Pizza Nova

A good pizza place in the neighbourhood. I like their thin crust pizza and we ordered the special "2 medium with two toppings". Both were very good. Service was quick and friendly.

Small mostly takeout spot. Not as good as it used to be. Last time I bought it tasted watered down or something. I couldn't quite figure it out. More Cheese Please

Property manager is very rude. We were just about to eat the pizza but she spoiled our mood by not allowing to park our bikes outside the store. We will never visit again. Until today no parking sign is not posted even we told them that their is no sign.

Pizza Nova on church used to be our go to for pizza. The last many orders we have called to complain. They make it seem as if it is our fault for them not preparing pizza properly, for the toppings lacking, or for poor quality. So sad, we need to find a new pizza joint.

The overall quality just went downhill. Recently ordered for delivery, asked for the pizza to be well done, the dough was uncooked on the top half of the pizza and also the pizza was very flimsy and sloppy. I dont care the pizza came quick, I want it to at least be cooked properly and well done rather than rushed.

Got delivery but Driver was goated so that's 5 stars right there. Gave a regular tip but they gave us free drinks. Food certainly pricey but honestly worth.

I don’t know who the customer support is in the store but he is WILDLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I had an order which was to be delivered and when it took really long and I made a call to your place and THIS GUY PICKS UP AND SAYS ITS ON HIS WAY AND HUNG UP ON ME. I called back because I track my delivery and it was saying “preparing” and when I asked him why it said preparing on my end and this guy said “I don’t have to explain anything to you” and hung up on me again. THIS IS TOO DISRESPECTFUL and I deserve more respect as a customer when I have concerns about my order. I am very disappointed!

I just ordered a party size pizza from the location on Church st. The pizza was disgusting, it was raw, way too much sauce, the dough was like bread. We didn’t eat it. Usually I really like Pizza Nova however I would never order from this location again.

Disabled guy couldn’t get out of the accessible washroom because chairs were blocking his way out

Actually one of the worst customer service i'v seen! The place says it's handicap accessible yet had so meny things in the way to the washroom. And when asked to move it, got attitude in return, then moved what ever was in the way and made it more in the way. With attitude! So for that this place need a recheck on its employees ASAP

The worst customer service I have seen in a pizza shop. Staff yelled at customer had just asked to use the washroom. Staff was also rude with me because I was taking a bit longer time to translate they ordering process to a friend who doesn’t speak the language. The food is good, but chances are you will be yelling at before you get to try their food.

Staff seemed lost, took forever to get a poutine. Poured the wedges in a bowl and walked around the restaurant even the customers area with it before finally putting a lid on it. Very small amount of cheese on it, says it’s curds but it’s cut up cheddar.

Im turning myself into a regular customer at this place, I love their pizza, the ambiance and the attention is nice. I really enjoy coming here

I called them once and the guy screamed at me over the phone for no reason. Really unprofessional.

It was a Asian short guy on April 26 Wednesday night when I came in a store he had very rude behavior and he had attitude on me but pizza was good except the cashier!

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza tonight because I like the real bacon strips. It was delivered and the crust was so burnt I couldn't even chew through it. The veal sandwich was also burnt and so dried out. They were both black. Even the toppings couldn't save it. Don't order from the placer on Church St. Other locations are better. Ew. What a waste of money. Had to throw it all out: - (

I was here last night, I ash for more cheese and Tabasco and the guy was not kind, he was so rude, I was there around 9: 49pm

Very disappointed for my order tonight, took a lot of time despite the shop was empty and the service was bad and rude.
It will be my last time at Pizza Nova.
There is a lot of other better pizza shops in Toronto.

A restaurant that’s open to take your money late night but not open their washrooms for customers

Was a bit apprehensive at first when I learned it was a chain, but the pizza turned out to be awesome!
