Was their last night with my family for a easy dinner. The 2 Guys working were on their phones when I went in. No orders in progress. While placing order watched 1 worker sneeze in to the open space were they make food. While waiting for them to start our order which they didn't seem to be in a hurry to start I watched the worker put his phone in his pocket then go and stick his hands into the cheese.with out washing. He washed after I said something. I got a refund and we had to go else were.since when do you were track pants and hoodies to work. I wouldn't recommend this place due to sanitary concerns

Slice to go is twice the price and 1/2 the size. I understand restaurants are struggling but when you operate this way you deserve to go out of business

Good food, fast. Only con is the addicts that hang around the door asking for change/food.

Such a disgusting place, placed order on call and they even dont bother to deliver it never seen these kind of place before we had orderd almost 1 hour before closing and still cant get it and when we tried to call them they are like all our buisness location are closed very disappointed

I had a very bad experience with Pizza Pizza today. I ordered via Uber Eats about half an hour back, The order was Large Pizza with extra cheese, sauce base, mozarella with regular done. However, I received just the pizza base baked with nothing inside. Can you imagine eating baked bread? Or worse can you imagine serving the customer baked bread, and not the order. Thats how the pizza looked. I dont know who messed this up but owner should take some action. Thank you for reading.

I went to pizza pizza with my friends and I enjoyed a lot because I had great food and drinks.

Just delicious. No one can beat their taste. Yumm! Always yumm! Never going to other locations.want the same taste forever!

Ordered the pizza for delivery and didn’t get it. When we called them they said there is no order from that number. Waited for so long really disappointed by the service.

I ordered butter chicken Pizza and it was very delicious. The staff was good and professional. They asked me if I want to make it spicy. Which was good because I like spicy. 5 stars from me.

Well, for the THIRD time in 2 months attending this place.not late (9pm on a Saturday) I was told their washrooms were 'out of service'. Despite being on separate lines. It is an overt lie and when the Manager was told I didn't believe him, he walked away.
As a dine in facility, they are obligated (obviously) to provide washrooms to their patrons. They prefer to look you in the eye, lie, and walk away.
The City of Barrie is being advised as to their multiple bylaw and health & safety violations. The front of house is filthy, the visible kitchen areas are as well as this place is a train wreck for the Pizza Pizza brand.

Excellent Pizza in town, Quality and quantity excellent. I love the Tandoori Pizza and staff is so nice and friendly.

Best place for Pizza in Barrie downtown. Friendly staff and atmosphere. Recommend everyone to visit at least once.

VERY BAD SERVICE, WE AARE NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!
Somehow my family and I are not to picky, we walk-in to get some pizza slices and wings, the cashier was very rude we where looking to get our food to go, the cashier never ask if it was a dine in or take out, so he served the slices in paper plates, (at this moment didn’t say anything, probably my fault for not being specific) I ask him for chilli pepper and he hand me a pepper container and immediately ask for it please o get it back, when I wasn’t even finish pouring some in to our slices, at this moment I was very upset, not to mention that the wings we ask I’m pretty sure they where bad, awful smell coming out of the box, I had to throw them away didn’t want my family to get sick, definitely a big “F” to the owner of this business or the staff never coming back.: (

Ordered a walk-in special for me and my 3 year old there was weird grape sized balls of parmesan and jalapeno seeds all over the pizza it was just a plain pepperoni and ham pizza it was way to spicy for my son he cried, have they changed there recipe in the last week? I doubt its evan worth calling to complain clearly the pizza was just slapped together with whatever they felt like putting on very disappointing update ordered a pizza year later still garbage you would think of you ordered an extra cheese pizza there would at least be cheese on it ive seen more cheese on a pizza lunchable

Ordered from the mobile application and didn't received the order till 2 hours. When tried calling their outlet they didn't give any proper answers and customer service didn't picked up the call after trying for 5 times. Really dissatisfied with their service.

The food and prices were what you would expect from a pizza pizza franchise. The customer service was terrible the staff unfriendly and even though I was eating in with my family it was too much effort for the counter staff to even let us know when our pizza was ready.

Good service and the dining room was clean, but 15-20 minutes is way too long a wait for a chicken sandwich if they're trying to be a quick fast food option.

Just order food from this place and what terrible customer service! They say 50 mins or it's free we waited over an hour, the guy finally came so I asked him isn't the food free he acknowledged that it's been more than 50 mins but it's not free, no explanation why. I then asked for his name he told me his name is "no name" then proceeded to ask me if I'm paying for the food, I said NO! He proceeded to leave while yelling profanity! My question to Pizza Pizza is where are you hiring these people from? Absolutely disgusting I have never been treated like this from any type of customer service!

I ordered pizza from that store three times a week and most of the time i got something wrong or something missing and every-time i let go and also they won’t even ask before replacing something. I am very disappointed.

Went to get a party pizza for a group of unknown people to me at the corner of High and Dunlop. I shared with the kind gentleman that was working this afternoon my intention so when it came time to pay he only charged me around 11 dollars which didn't add up with the amount of pizza that I bought so I realized that he covered half of the money. People mostly disappoint me in life and not too many surprises me so anyhow I thought my WONDERFUL experience was worth sharing and I'm sorry I don't know your name but I'm sure your employer does so I hope you get an amazing THANK YOU from him as I Marie-Lise THANK YOU KINDLY. I ordered wings, thay cooked them while the other fryer was being cleaned.and thay kept dipping old used oil in the fryer that was cooking my food. I asked him to stop but he just looked at me like I was crazy.so I call it in to the Toronto office.no one got back to me

Order a sweet chili chicken chicken got god only knows what kind of pizza and burnt and then it took 4 phones to get a credit and the pizza replace so I could eat come on people

Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast and respectful gestures. Can’t go wrong with this place. Do go for it.

For the price of their slices, they should at least be fresh. But that's just typical of all Pizza Pizza franchises. You're better off going to a small pizza shop where you can usually get a HUGE fresh slice of pepperoni pizza for like $2.

Edit: my order details aren't necessary. As I said, this is typical of ALL Pizza Pizza franchises. You would rather sell day-old pizza than throw out a couple old slices and make a new one.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is tasty and the stuff is generous and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we enjoy a delightful time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Two stars is extremely generous. Order nothing but the cheese or pepperoni, everything else tastes.strange. It's also worth noting that the Bacon Cheeseburger pizza tastes like shoe.

Since when does the staff ask people to send pictures of food that's been thrown already? Saying your boss will fire you is not a good excuse, however if your boss is threatening to fire you. How many times have you messed up customers orders before? How much are your mistakes costing the company or particular location Working? Working in the food industry has taught me many things. Sending food out correctly the first time to avoid issues and hastles such as this.

Don't ever go here caught them not washing there hands and they open the bathroom door when people are in there using it how about knocking and asking if someone is in there absolutely disgusting they get minus ten

I ordered medium pizza around 2 ‘o clock they guys provide us very bad pizza. It was very hard to eat after then we put into garbage. It was very bad experience for me i will never visit again on this location

They do not honor the 40 minutes or it's free. Delivery driver was well passed the delivery time when I called and the manager said he's been there. I go to answer and no one there. Then they buzz. No customer service. They refuse to help. Awful.

Sorry The pizza had only toppings in the middle and the outer 3 inches wad just crust and a little bit of pizza sauce. Not well made at all.

After having a bad, undercooked pizza at another location I was weary about buying from any Pizza Pizza location, but if I were to order from them again, this would be the place I get it from.

The place is clean and the staff are professional/respectful. You can see the cleanliness of the seating area AND the space behind the counter, which is fantastic. You know where you're getting your food from.

Is it the greatest pizza in the world? Not really. But it's certainly not bad (especially when you jump on those deals)!

I have been there to many other pizza pizza stores but had the worst experience here. The lady taking orders is unaware of using the system and the loyalty programmes. All stores have customer access to washrooms but the lady refused to give the key and told keys are with the manager. Will never be here to this store.

The specific place that I went to was located downtown Barrie. The reasons why I specifically chose this place to go to was because I knew a bathroom was located here. I came here, and first of all there was a sketchy guy in there. I had walked over to the bathrooms, which there were two of, both directed towards any gender, and realized the doors were locked, something common here, when someone told me I had to get the key. So I got the key for the bathroom, and the sketchy guy from earlier told me someone was in there. I proceeded to knock, and heard his response, then decided to wait around the corner. The sketchy guy then resorted to knocking on the door angrily, explaining there was people waiting. The guy eventually left, and I went it to see the end of a cigarette on the counter, along with syringes in the garbage. Obviously this Pizza Pizza has done everything they can, hence locking the doors to keep the crackheads out, but it still steers me away from this location. The only other resort would be to lock the bathrooms altogether, which would be deemed unfair to the public that aren't just using the bathroom to shoot up. Besides that, the food at this restaurant is generally good. I've rarely had issues with the food, meaning they almost always get my orders right, there pizza is always fresh, and he customer service is always excellent. I'm just disappointed in the public for steering me away from here, just because of them, when it is a perfectly okay restaurant

I've been living in downtown Barrie for the past 5 years, and I have to say that compared to a lot of other places, there is excellent pizza and great service!

It wont let me rate zero stars but i would if i could. You need to step up your game! Your location is by far the WORST. I wouldn't have ordered delivery had i had access to a vehicle tonight as we usually pick up from anne st location to avoid using your location. I can see the uality has STILL not improved! I pay EXTRA for chicken and bacon strips yet i receieved a total of 5 pieces of chicken and 10 pieces of bacon on a large pizza.unacceptable. Not to mention you guys didnt even put an appropriate amount of onions, or even cheese on my undercooked pizza.

Worst location! It should take 15min it took 30min and no appology, pizza was not cut properly and 10 wings were all the same almost no tighs, 8 wings not mixed! And no qassadillas available!

The pizza is not that good, the washroom is locked most of the time. The location of the place is awful as you will always find homeless people around. The only reason i’m giving it 3 stars instead of 2 is because you can get some good offers.

Got burnt and over cooked as a replacement pizza. The delivery guy got zero manners on how to talk with customers. Instead of apologizing, the delivery guy passed derogatory comment on us.
