Great pizza and great service. Was offered a better deal that I wasn’t aware of and got more pizza for the same money. Staff were friendly and happy.

Very bad response from the boy who was at the order counter we asked to select the pop at the last for the given order and he was like you can’t do that. And the way was too rubbish it’s been 3 years i was eating at Pizza Pizza but now i will never come to this place. Untrained staff who is always angry for no reason.

Ordered, it never came. Disappointed

Pizza Nova would say that it was ordered for a later time, but ordered for immediate delivery

Pizza Nova Lansdowne is by far the best pizza place in town. The staff are lovely, the pizza is delicious, and they always get the order right. 10/10, definitely recommend.

It was not the place it was the person on the phone at the call center I could not understand her and she hung up on me

It's a pizza place, not sure what else your asking for in a pizza place, but the ingredients are real. Staff are great to my kids. Price is great and it's ready quick.

Bought chicken ceasar sandwich and the guy seemed upset he had to make it. Went to eat it and there was only 6 small pieces of chicken on it. I had to take it back, I felt like I was being ripped off. He said “this is a pizza shop not a sandwich shop”. Could not believe someone would actually make such an awful sandwich and knowingly sell it to a customer like that. I never return food but this was a disgrace. They man should be fired.

Employees are always friendly and nice, pizza (thin crust) is the best I've had in a while. Decent prices for the pickup special too.

The gluten free multi grain crust is not it. If you’re looking for a cracker with mediocre topping taste, this might be the place for you. Food was prepared without gloves, knowledge of the menu items and what ingredients they contain was lacking (to be fair, staff did call a manager to confirm ingredients on one of the pizzas). NOT A CELIAC SAFE ESTABLISHMENT

They always make my pizza well done just the way I like it. Awesome garlic bread as well. Top notch pizza!

I’ve always loved Pizza Nova best, not just for the sauce (which is drool worthy) or that so many of them aren’t outfitted to look like you’re buying conveyor-belt pizza, but because the service is always STELLAR. I’ve never had a bad pizza from Pizza Nova, but it’s not just about the pizza. Yesterday at the Lansdowne location in Peterborough, I’d just come from the vet with my cat, and their employee walked my pizza to the car. The staff are just so pleasant, not “I hate my job, how long till I can escape” like I see at so many other places.

This location has been my local Pizza Nova for years! Local management is awesome and quality of product is always top notch!

Such warm and friendly customer service. Food was hot fresh and delicious! Well definitely be back!

Goodbye Hot and Not Fresh, Goodbye Over Priced Papa, Goodbye Triangle Domino. Hello to Pizza Nova! I have been a customer here and there over the years, but now I am here to stay. Better ingredients, better crust, better employees!

Yep, the pizza can take longer, yep a little more money than the other cardboard disc, but in my opinion, worth the wait!

And, any establishment that have staff that are having fun in front of customers, they will ensure you are happy with your order as they like their job and the people they work with! That translates into a good pie!

Ordered the other night. Took a long time past the time it said it would be ready. We had to call customer service 3 times. Each time being told it "was 5 minutes away" but wasn't We had company over waiting to eat. The dairy free cheese was horrid and we ended up tossing the whole pizza out. It was like slime. We also didn't get the cookies we were supposed to get with our order so they credited it but i guess we lose out because we are never ordering here again

It seems over the last year the quality of the gluten free has gone downhill. Perhaps the recipe has changed but my last few orders has been over cooked, less cheese and fewer toppings. It’s unfortunate and I will be looking elsewhere for my gf choice.
