We were waiting for 30 minutes to get a single slice of pizza (pre-made from the glass case). We stood in the front of the line, with no one behind us, for 28 minutes before any of the 2 staff members acknowledged we were there or even made eye contact with us. It took 2 minutes for us to get our slice once we had ordered.

The owner or who ever was managing at the time was very rude. He, I believe was an india guy.

We asked him to make pizza very well done but he refused saying he will either burn it or not make it well done. We ordered 2 large pizzas, when we received the pizza, the base was half cooked, completely opposite of what we wanted.

Then my family wanted to use the washroom and he became so frustrated like we asked him for his kidney. He let us use it but started shouting to close the washroom doors in anger in front of us.

0 for food, 0 for customer service.

I Love Pizza Pizza but hated this store. Hopefully this feedback reaches to the owner.

I wonder how they pass the sanitary visits.this place along with other fast food pizza on the same street are always dirty.

Very busy on a weekday. But some slices are a little cold. It's very unconventional space so the store is a little crowded and dusty. The worst is there is a table by the washroom.friendly staff super busy a lot of construction workers as customers

Rude staff - said scanner is not working.
Wasted a 25 mins walk of mine in the cold only to get to know their scanner is not working. Is this 1947? The branch was dull with rude staff.
Once I asked by what time will it work so I remain in the area, they rudely replied they don't know.

The owner was pretty rude and I think the worker was high on something. I went there during the night though so not sure about how it is on the day time.

Not sure if this location has new owners but I used to come here after work at 1130pm a couple times a month to pick up two pepperoni slices and a Coke Zero. Tonight the kid behind the counter appeared to be very high on something. Moving slowly, glassed over eyes. Regardless he was struggling to keep up with two orders and burned my slices. I tried to warn him but he did seem to notice I was even there. As there were no other pepperoni slices avavailable and his state I asked for a refund. Now I paid with my debit card. He just open the register and gave me 5 bucks and change. I had paid for two slices and a bottle of Coke Zero. Handed him my receipt and asked for a full refund including the tip I had left him. Where he just grabbed more cash and change to hand to me? This went back and forth until I just gave up took what he gave me, about 10 bucks and change and left. Short changed and empty handed. Very disappointed as this used to be my go to spot.

Pizza was cold when I got it. They didn't know how to make poutine. It took 13 minutes for them to figure it out. It was cold. Shocking.

The manager at this location is incompetent, rude & patronizing. Went to redeem my score a slice promo, she kept insisting to “hold your screen flat” while our slices burned in the oven because the Motorola scanner wasn’t even plugged in. She then claims the code didn’t work & we should walk somewhere else. Absolutely insane behaviour. Is she planning to sell cold, burned slices later? A total waste of my time, never returning to this location. Stop calling people hun, it’s condescending & creepy!

This pizza store is worst and the staff specially one men who was working on October 11 in night that men is such rude and abusive. We just ask to change his gloves before making our veggie pizza and he refused to do that and he said go somewhere else and order. When we told him to do not speak to us like that then he started abusing us. I have even his video and photo. I am suggesting guys do not visit this location ever.

Absolute worst customer service that I have ever seen!
One specific brown guy who works here has absolute NO SENSE on how to talk with customers. After we placed the order we wanted to use the restroom. We asked the guy politely “May we use the restroom? ” And he replied “If you can clean the washroom, you can use it” instead of just saying “It’s out of order”. When we said that, this is not the way to respond to a customer and there are ways to say things nicely. His response was “How many times do I have to say it nicely, he’d respond to customers just as he pleases”. It was altogether a very INSULTING experience for us. Whoever is the owner of this store is needs to do a better job in hiring people who are responsible and professional. And not some foul mouth employee who doesn’t even know how to communicate in a civilized society.
The customer service here is absolute GARBAGE specially from the brown guy.

Don’t make a mistake to go on this store. Person on front will take the order tell you to wait in side but the person who is making the order doesn’t know that there is any order they will make yiu wait for 1 hour and when you will go and ask your pizza then they will start the order. Thats what happened with me and all the customers who were there at that time

Very unfriendly staff and long wait time for getting the pizza. And the staff doesn’t wear masks or gloves during the food preparation.

Also, the shop had customer washrooms and we used it without knowing we shouldn’t use it. When we came out of washroom, the staff was yelling at us for using the washroom. Please keep a board saying “don’t use washroom” or “block the way to washrooms”, if customers shouldn’t use it. Such a bad experience. Will never visit this shop again.

The restaurant itself could be better kept, granted my visit was late at night. I commend the staff for being so quick on their feet and handling a multitude of walk in and mobile orders. My wings should have been breaded but the quality of service is respectable.

As many other reviews have already mentioned, the older lady is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to customers. Worst Pizza Pizza I’ve ever visited, so terrible in fact, I am done with Pizza Pizza in general.

There is a lady working on this store, her behaviour is soooo bad. This is so disappointing when someone paying money for food and get a very poor customer service. The man working the counter lost his temper and started hitting me with a pizza box. I have it recorded on my phone

I ordered from this place at 11.23pm then they sent me a confirmation email to receive order 12.23 then the time passed 12.23.i called the my building security and he told me there is no driver came.when i called customer service, lady on phone told me driver came to your bulding but you didnt answered your phone and he returned the pizza and she told me the pizza will be in my door in 5 mins again.first of all i dont need to answere my phone to open the door bcs there is a concierge desk and they open the door not residents (even we dont have acces to open the door). Also i have to mention its 12.57 am and just now i received my order, thanks for pizza pizza for delivering my order cold, dried, with dried or burnt black mushrooms on it.thanks

Not worth it. Very inconsistent. Pizza Nova and dominos across the street are way better. Save your $$

Ordered 4 panzos for my staff. Only 3 delivered. Charged 4. Then delivery guy didn't want to bring it back. Called in spoke to customer service was told they would expedite it immediately for free so I was satisfied with the response. Then after a hour still nothing. Called in again waited for over 10 mins for no answer. Hung up called again finally after 30 mins of hold and speaking to another customer service representative who treated me as a liar and had to keep putting me on hold. THEN finally decided to sent me my panzo. It was 150 am. My original order was 1130 pm. I even asked if he was sure they had enough time to send it as it was late. He reassured me" yes it will be there asap" I asked cause I thought they close by 2.anyways waited till 230am still nothing. Tried calling in again to get a machine response that they are closed. Called again a day later over 20 mins on hold to be told it takes awhile again to look into it. This time I asked for a manager who although polite could not assist me and told me to call back tommorow as I could not stay long on the phone hence I'm at work. Also told they could not call me back so I have to call back. I asked for the address location that the original service was requested and it was this location. So I decided to write a review after waiting 3 days for anything to unfold. I was lied to. Wasted over 2 hours in phone calls with my phone log as proof and still waiting for this panzo. WORST SERVICE I've had in my life. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience ever. If your complaint hotline cannot help solve issues and lie to customers why do you even have it. I will NEVER order from PIZZA PIZZA again. I'd rather starve. It was really THAT BAD of a EXPERIENCE. I'd advice others to stay away and don't ever order PIZZA Pizza

Worst customer service ever had, there was a lady inside aged netween 35-40 she was very harsh while i entered the store and started behaving rudely. I dont know what was wrong with her, please think once if you dont wanna spoil your mood befire having your pizza.

I went there for the order pickup and the lady started yelling at me for no reason worst customer service and don’t know how to speak with customers and staff was supporting her for rude behaviour.

Staff work in this store is a joke. They seem like they all hate their miserable life. Especially a old lady, she was rude and unfriendly. Maybe that’s the reason why she can’t retire at this age and has to make pizzas for a living

Worst Experience i dont no why Every Employee over there are frustrated they have to lear some etiquettes how to speak with customers.

Because of the rain, I decided to order and not to pick up.
I literally live in 30 seconds walk from the place, it had taken them over an hour to deliver, the pizzas were slightly warm.
They refused to come up because of Covid, while every other food delivery came up.
So why did I pay delivery fees for you to be late, deliver slightly warm pizzas and refuse to come up? !

I often come in (for the wings) and the 2 ladies that work here are the best. It's a chain so the food is pretty much the same at most stores but the ladies always make me feel welcome and I appreciate their hard work:)

Just avoid this place worst customer service.
That OLD LADY who works there she needs to learn some basic customer service skills.

The pizza is ok, but always comes with a side of subtle racial judgement that throws me off. Because I am of Indian origin, every time I walk into this place, they assume I am an Uber Eats delivery guy picking up for someone else.

Probably not ill intentioned, but still not an excuse. Just happened again today on Christmas Day!

Complete waste of money again after avoiding it for 1 year. I hate going to this location but it was 2am and Pizza Hut and Panago pizza was close so tried it again but same result. Wasted $52 on 3 burned pizza’s. Cheesy bread was good but everyone didn’t like the pizza, 30% pizza were not eatables, burned and hard to eat. Very less cheese and all the topping were in the middle of the pizza, I would say please try to avoid this location in future, May be try other location on Queens. Last year too they told me to send details and email them and nothing happened afterwards.
Good thing about Pizza Pizza - is garlic cream dip and most of the time cheesy bread is good.

My 10th pizza pizza store visited in a month. Right at Front and Bluejays way st. The pizza (see pic) and honey garlic is delicious. However, this guy who can't even say a simple thank you, is rude. Worst restaurant ever the mid aged lady working there should learn some manners and etiquettes of talking with customers

This location is AWFUL. I ordered a build your own plant based pizza, a side, and some dipping sauces. I received everything else correctly (including the veggies on my pizza) EXCEPT it was real meat which I can’t eat due to an allergy. I called to get a new pizza. It’s fine mistakes happen, I just wanted a new pizza. Pizza pizza took ZERO ownership and blamed the Uber driver (even though everything else was correct so clearly the staff member messed up at pizza pizza). Regardless, I was transferred to customer service who was also horrific and told me again it was the Uber drivers fault. It very clearly was NOT the Uber driver. I despise companies that don’t take ownership and this is a huge mistake and also VERY dangerous. Staff NEEDS to read the orders properly.

Complete staff is unprofessional and specially that old lady is very rude and don’t even remember to put the toppings as per the order.
I also witnessed she was talking rude with delivery guys as well.
Highly not recommended.

This place is the worst because owner is extremely rude and does not treat customers nicely. I asked her for two dipping sauces and she yelled by saying that I am not standing here to sell two dipping sauces. She denied to give it by yelling, I have never seen such bad behaviour from any vendor as on this location.
I would always prefer to buy from next door shop, Dominos, where staff is really good.

This location is great. The staff here are so friendly. The orders are always perfect. I love ordering from y’all! They really care about customer service and making sure that everything is right, like the food being hot—even for Uber orders. Never had an issue with them. Thanks for the pizza!

There is an older lady (age 50 to 65) working the front counter who abuses her customers ever night.

The lady working here on 28th August should be taught some etiquettes. She was shouting unnecessarily at me when I went to pick up my order. Since I was waiting for it to get ready in the store, she asked me to get out and not stand on her head. Sorry but this behaviour is not acceptable. Please hire better staff!

Service was very poor with arrogant owner. Staff working there have no manners to talk to customers. They talk very rude to delivery drivers. Never ever visit this place.

I very much enjoy the dishes and service, excellent area very close to where I live. The cashiers are always very kind. Highly recommended.

Delicious and afresh pizza all day. If you're downtown, swing by for a slice!

Rudest staff I've ever seen; specially an elder lady probably in her 40s was super rude to everybody who walked into the store.

They put hot sauce on my pizza instead of tomato sauce, when I called them to change it they said it's been made to order and to whatever the instructions they've been given. I said I've never ordered hot sauce instead of tomato sauce on a pizza and it's extremely uncomfortable but got hung up on after. Don't know if the guy was just sad to working on a Saturday or what but who does that to someone?

I have always experienced the best customer care with this staff. The have gluten free crust and dairy free cheese options!

Closed before 2am when it says 2am, we wanted to order a vegan pizza and he said we are closed at 145am. Pizza pizza is supposed to be fully open until 2am not close early. They turned the ovens off early. We told him he should stay open until 2am then he said dont tell him what to do! Idiots

Pizza was unfortunately cold after i ordered it with extra cheese on it. The staff are definitely better than previous pizza pizzas that ive been to.

Service was the worst. The lady didnt let my friends and I look at the varieties they have. She told us to go sit down and come back when we have chosen what we want. How are we supposed to choose with out looking at the options. Good place with good options but worst service.

Super rude, old lady working here one of the worst human being, normally I am a regular pizza pizza customer, but after tonight’s experience at this location, will stop ordering from pizza pizza ever again.

The garbage was overflowing so I politely let one of the staff know. He said he will when he gets around to it because he's very busy. I said "no problem" and began walking away. He then said "deal with it". Was that necessary? This was 2: 45pm February 17th. White male w/trimmed beard. I don't mind a little mess but the rude unnecessary comment was enough to lose my business at this branch indefinitely.
