Ordered a pizza, was given wrong pizza. Staying at location 5 minutes from this pizza pizza, and supervisor Sonia for the 11-11 line wouldn’t have the replacement delivered, though it was explained how difficult it would be for me to return at that time.

Ordered jalapeño poppers and a pizza! This is how it came. Quality worsening each time! 0 stars! Ordered regular crust pizza but got thin crust!

The pizza was undercooked and there were barely any toppings on the pizza Also the cheese was chewy and looked different.

Such a bad experience, it wasn’t a first time that i ordered with this location. Really bad customer service.even took 12 minutes on top of the expected order time and when asked says please don’t rely on uber … actually still was fine but even after 10-12 minutes all i got was a burnt pizza.

I recently ordered from Pizza Pizza, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with a perfect balance of toppings and cheese. The crust was just the right amount of crispy, and the sauce had a delicious tangy flavor that I loved. The delivery was prompt, and the staff was courteous. I highly recommend Pizza Pizza for a tasty and satisfying pizza experience!

I dont know the name of the guy, very decent guy went there around 10 pm-11 pm great service, amazing wings amazing flavour. Shout out to that human

I ordered small thick crust they gave me thin crust and also missing extra cheese on it. Poor service.

Awesome and timely made tasty pizzas. One of the better pizza pizza stores. Credit goes to Passionate and hard working cashier who shows professionalism at work and always have smile on her face whenever you go there.

Yesterday, I ordered pizza and it was very busy at that time. But, the service of cashier was excellent. Although, it was very busy, cashier was treating the customers politely and with respect & make sure every customer get their order on time.

I visit this place every 2nd or 3rd week. Front staff are the best. I don’t know the name buy one girl at the desk, she is doing excellent job there.
She always give lot of options when ordering and take the order kindly even when its busy.
Taste is always amazing because its Pizza Pizza. Good work team. Keep it up.

Yesterday, I went pizza pizza and it was super busy there, but still the cashier lady on the front desk was working hardly to meet the customer needs.keep it up guys

I have tried twice at this place both the time messed up order went back to get it rectified my bad didn't checked it was still messed up Worthington is nearby but i choose chinguacousy. A lot late for this review but since 2019 i never went back to this place.

I love the creativity of this pizza. It's not just the same old toppings, it's something unique and delicious.
The presentation of the pizza is beautiful. It's clear a lot of care and attention was put into making it.

Excellent service. The staff really did good job. Awesome food. I really recommend this location to everyone because they maintain their taste and quality.

My son loves their plant based peperoni. They have the ultimate creamy garlic sauce which is my favorite.

One of the best pizza in town i always go to this pizza place even i have to drive from my nearest location

Amazing pizza store! Just in love with their mouth-watering pepperoni pizza. Always well prepared and topped up enough. Walked in at the last moment tonight, but still the guy in the kitchen, AJAY, was really quick to serve it this time. The GIRL at the counter is also so much helpful, polite and excels at customer servicing. Always greets very well whenever you walk in. Will keep coming back to them.

I called to make an order, 20 min later I went to pick it up it says it didn’t have my order. How ridiculous is that? Waste my time driving there, they ask me to call again. Are you kidding me?

2 stars because the pizza looked and smelled good. I got this delivered. Upon opening it, I was upset. They put the dipping sauce pack on top of the pizza… I kid you not, the writing on the bottom melted off the sauce pack and onto the pizza. Didn’t feel comfortable eating

I ask for half moon cheesy bread with less sauce but the guy over said its already pre made then i ask for to make fresh but he said sorry cant make new one. Horrible who will eat pre made

Fast delivery (fewer times late delivery), reasonable price, well baked, nice combination choices, good amount of toppings.overall pizza is decent. I will definitely be ordering from this place again.

This Pizza Pizza is an okay location. Usually really busy but I have enjoyed some tasty fresh pizza from here.

Last time I was here a customer was fighting with the staff and ended up getting three free pizzas

I Remembered That i have visited here couple of days ago And Cashier name Manpreet kaur Served me outstanding With Her Soft Skills. Also She was Very nice to other Coustmers too.
I asked her for food which i was allergic to, and She herself goes into kitchen to make sure that I’ll get that what I ordered.

Ordered at 8.23pm with a wrong number and correct address. Changed my number by calling them at 9pm.and even after an hour, they never showed up and keep saying it is my fault and no refunds also or even no pizza.these guys need to be shut down.spoiled a night of ours

On the day GTA was swamped with blizzard ordered a few pizzas. The app is not as intuitive as other pizza apps. Ordered and waited for the app to update to show that the order is in making state from the order received status. After waiting for more than 30 minutes I drove and find that pizza has been done even though I am at the store, the app says the order has not started to make the order. The girl at the counter tells me just come after a few minutes and not rely on the status.

Requested some chilli peppers and I am advised that here take some tissues to wrap some chilli peppers. Almost after full two years PP has yet to come out with individual packets. What if I had requested ketchup or hot sauce, I wondered.

The pizza the toppings and Cheeze (not a typo) are not spread properly making some pizza with extra toppings or very little. Which makes the pizza not fully satisfying.

In highschool, we were fumbling change and the cashier was looking at us patiently for about 3 minutes, then my friend had enough and just drops a $50 bill. The other guys in the group have never even seen and 50 and we instantly become apes gawking at the marvel. The cashier joined in our stupidity and always remembered us since.

Waited 20 minutes and when i went in to get my order.it was already done sitting at the oven top and here.
It is not properly cooked. I didn't think i would need to check the pizza coz usually pizza pizza is good but disappointed after i saw it at home.
Please cook your pizza properly.
Also train your staff on how to offer deals.and what sizes your pizza are. She didn't even know that, i mean you should know how many inches or show me a pizza or a pan or whatever. Also no one was wearing a a mask there.whyy?

Very rude customer service everytime we go and Old guy told us 30 mins and always make wrong pizzas. Don’t understand why pizza pizza is not taking any actions against this store.

This location always has issues. Today we ordered an extra large pizza with three toppings. When we received our order it had pineapple on it which we never ordered. The guy working there tried to blame us and told us that we told him to put pineapple on the pizza. When we showed him a reciept with the correct topping he agreed to make us a new pizza. However he just took our old pizza removed the pineapple and replaced it with the topping that we previously ordered. When we came home and ate the pizza it still tasted like pineapples. We had to call their headoffice and report this issue. The behavior of the owner/employee of this location was not appropriate and considering that he took our pizza to the back of the store during COVID to replaced the toppings also raises health and safety concerns. During the pandemic food that has already been in the possession of customers should not be taken back to be mixed with the rest of the food on the preparation table. It is also very unenthical to lie to your customers and give them the same food back that they returned to you, when according the pizza pizza policy you are not required to take the food back in order to provide a replacement.

I get pizza pizza almost all the time when i’m at school and never once has it tasted as bad as the one i ordered. For some reason it tasted like cardboard? And it had a weird smell to it… and the sauce tastes very different? This was very confusing i should’ve just ordered from a different place instead of trying to order here for the first time.

Well ordered double Italian seasoning lol no seasoning and ordered gingerl got coke double chilly pepper nthg is their did not got that taste which we wanted such a irresponsible team members

Is this called a pizza? Pizza pizza had to name this an “Uncooked pizza” rather then naming this a custom pizza. Worst thing I ever seen. Will recommend not to buy this stuff. Full waste of money and waste of time.

I order a pizza from there and it was worst pizza of my life. The topping were falling off the pizza and i order for bbq drizzle and it looked like the they dropped a whole bottle of bbq sauce on it. Worst experience ever.

Pizza tastes good but toppings are minimal. You will hardly find any, LOL. The customer care people who take your order on phone are very rude and they always say that they do not have any information about how the item will be. This is so weird. Whats the use of live agents then if they cant give details.

It was oily as compared to normal and was undercooked. When I told staff they stared saying we don’t know about that. Really disappointed.

The most arrogant & uncivilized staff runs the place. If you are with your family I would suggest particularly AVOID THIS PLACE. The guy behind the counter used to pass unwelcoming comments at me, my wife & other customers on one pretext or other. After some time we just completely stopped going there altogether

I ordered 2 CHEESE pizzaz and a box of jalapeño poppers from this location today. Not happy with the way it was prepared.there were pieces of mushrooms on my cheese pizza, burnt cheese on pizza crust and oily pieces of fries in the bottom of my poppers.disgusted to see that. Who ever prepared didn't do their job properly.

Very disappointed. I order from this location all the time but this time they really messed up my order. Not only did they forget the cauliflower bites I ordered even after I repeated it to them, they also put chili peppers on my pizza instead of sweet red peppers. My mouth was on fire and all customer service could offer me was a lousy $4 credit on my account after I paid $27 for a messed up order. Pizza pizza really dropped the ball here, satisfaction not guaranteed, please do yourselves a favour and go to dominos.

I would highly recommend this place. Staff is really good and they know how to deal with customer. I went there last Thursday and the boy ‘ANKIT’ really talked to me so well. You will not get disappointed and always give great friendly service.

I always order here never had an issue but this is a pretty serious problem that can get a lot of people sick my friend already bit into it so hopefully he’s fine but hopefully this gets to someone to ensure this never happens

Terrible experience at this location. We have ordered wings tossed and sauced in hot sauce went there for pick up after 25min and there is no sauce but just the dry wings. And when asked the owner says it was ordered 25min before so the sauce evaporated, I don't understand what he was trying to say. I went there exactly by the time it was mentioned it would be ready, but the sauce thing and reason the owner gave for it is totally unimaginable. So he meant the sauce on wings is of no use better pizza pizza take them off their menu as its no use of it.
Horrible experience they don't even deserve a single star, I don't know how they are trying to give such foolish excuses.

This pizza pizza is worst restaurant among all other pizza pizza. I am writing review after multiple experiences. I think the cook doesn't read order properly.

The 5 stars is for the guy working alone at night time. Busy time he is running alone and my order is always good from him

They have a lot of slice options which I love. It is too hard for me to eat a full pizza, so I always just grab a slice to go.

I have ordered pizza from this location many times and it has been great. However had a terrible experience today. Ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery, said it would be delivered in 50 mins. Time had passed and nothing. Missed a phone call from them and listened to voicemail, said that driver had attempted to deliver pizza but no one answered the door or phone call. Called customer service and told them that we did not hear a knock or doorbell and the customer service representative was rude kept saying the driver knocked and called and nobody answered even though I said I was calling back because of the voicemail I got. I was sitting in the living room right by the door, there was no knock at all! And then I asked well what can be done now? And they said I still have to pay for the pizza and they will send a new fresh and hot pizza (because the other would be cold already.had been an extra 40 mins after our pizza should have been delivered). Finally received the pizza after 1 hr and a half after my initial order call. The driver said that the pizza had been reheated since it had been cold. Also, driver again did not knock on the door, called the phone to tell pizza was here, so I’m going to guess that this had been the same issue with the first driver, he did not knock like they said (since I would have heard) he just tried to call instead of knocking or ringing the doorbell (it is there to be rang when delivering something). So the driver called once and since I didn’t answer the phone they left.

Very disappointing, after having to wait so long for the pizza to be delivered and on top of that being lied to saying we would get a new fresh and hot pizza, instead was given the same pizza just reheated. After all that still had to pay full price for the pizza. Terrible customer service and lies.

This is one of the wide spread pizza chain in Canada but didn't meet the NY slice kinda taste. The pizzas are little tangy in taste giving less of the pizza cheese taste but more of the tangy sauce taste to it. I have eaten a few times here and always found it average. Overall Ok. Enjoy!

Guy works there is super rude. I ordered large pizza and send my friend to pick it up and they give us medium even without cooking properly. Guyz dont ever visit to this branch.people whu are working here is in super hurry and make all the things wrong and sometimes over cook

We went at 1 am September 27, the person at the counter was not even listening to us, he had Airpods in his ears, we were repeating our order but he still won’t listen and did our order wrong, the pizza was undercooked. Bad service.

Good Location, enough space. I ordered Mediterranean Pizza takeaway and when I brought home I found that Broccoli was Missing. The cashier never informed. This is my favorite but sad they missed an important topping. I have attached the pictures of Mediterranean Pizza with missing Broccoli

Most of the time, pizza is cooked well and seems like they actually put effort into it, sometimes its not as expected

More than terrible customer service I was there to pick up my pizza the order was ready the guy just look at it and told me yeah it's ready and just when and start making his orders so we give them couple minutes went outside for a smoke came back again he serve like three four more customers and went after making his orders it seems like we were just transparent and the gentleman didn't even see us could be my last order from pizza pizza I know they were famous for their customer service in a bad way I have seen it thank you pizza pizza and bye-bye Pizza Pizza
