Great place, nice employees, lots of space, and good parking, agives you everything you would want from a fast food restaurant.

Dirtiest pizza pizza I have ever seen, I've seen mice and roaches here. Not a place you want to be caught in, got really bad food poisoning here it's not worth coming here

I'm very glad to see more great reviews of this location on Garth street. I order fairly regularly and I like to try the different items in between my standard pizza order. 99% of the time the food quality and value is very good. It's hard to find that kind of consistency these days especially at a franchise. Keep up the great work!

Prefer this to Gino’s, Venice beach or Garth pizza. Pizza pizza doesn’t skimp on the toppings. The new poutines are also pretty good. Garlic dip is upper tier.

Only downside is that inside can be a little dirty at times. Please get your workers to sweep up more often and wipe the tables. I walk in and it’s empty, orders aren’t flying around. Instead of chit chat at the back, your staff should be tidying up. I stepped on meats on the floor at least 2-3 times during my last visit. There was waste on many of the chairs too.

Also a functioning bathroom wouldn’t be a bad idea. Make napkins available for self-serve instead of having to ask your staff for my ration of napkins which they touch and then hand over. It’s unsanitary. You know, simple things.

I got served by a very nice young lady tonight. The pizza was delicious and I’ll for sure come back again.

The great thing about this Pizza store is that they have multiple options available.
They offer Halal and beyond meat options, that makes them a great fit for all.
Many Pizza Pizza locations have saterted offering Halal options recently, that's much appreciated.
Tandoori chicken and Panerr Pizza is another innovation

This is my everyday store.its been a year i have been here more than 100 times just because of food quality and new managent.

Don’t go here. Supervisor is horrible. Had a coupon on my app and she wouldn’t honour it. Terrible customer service and so rude. Never again…

Went there first time had ordered on advance but l was early and inspite they baked it for me. Did not have to wait too long. Very friendly staff

I used to love Pizza Pizza but recently this specific chain has gone down in quality. The pizza is small, paper thin and the sauce is tasteless. I hoped I had one bad experience but it’s become consistent.

I found this store on the day when I moved to Hamilton and I like the one with Tandoori sauce with any topping. I really like it. Thanks

My first time and last time buy pizza in this location. I bought order pizza today sunday December 12,2021, I was so disappointed no clean place and the cashier was rude with me, I asked if the have paper plate, she said no, she was rude & she don't wear Mast and no one wear mask we need to call ministry of health. I don't recommend this location we are in pandemic they don't follow the protocol

The store provide pizza's super-fast and hot. The delivery guy was extremely professional and provided me with a good customer service. Thanks. Do try once.

The Pizza/Pizza set up on the phone is horrible. I got the wrong order on the one on Garth Street. I ordered a Pepperoni and Mushroom, I only got a pepperoni along with the wrong dipping sauce.

The staff are excellent, and always helpful. The pizza on the other hand seems to be over cooked.

Walk into Garth street pizza pizza, placed order 8: 17, told will take 25 minutes, 9: 00 still waiting, staff asks what I'm waiting for, they haven't made it, printer not working forgot to place my order, going have to wait again, I asked what can be done to make up for my wasted time (kids at home waiting) staff offers a free dipping sauce, my wife comes in asks what is the problem, we ask for a coupon or anything to make this experience worth the wait, staff starts talking in another language to each other then laugh. They were rude and disrespectful, and had no desire to try to rectify this situation, they ask what we would like, we said a coupon, wings or something to justify our time, staff offers wings for an additional cost, at this time we have had enough, after a long debate we got our money back, called the head office, filed a complaint, got an appology, nothing more. Every Friday would go shopping and bring a pizza home for the kids, will never return to pizza pizza, this whole experience was just, disrespectful, disappointing and nasty. Pizza hut see you soon!

I picked pizza pizza @Garth street Hamilton for my pick up location. While I was picking up pizza inside store, my car (park at the back paring lot) got hit by one of their deliver driver (my daughter was waiting for me in the car) and took off.
I was able to talk to the store manager, and asked him to check the video footage, give me the licence plate, he took my name and#, I am still waiting for his call back.
I had the most expensive pizza in the world. What got me more upset was the response I got (nothing). Left me with pain and angry.
I had the worse experience there.what make the customer happy, not only the pizza, but also the whole visiting store experience.

The place was pretty clean and good looking with great staff and there waiting time was pretty low which is a great thing they also provide takeout and deliver

I was surprisingly impressed they've come a long way since the last time I had pizza pizza. Many varieties of sauces to choose from on your pizza as well are good selection of sides

The place is wonderful place with very good service. I happened to visit the place on my way from Toronto to st. Catherines. The service was really fast at the same time was neat.

Do not recommend. Pizza was burned and I was not given a receipt as I walked in. I called to complain and was on hold for over 9 minutes on 2 separate calls. No resolution. Poor flavour and food was burned. Worst experience at Garth/Mohawk store.
Will not go back or purchase again. Terrible all around and many better tasting pizza places out there!
Writing this review after calling and trying to resolve without any opportunity to be heard or have the order fixed. Your phone call can not be directly transferred to the store you order from- this was not ok. You’ve lost another customer.

Very unique location, the people there are very nice. The quality of food is better than other locations, the place is always clean, not very busy i always pass by time to time to get the best thing about pizza pizza their breaded wings.

I cannot stress much on saying that they serve one of the best pizzas ever. I had been experimenting with their make your own pizza and they never let me down.

Visited this location twice while working at the college nearby. Went in at/around lunch time both visits. On my first visit the slices looked rather old, and I asked if any fresh ones would be available soon. The miserable gentleman working the counter answered with a gruff "no". The second visit was with a co-worker. We both ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza (which also looked old) and I paid for both (approx $12). While dining in (at a dirty table) I noticed a sign in the window advertising two slices for $5. When I asked the (same) gentleman behind the counter why I was charged $12 for two slices he answered "because I rang them in one at a time" before turning and walking away to the back of the kitchen. While I understand that nobody is perfect, this guy was over the line rude and miserable, serving old pizza in a dirty restaurant. Shame!
