Left empty handed. I had just gotten surgery and wanted to get a single slice. Was met with extremely rude lady (older, blue eyes, red hair). Had a bad attitude when I asked questions. The blonde younger lady in the back came and said some rude things and joined in… I felt uncomfortable and felt attacked! I’m never coming to this location again. I don’t know how these people are in customer service!

Refused service to my family and I, the main lady (a little older than everyone else, was in the front) was extremely rude, and everyone in the back was laughing at us. Never returning to this location!

Worst experience.stay away.ordered via ubereats.didn't get the order as it was delivered to the wrong address.store refused refund.never ordering again from pizza nova.

Great location as i work at the hospital. Many times im strapped for time and this pizza nova, their employees and owner have my back. They make amazing slices, pizza and wings are even better. Best hot sauce ever!

Really low quality food. Extremely salty. Since covid, these guys playing cheap and coming short. Every time I ask for double cheese and pay for it, I get the same amount of cheese as a normal amount. They always burn the pizza. The give you little to almost nothing amount of the toppings when you order a party size. I am paying for it and not my first time at pizza nova.you guys are becoming cheap and stealing from the quality.
Also, you were late 20 minutes late in delivery. The staff are also very rude. Asking the same question multiple times cause they are not paying attention. Not a recommended pizza nova location.

Pizza Nova has the best pizza. I love the bread. It is our go to pizza place. I’d totally recommend pizza polo

The best Pizza Nova ever honestly I’m a Pizza Nova’s client since 2019 and I’ve tried so many different stores. I think that this store is the best one they prepared my pizza with their heart it was so good I highly recommend this store.

The food was ok, decent when it comes to fast food pizza joints but the problem here is the customer service. The front lines (cashier) to be specific.
It was 11: 45am March 4,2023. Blonde lady about 5'10 in height. For someone that's in front, you NEED TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS NICE AT LEAST!
This person was rude! The whole time I was ordering she was just looking down to her phone. And when I asked her how much is each toppings for the Panzerotti? Is the such and such? She then looks back and says, "that's what it says"
Where the hell did Pizza Nova pick up this bum? Clueless when it comes to customer service, clueless when it comes to work ethic, she's absolutely terrible!
Not once she looked at me, no eye contact. Nothing.
Not just me, but others too!

AND NO! I AM NOT RECOMMENDEDING THIS PLACE.

Not a good place. Customer service was rude and kept asking the same questions repeatedly on purpose and making the customers feel dumb. If you pay to eat you expect kindness which this place did not have.

Made an order, and they forgot half of my order just like that. I had to stay on the line with customer service for 30 min. And that is after they dropped my call twice.
