Store Front Staff 2 Young Boys Very Rude with Customers. Untrained and Mannerless Staff with Attitude Problem as if they are Serving Free Pizza. No paper Napkins on the front Counter when i asked for Napkins the Boy Gave Really Angry Stare first and just gave me only 1 Small Napkin with Free Attitude. Manager sees the Bad Behaviour while he is Making pizza but he Does not Correct Them. No Slices in Stock at around 5 Pm. Wait time 25 mins until they Make Slices. The Correct Sauce Not used for correct slice.they just use the same tomato Sauce for all Slices. Asked For Washroom keys and Again had to Deal with that Bad Attitude. Hire and Place the Front Staff that has Willingness to Serve Customers

I ordered a pizza last night - and got the wrong one. Instead of refunding my order like I asked they kept pressuring me to accept the pizza 2 hours after I ordered it even though I said it was too late. I am absolutely horrified by their pushy behaviour. Do not order from this place!

Well I had a pizza from there tonight not all that impressed. The toppings were not evenly distributed. The crust was rather soggy. It was sadly disappointing

Ordered a pizza at the counter. 30 minutes later the counter folks finally admitted they didn’t know what we’d ordered and had to start all over again. 45 minutes to get a pizza, and when we got it home it wasn’t even fully cooked. Probably the most disappointing pizza experience I’ve had.

Mustafa was very friendly professional, and kind. Great service great food, love grabbing slices and receiving a friendly caio. Well done guys! Recommend this pizza joint to everyone in the meadowvale area.

Best pizza place hands down any other nova doesn’t compare and their staff always gives great energy. Carlos served me tonight and his friendliness was a vibe.

Customer service was outstanding, had slices ready and welcomed me and took my order quickly. I enjoyed my pizza.

I came to this place today to take an order. The guy name was Mustafa was giving me attitude. He starts speaking in hindi that I just did not understand a single word what he just said. He was rushing me through the order and he was being very sarcastic. This is not very good approach. I told him to make it spicy and telling me that is enough. I do not know this guy's problem is and don't know where he is from. When I left, he started laughing behind my back with his colleague for no reason. What's so funny? I am not happy with his approach and the way treated me.

A regular here, everything from pizza base, to sauce and to ingredients are absolutely fresh and pizza is cooked to perfection.
And a special mention to their service, guys who are working at this Pizza Nova are super nice to talk to.

Just ordered through Doordash and there was an issue with the driver so I called the store and the man I spoke to had the food remade and sent out right away. He even called when the new driver was walking out the door and on the way. Super professional and AMAZING lasagna

No gloves working on the pizza dow. The guy has hairy hands and he is mKing the pizza dow larger expanding it on both his hands with NO Gloves

Yet again another day.no gloves and rather then putting bbq souce on the wings they were full of ketchup

Nice good pizza, pretty good deals, I tried there kobab pizza that was pretty good, nice seating facilities so worth a try

Second time at this place in the pizza looks great tasting full of content and friendly staff. I will surely come back. Again again.

We ordered large 3 pizzas as follows:

1: Green Peppers, Sliced Tomatoes, Italian Style Hot Pepper, Black Olives, Red Onions

2. Pesto, Fresh Mushrooms, Italian Style Hot Pepper, Red Onions, Grilled Zucchini

3. Green Peppers, Artichokes, Bruschetta, Red Onions, Goat Cheese

You get lots of choice for the toppings and they are very GENEROUS with it unlike other chains. And the pizza crust is also well cooked.

We have ordered twice from this location and are never disappointed:)

Was disappointed with the veggie lover pizza I ordered today.toppings were falling of the pizza.crust was half burnt.plus you had to pay $2.5 per extra veggie toppings

Don't surprised if you go into this place in the early evening and ask for a pepperoni slice and they don't have any, it's happened to me a few times. The location @ Derry and Lisgar is much much better.

The taste and quality of the pizzas are alright, however they're a bit pricey compared to others.

I drive a bunch of blocks through a speed trap zone past three other pizza spots for a slice here.why? They always have fresh ones even late night.

Their pizza was the worst. It was burnt and black from the bottom. Diffenitly won't go there again.

Ordered pizza and was soggy, they said it's my fault I put to many soggy toppings on it ie tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms.

I like this place.no hassle. I always get my pizza from this location and the good thing about this.pizza is not greasy.

BEEN there once. Amazing place nice pizza.rated 2 star just saw of the the cook having rings in his fingures, coming myself from a hospitality background, will think twice before buying another pizza from there.not sure about it.

Had a thin crust pizza and it tasted pretty good. Staff was nice, service was reasonable, store was fairly clean and lots of parking is available.

Still the best pizza around! Pricing is higher than other franchises but worth the extra money.

The food is always good. They are very accurate with orders. Ive never had an incorrect order here.
The service is hit or miss.
One of the staff members has very loud phone calls up at the front. He is literally sounding like he's screaming.
Most times it takes a while to get noticed for service.
All that's said, I'll say it again the food is very good and sometimes worth the service issues.

Poor customer service and ethics. They made a mistake with our pre order, when we went to pick it up they said that someone already paid for the order. We insisted to pay for the order as we did not pay and they said no it was already paid for. We told them that it must have been a double order and we would like to pay. They the refused payment, gave us the pizzas and said it was their mistake. We had a 5 year old’s birthday party going on and arguing was the last thing we needed. A couple of hours later as well as the next day, Pizza Nova called to say yes it was their mistake but we now have to go back to pay. Will not be ordering from them again! Bye Filicia!

Way better than Pizza Pizza, 241,341 and Pizza Hut. Nicer ingredients, some really interesting ones too. I also really appreciate that they contact you by phone with 72 hours of an order, just to see if you were satisfied. If you are reading this - I WAS SATISFIED, PIZZA NOVA! VERY SATISFIED!

Great tasking pizza, just a little more pricey than what you get for the same price at other pizza spots.

I went in last night starving n bought 2 slices. These slices should of been in the garbage they were dry and super hard by the time I drove 3 blocks home. So bad waste of money ended up throwing them out n going to bed hungry

Always fresh and ready for pick up when they say it will be ready. Pizza Nova was, I believe, the first major pizza chan in tbe GTA to offer vegans and lactose intolerant folks, a dairy free cheese option. For that reason I have chosen to order from them exclusively. Of course, the pizzas always taste great too!

The food was okay that day, it's nothing compared to what it was at in the old place though. And all of the new employees have terrible attitudes, they just glare at you while you order and it feels like they want u to leave. I dress well, I pay my money so I don't see any reason why they would want me and many other like me outta there so fast. Me and my hubby just said "whatever let go eat while we're walking" we weren't about to sit there in the dining room getting glared at. No Thanks

Staff is very respectful, they even let my buddy keep his ice cream in the fridge while we waited for our pizza

Pizza Nova is just the best. End of Discussion. I get the meat supreme-not fully baked. Great stuff

To the big lad working the front on Thursday May 24, please do something else with your life because working as a cashier is not your calling. I don't want to be mean, but the service was absolutely pathetic. I go in, order a pizza, pay for it and the kid said it will be ready in 30 mins. Great. I came back in 30 mins and asked the kid if it was ready yet, and he poked around in the back and said "not yet". I sit down and wait, and wait, and wait. After 15 extra minutes of waiting, I ask the kid again if it's ready and he asked to see my order. I show him and he responds saying "oh, I forgot to give to them, sorry it was a mistake". I'm not sorry, but this was sheer stupidity and I was furious. You make me wait 45 minutes for absolutely nothing. Angered, I called to report this atrocious customer service and got 50% off, and head office will call in to ensure the order is done correctly. Some how his incompetence prevailed as I asked for a can of diet coke and root beer, and I got two cans of regular coke. I had to laugh at that though because I was passed anger at this point. The quality of food was underwhelming and I acknowledge I may be over critical of it, but still. If I were making a pizza for a customer who has complained, I'd make sure that was the best damn pizza I made that day. I'll drive two more minutes and go to Pizzaville at Thomas and Glen Erin. I hope everyone does the same.
