Nova is my preferred pizza chain but this location took it to the next level, the dough was a work of art, crispy, light and fluffy. It definitely hit the spot. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Would not recommend if you have celiac saw them using the same gloves that tou he'd reguakr puzza dough and then used to touch the gkuten free pizza also 95 percent of their meet topping are not gluten free which they don't even know that themselves not to mention they use the same gloves that touched the regualr pizza and then used to grab the toppings

Nasty! Nasty! Nasty! No hand washing and horrible customer service if you want food poisoning this is the place to go! Dude was handling cash and handling food without washing his hands and tried to give me my slice with his thumb print in it the service at this location is unacceptable.

I'd have given 1 but the pizza didint taste bad. Customer service is the worst, though.
Yesterday evening (Sat, after 6PM) I visited the place and order one large pizza. The place was not so full (a group of teenegares, a couple and I). The girls took pizza slices, the couple the same and I ordered a pizza. I waited 40min for my order! 40min! I could have ordered a take out instead! If you have many online orders (as inside I didint see many on the spot) you could either serve food the customers inside or hire more stuff
Additionally only the old lady was the one washing hands, the two guys making pizza not! Between various activities, browsing the phone - no washing hands or using plastic gloves. If not for seeing by accident that my pizza was made by that lady, I would have cancelled my order. It's unhygienic and nasty.

The service is usually Cold!
The woman that works there has a very cold attitude. Doesn't say hello, how are you?
She asks rather coldly what I want.
Then when I pay, no thank you period.

Pizza tasted awful.had a nightmare experience on Saturday, April 22 at around 7: 30 pm. At first, everything was fine. The service was fine with the young asian male at cash. After my partner and I ordered, 2 South Asian males (one taller and one shorter) from the back came up to the front. Verbally made a comment to me about my body. Then talked about my body together. The taller one of them took a photo of me and was showing it to the other.

Rude, unsanitary and unsatisfactory. Garlic bread wasn’t cooked through and their packaging for my lasagna wasn’t sustainable. Kid at the front was unwelcoming.playing on his phone, sitting close to the ground… I saw him and the cook touch pizzas without washing their hands. No thanks.
