Pizza Nova

Terrible company they can't hold themselves accountable, can't communicate their delivery policy clearly and extremely rude to their customers.
I have ordered pizza and I have been told that it will believers within 30-40 min, at 52m from my call I have called the company and asked them why they didn't deliver the pizza yet, so they told me they don't commit to delivery timeline!

I have asked them why they didn't say clearly that they don't commit to delivery timeline, so they responded by "no one would tell you that! "

I don't understand how pizza company can't commit to delivery timeline? What is the purpose of pizza delivery without commitment to time?

I have the recording of the cctv camera and the phone records to prove that they tried to deliver the pizza after 53 to 55 min from my call.

Never accept their proposal to get free pizza, they will give you bad name, they have no respect to their customers. Better to stay away from Franchizes who don't respect their customers, can't commit to delivery timeline and can't communicate their policy clearly.

Disgusting behavior from staff! He picked his nose then making the pizza without washing his hands! Was handling the cash and serving customers and touching everything then making the pizza with bare hands! I just left without ordering!

Impeccably clean restaurant. The food is excellent and the customer service is friendly and professional. I go there at least every other week for a slice (or two) - depending on how snug my underwear waistbands are becoming.

So why the mediocre review? I will explain:

1. That fraudulent "open till" method of collecting cash from a sale? They conveniently add the 13% HST (even if they have to pull out the flour-laden calculator from under the counter "seeing as how the cash register is not working properly today" to compute the amount) and then use said calculator to calculate your change? See? They pocket the HST. Our government (s), both federal (5%) and provincial (8%) see none of that money. Hey, I'm no choir boy myself.but if you're going to conduct business with an open till, just charge me the base price for the pizza slice without adding the HST (. Which you're going to pocket at the end of the day). That's Number 8 of The Ten, is it not - "Thou shall not steal"?

2. The "walk-in special ingredients gyp". I'm a recent addict of that Honey Stinger pizza slice. It's rather spartan in terms of number of ingredients but it packs a flavourful punch! Instead of pepperoni. Calabrese soppressata salami slices! And then the pizza is drizzled with this home-made honey/hot pepper oil. (I'll include a picture of the addictive stuff.) It is delicious!

So. I thought of ordering a pizza, a walk-in special, with precisely the same ingredients. It ended up sort of tasting the same.but man oh man did they ever skimp on the ingredients! Some slices had no salami on them at all! How come the individual slices taste so good? 'Cause they're almost five bucks each! (See that picture below of that mouth-watering Plain Jane pepperoni sliceI had today? See how much pepperoni they put on it? Do you get that many with a walk-in special?) And that large, with a gazillion smaller slices in it, is like eighteen bucks. (Plus the open till 13% surcharge when you pay with cash because that 'durned cash register is acting up again!)

Seems pizza nova is losing its quality day by day
Ordered a large 4 topping pizza topping were all over the place.
Left empty stomach after having this pizza.
They really need to work on their quality.

Waiting forever to get the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. One of our pizzas didn't have one topping we ordered, so my guess is they mixed up that order and the other was half burnt. This was our second time here as I don't believe in one bad experience ruining it for life but it was just as bad as the first. There won't be a third time!

Bestest franchise. Love there pizza always fresh, tasty just perfect. Not just this location all of them. Chicken, hot peppers and pineapple mmmmmmmh yummy.

I ordered two Large pizzas, food was cold and the crust was so small and flimsy. It took 2 hours to deliver, only good thing is they gave a $15 discount

Consistently pleased with our order and service. They are generous with their toppings and made exactly as requested. This is our first choice when ordering pizza every time.

My favorite Pizza Nova franchise - consistently better taste than other locations. Super friendly owner. Highly recommend.

Been a fan of Pizza Nova. As a vegetarian, I have ordered the Panzerotti with additional toppings of sautéed spinach and bruschetta tomatoes without saying anything about meats. They have put hams in the Panzerotti. I do not appreciate with it. To all of vegetarians, please emphasize them that you DO NOT eat meats, especially they are unable to complied with your additional notes to your meals specifically. This is their responsibilities to service customers who are vegetarians.

We ordered a custom pizza online for delivery. The pizza was below standards. It was soggy and didn't feel like the toppings were cooked well. What's worse is that both me and my husband fell sick right after. Would not recommended this place as there are far better ones. Also it is exorbitant for the quality. I paid $30 for a medium pizza.

Usually we are a huge fan of Pizza Nova. Great food, great service.
Unfortunately, the last 2 times we ordered, our food has been under cooked and cold. The first time we thought it might have been a fluke, today we received cold food yet again.
Makes us think twice about continuing to be customers.

Ugh. Disgusting pizza! 1st pizza I had on my trip to Canada. Couldn't eat more than one slice. Cardboard crust. Bland cheese and sauce. Just not anywhere near an Italian pizza. Pretty much slapped together and thrown into the box.for added flavor.

Went in to buy cheese slices and was told I would have to wait because the slice there was for the cook in the back. Unbelievable customer service. I told him I'm the customer and should have first dibs instead he made me look like the bad guy in the store. Good luck with your workers Gerry desiani

Dont recommend this store employees behind the counter are exceptionally rude. Employees in the back seem to be more important then the customer.

We have ordered a large pizza - Brushetta. The taste was not to our expectations at all. It seems that the pizza was done well, but the taste was horrible.could be the ingredients or something else, don't know. Compared to the typical bruschetta, nothing in common. We had literally two bites and put the rest of the pizza aside.
The next day called the client services to see if they can do anything so that my money does not go to waste. They have offered $5 off form the next order. Question: why would I order again if I did not like the product!? Totally waste of money.

Very disappointed with the customer services and the product.
