Pizza Nova

I went to this location few days ago and was welcomed by friendly staff. Location is extremely clean and they had lots of fresh slices to offer!

The guy working was super nice! The garlic bread was disappointing… it’s just garlic butter on bread similar to a hot dog bun

Best pizza nova location period. The older gentleman in the back makes your pick up order the minute he gets it.

I often used to come here with my friends as my college is nearby and every-time their service is exceptional good. They prepare food very quickly and it’s always fresh and delicious. I would recommend every one to come. Best pizza.

So disappointing. Bland and flavourless. Not what I remember. Ordered extra sauce and they didn't even get that. UPDATE: The store reached-out to me to make things right. While I can't accept since I don't frequent the area, this is a positive reflection on their ownership

Spend 20 min trying to put in an online order, I added the wings then it keep loosing the custom pizza.

Great service and tasty pizza. Lots of options to add on to your pizza I.e. Olive oil, oregano, parmasean cheese

So their website ordering system was down this afternoon, and their POS system was also down. The attendant at the store had to create a paper invoice to complete the sale. Good service at the store.

It's a Pizza Nova, same as any other one. IMO its one of the better pizza franchises out there.

Let's take a moment and thank the chefs and delivery drivers of this Pizza Nova location for providing their customers with the most delicious pizza and AMAZING customer service prior and during COVID times. Kudos to you guys. You are AWESOME!

Amazing slice chicken with roasted Pepper I added pizza sauce before warming it up was very good

Awesome place, Very clean and customer service is excellent, They have a nice selection of plant based option.
Specially their Plant based nuggets.
You should definitely try their charcoal dough. It tastes yummy and it’s super delicious!
I would definitely recommend this place.

I prefer this restaurant a lot.theres a special mood. The meals are marvelous.the service is dynamic and the waiters are courteous. The cost is satisfactory.greatly recommend.

No, of course not, it's a McDonald's, Subway's or what have you.
So why review Pizza Nova? What makes Pizza Nova special?
It's not that it's especially linked to my childhood. McDonald's and KFC had their globalization fingerprints well outside of the western world, onto my childhood, before the cold war thawed. Meanwhile there's still multiple cities in Ontario that have 0 Pizza Novas.
It's not that Pizza Nova somehow stayed the same. Nevermind that the bigmac has remained practically the same for decades now, Pizza Nova actually made several subtle changes to its pizzas.
No, Pizza Nova is special in that it has somehow brought the unruly hogs that break into its pepperoni to bear, brought texture to mozzarella of all things, all on top of a sauce that can convert an atheist to tomato worship.
The atheist remains wrong, yet Pizza Nova remains its own beast, in complete solitude as it stares down at the mount everest of the pizza world from its self made tower, uncaring for the eagles that soar below, only showering us common rabble with delicious pizza (and of course, charity for the kids every year).
How is a large pepperoni pizza still only 10.99 do these people not realize what year this is I can't even get overnight parking for 11 bucks

Generally great food, but when ordering sandwiches for delivery packaging is terrible and bun is soft & mushy when you get it.
Suggest picking up if ordering sandwiches.

For a Pizza Nova, this is one of their better stores. Great pizza, great service, parking is hit or miss during lunch.

Please be carefull while you choosing manu.with toppings.here because posted price you may not be paying.they will add try to add you and you have to pay more money.plus they dont have no big table. 2 people.working in this busy day saturday.very slow.i hate customer service.who doesnt have experience.

Tonight's pizza was very salty. This was due to the meat used. I ordered chicken, broccoli and pepperoni on one half and then pineapple, ham and bacon on the other half. Normally this turns out ok and tastes great however tonight it was just too salty.

A large pizza like this is usually finished in 30 minutes but tonight we had to stop eating it half way.
We ended up taking off all the meat to eat and just to feel "full".

The chicken wings and pollini were very salty too.

Great spot for transit. The pizza is always high quality. Service can be a little on the slow side for pick-up at the counter.

I love this place. I have been going to this Pizza Nova location for four years while I worked in Markham. The staff at this location has always served warm, delicious pizza with smile on their faces on every single visit to the store. Keep up the good work, guys!

The pizza here is awesome. I liked the exquisite taste. They always provide fresh food. The service is up to the mark. Will be back to garb a bite for sure.

The pizza is soft but has a crunch and easy to eat.you can tell it wasnt put in the fridge overnight

Haven't dined inside as it is very small, but I have picked up and gotten delivery a number of times. Great staff and the pizza is always nice.

The gluten free pizza is just soooo good! I loved it. We had it with double beef! It is absolutely worth ordering and prices are very reasonable

Work can be exhausting but that doesn't mean you treat the customer with a rude attitude. I think staff here just need to learn to be more polite to customers.

Compare to all the other ready and grab. Pizza Nova just taste better. Feel like people made it actually "care".

Although I was impressed that the pizzas were ready on time, broccoli stalks were used as a topping without their florets. Unfortunately, the broccoli stalks were tough to chew, as they had not been peeled, and had to be picked off. I also did not appreciate that there was not enough broccoli on the pizzas in comparison to the other Pizza Nova locations that I have been to.
