out during rush hour today and arrive around 4: 25pm. One of their employees must have been running late as he and his friend were in a rush. They honked me entering the parking lot and then tried to pass me on the wrong side of the wrong - almost hitting me if I hasn't vigilant. When confronted about the danger the employee simply laughed at me and disappeared into the back. He refused to provide me with his name. He has glasses and a long curly ponytail. Doesn't seem like this is the first time he's been responsible for such dangerous acts. When I walked out of the building another customer told me they witnessed the entire interaction and has seen it happen before with the same employee. Other employees working were pleading for me to report the employee as well.

Picked up a foccacia barese for my dad yesterday and he was so disappointed. The foccacia was not cooked and well done as he had asked for and there was no salt.

This location is one of the best locations I’ve been too. The staff are very well trained with exceptional customer service, and the owner is amazing and very accommodating.

Very disappointed. First time ordering from this location. Usually LOVE Pizza Nova! On family day I ordered a large pepperoni and party size cheese pizza. I wish I took a picture. Hardly any sauce with very little cheese! HALF of the party size outter squares were more then half crust. Literally paid $45 bucks for pizza dough.

Stopped In for a slice and was welcomed like I have been a regular for years. They had large selection of different pizza slices which all looked wonderful. I went with the supper veggie and was not disappointed. I Would highly recommend.
