Ordered one party size pizza for delivery. Requested it to be well done, and they took well done to burnt black crust.

Hello, today I eat a pizza combo with wings, and the taste it's fabulous, two months ago we ate the same combo and now the pizza it has much better flavor and so the chicken wings, the service is very friendly and welcoming!

AVOID! GOT CHUNKY EXPIRED CHOCOLATE MILK DELIVERED! WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEY DO IN THEIR KITCHEN, I HOPE THEY EVEN WASH THEIR HANDS, DISGUSTING AND UNNACEPTABLE!

Great guy there, I came in super intoxxed one night, dropped a 5 note, and I come in tonight and the dude was super friendly and expressed genuine concern of my well being at that time and he gave me the 5 note back, it could've been much worse if more of my cash had fallen out. In conclusion, very unexpected heartwarming moment. I think it's the boss man l, but wasn't 100%. Thanks to ya!

Worst experience ever. I placed my order today 10/15/2021 at 5.48 PM. The guy who took my order was rude and was not ready to answer my question when I asked him my options for toppings. Later I noticed that none of the employees working (there were 3) has a mask on. The one who took my order went back and removed his mask exposing his nose and mouth. Moreover, the dine in space was not clean and there was a pile of dine in trays at the lobby.

They upgraded my pizza for free tonight! Always very friendly customer service, not to mention they have always had my order ready before the estimated time.

I guess these guys don’t know how read English. I just orders a large pizza (toppings was chipotle chicken, spicy Italian sausage and Ny style pepperoni) 3 drinks and 2 dipping sauce. When i got the order there no sausage no dipping sauce and i got regular chicken instead of chipotle.

The stuff are not trained properly they did not give any napkins or ask me if I want the recipe and the twilight was so dirty

I have known this pizza pizza since 2 years ago, quality and customer care is extremely great, I can’t compare this location with any other location, I want to share my experience as a pizza pizza customer, many thanks to Alex, Mitra and Mohamad, you are doing really good

Actually, i ordered a pizza from there, the delivery was so fast, and the pizza’s quality was super great and hot.

At 1: 30 am they charged me from my credit card and kept me waited for more than 30 minutes just for a single half moon. After 30 minutes they said they can't serve me as they both are really busy with lots of orders.

Also that guy said he won't be able to give me my refund and even for food i have to wait until 2: 30 or longer. I mean really is this the way a customer should be treated at night and obliviously after 2: 30 they would have replied we are closed so here is your refund forget the food.

According to policy of pizza after 20 minutes of ordering if they don't serve the food will be for free.

Reality is they returned me cash not on my debit and left me hungry until 2 am but didn't served me the food. I think the owner should stop doing this business if he/she isn't capable of handling their disobedient employees.

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE LOCATION AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They made my order wrong and I tried to talk to them solve the problem but the guy who works for the kitchen scream at me, he started to yelled so loud, being unreasonable and EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! I can not believe the poor customer service. Whoever is the owner should hire somebody normal and smart or they are going to lose a lot of money. Save your money go to other locations. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!

The gal on glasses at the cashier is careless.kept the pizza on top of the oven, she didn’t even had the curtesy to say sorry as I was patiently waiting for my order.unpleasant/unwelcoming service attitude which I had to endure today.

Yesterday ordered extra large 2 topping pizza with onion and mushrooms and got chicken piece inside. Disaster

It was a very bad experience. The customer service is worst and when asked for a pizza with chilli flakes. The gal just put them as if she is dumping flakes. Had to throw out pizza and she was not even sorry when complained

Had two slices for 5$. It's not very good. Not worth thr money. Pizza could be a little warmer and more cheese. Same pizza in pizza Nova is very good.

Wow! Washing hand does not exist at this location. I have been watching the cook for last 20 minutes, dealing with cash, touching garbage, his cloths and cooking pizza and did not wash hands at all. My first and last time here.

The pizzas were very bad. I guess they don't know how to make pizza or they don't want to do their jobs properly.
