Pizza Nova

I had some pizza. The pizza is not tasty. Quite soggy.

The staff is excellent.

Update: my girlfriend eats Pizza Nova from this location, and the "white pizza. " is her favourite. Gets it from here once a week. Today we ordered a large and it didn't have enough herb oil base, and the crust was not as requested. She was very disappointed. I offered to return it, but she was scared they would get mad. I'm im just leaving a review for her.

Update x2: they got the pizza right. But too many flies in the restaurant.

Service was fast and they had a nice selection of fresh slices to choose from for a quick bite to go. They have a seating area outside as well in case you want to enjoy the downtown atmosphere.

I was there last night. I ordered a slice of pepperoni. I asked the woman to heat it up. I could see she didn't want to be useful. She said it was fresh & hot enough. I got across the street to eat in the park on a beautiful day. The pizza was almost stone cold. She lied & should be working there. I traveled 40 or so steps to Eastland park & my pizza was cold & undercooked. Not satisfied & disappointed with the product & establishment.

Always fresh and made to perfection,

Sorry to say but this was the worse pizza I’ve ever had from pizza nova. The toppings where falling off each slice and it wasn’t even cooked raw dough. I had to put it in the oven for 15 minutes more. By that time I lost my appetite no more pizza nova for me. I’ve seen the last few reviews not good on your side. I shouldn’t of even given you one star I want to show pictures of the pizza but this app won’t let me.

This is my regular location and I love the pizza. However I’m giving 3 stars because it’s extremely frustrating that they understaff their counter on busy Friday and Saturday nights. Despite ordering online, I have to wait in line just to pick up my order which I can see sitting on top of the oven. All because they have only 1 person at the front. It defeats the benefit of ordering ahead of time.

Please, I love this location, but please have at least 2 people at the front on busy nights to service pickup orders.

They sell good pizzas but poor customer service. Their employees need training on customer interactions.

Nothing like a fresh hot pizza made to your specifications. The owner always goes out of hos way to accommodate special requests.

It's a small shop but the pizza is great.
Staff is friendly.
Ordered on line for pickup and had no issues.
Pizza was done perfectly, crust nice and crisp.
Have to say not all locations are the same.
Just moved into the area was was very pleased with how good the pizza was compared to where I used to live

I ordered from Pizza Nova (1954 Danforth Avenue) for the first time using DoorDash and my order arrived about 1h early. Better early than later, but by the time my family got home the pizzas were cold. I talked to the delivery guy about it and he said he would check. Then the DoorDash app started showing that the order was still on the way but that order never arrived. The pizzas were good but I was a disappointed by the overall experience.

Best pizza of all the big chains. The slices here are regular good and made well. Friendly service as well.

I very much love the food and customer service, fantastic location close to my house. The cashiers are always nice. Will visit here again.

Very well kept and convenient spot. They offer big portions and for economical prices. I loved the menu very much and the waiters were very amiable and chatty. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

I go to this great restaurant quite a bit! This is my favorite spot to pass a nice evening. I visit this place routinely. The food is great, the workers are friendly and the cost is reasonable. I enjoy eating in this restaurant for a good lunch.

Prices are fair, good combination of toppings, the Tuscon pesto has a great flavor and the flying pineapple is a unique combination.

We had a delightful experience there with superb cooking and a courteous crew and a talented chief cook. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we shall definitely visit again soon. I'm used to having wood oven pizza but it is normally sold as a whole pizza. Pizza Nova is located in my neighborhood. When I want a slice or two I go there. They have many different toppings on their slices to choose from ready for take out or eat in. Price is reasonable and quality is good. A cheap place for a quick bite to eat.

This 5•star rating is for the Pizza Nova at Danforth Ave & Woodmount Ave. There pizza, especially if the old owner Angelo makes it for you, is TOP NOTCH! There wings. TO DIE FOR! Keep it up Danforth Pizza Nova!

The cheese slide right off the pizza, and it was cut into 4 slices instead of 6 like a small should be.

This is a great Pizza Nova location - all of the employees are committed to crafting a quality pizza. It is always squeaky clean. No special request is too specific. It is my go to spot for take-home pizza.

Love the pizzas - bursting with flavours and loaded with topping. The pizzas don't rely too much in cheese to create flavor, the toppings do that work.
Their Tuscan pesto pizza in carbone base is my favourite.
The sides are just okay though - wedges are good but the chicken ones are nothing to write about.

I ordered a veggie small pizza. The pizza was stick to the cardboard and whole the cardboard was wet I had a very bad experiences with pizza Nova.
