The reason I gave the food a 4 star is because sometimes their pizza taste like cardboard so I will say I’ve tasted better but that doesn’t mean I’m not grateful for the food, The service was a 5 star because the people at the front are so nice. The atmosphere was nice so I gave it a 5 star, it also smelled nice in the restaurant so overall a good restaurant.

The worst experience ever.
Staff is the rudest and has no clarity on explaining and understanding what they have and what the customer wants.
Shame.

I found out about the Crave Combo on Reddit and can’t help but getting my hands on it. What a great deal! The website is well designed so it’s super easy to order online. I arrived at the exact time I requested my order to be ready, and it was indeed ready. The whole pick up process took merely minutes. The pizza was fresh with lots of toppings.

Had lunch the other day. Noticed the lady handing cash is NOT washing her hands in between handling cash and food items. Very gross, should report to board of health.

I order ground beef and pineapple for my pizza and only got pineapple with no ground beef. I had to throw the whole box of pizza away. I would wish for a refund.

I went to collect my free slice after the leafs game today and the middle-aged lady at cash was so rude. She asked me why do I come to that location when there are many other pizzapizzas around. It's like she hates customer's but fails to realize that we are the ones that pay her bills.

I’ve placed an order at 5: 01pm in person, and waited for 32 min for my order to be done and it was not a busy day as there weren’t many customers or third party orders based on all the cooks taking it easy behind the counter.

When I went up to ask for an update on my order, the order was sitting on the counter. Which I’ve seen them put that order there 15 min prior.

When I had asked “why didn’t you call out this order like how you called out all the other orders” she replied with “I’ll call out orders when I’m free”

She in fact, was free.

Don’t recommend.

One of the best Pizza Pizza in Toronto from our experience. The test, flavour and the quality of customer service are unique and exceptional. I would highly recommended this store to test the flavour of real pizza!

I ordered pizza from them via uber. Pizza was not well done, missing my drinks and dipping. Very bad service, I called customer service at 1am before eating my pizza, he said call uber… that is not ubers mistake… ot is your mistake giving half order that too not well done.
Never gonna order from this location.

The food and service were great, but what happened to the size of the slices? They are like half the size of what they were.

Went there around 230pm to order 4 pizzas, hoping to get a Walk in special, there was only one person working, the guy was yelling for help, the store caters more to electronic order, I waited for 10minutes, then someone came in for his order, and the guy services him first, I just walked out, he was too busy to take walk in customers,

I bought 4 panzerottis, and tgey were absolutely disgusting. The dough was literally paper thin, (I took a photo) In fact it was so thin that the watered down sauce (if thats what you want to call it) was seeping through the paper thin dough. We couldnt even pick it up bcuz it was going to fall apart. The toppings inside were next to none, and I will NEVER order from here again! Did I mention they were cold too! I threw mine out, it was so soggy it made me gag Too bad they used to make the best panzerottis.oh well. NEXT!

Guys put your masks on when handling the food please! The guy with the short short cut hair making the pizzas just on the phone talking over all the raw ingredients. Please have some decency for your customer buddy

Found a long black strain of hair on my pizza.this is disgusting. Especially in this covid times we live in. Check your food before you eat I found it midway in the pizza.im never going to buy from this place again.

Bad place to order a pizza, looks like a garbage, they dont know how to make pizza and how much toppings go on a small pie.

This is the second time they’ve made a mistake with my order. I thought the first time was just a fluke but it seems this location is just careless. It’s really disappointing to come all the way home to open your pizza box and see the pizza is not to your order, I can’t even go back as my family is excited waiting to eat, and to see the disappointment again in their faces when they see the wrong pizza. Not ordering from this location again.

The cashier called me and said that i have to buy 2 pizzas to get a particular offer.but the fact is i already paid online.worst place i will never visit it again

We like a lot to go out. Yesterday we found this magnificent place which friends told us about. We had a lovely time there with superb meal and a professional stuff and a great cuisine. We added this place in our list and we shall certainly come back soon. We warmly recommend.

I love Pizza Pizza and I love this spot, but I think pizza pizza should put alot more into the company the use for taking phone orders, either they get it wrong or can't understand or hear you because of their connection. And its not a one time event, its literally everytime I order at pizza pizza over the phone. Sometimes I drive their place my order and wait. And sometimes I really considering buying from little Ceasars next to me.

Pizza Pizza was never our favorite until we discovered the Lapsley location in Scarborough. First and foremost the people that work there are so pleasant and deliver such a great product. Mohammed and his staff are on point and generate the best pizza experience you can get for any price. The store is super clean, and next to the Bun King which is an added bonus. Ten thumbs up from a family of five! Oh did we mention we are plant based, what a score.

Very limited options. Went to get one slice of pepperoni, it was sold out. Staff didn’t even asked to prepare a new one for me. Had to buy something else, which was also I guess prepared long ago.

Nice. Worth buying 2 medium pizzas with 4 toppings, two dips and 4 drinks for $22 including tax.

The food is regularly well prepared and tasty, cashiers provides excellent customer service. I liked how neat it is and ambience. Worth a try.

So disappointed, spent 71.09 here at this store and they forgot somthing from the order then went to call them and got the delivery driver who then said to call costumer service.called the number he gave me then and only to be told that we received the fries that was order.
I have never been a costumer anywhere and treated like this! For 5.00+. Really.on an order thats72.00,
I guess you decide if it's worth your gas money or not! If we didnt want it we would have not ordered it and pay for it.
On the other hand I'm not a liar and you can keep the 5+ dollars, we will never order from here again and I will let future costumers know their value and the value of their dollar.
Really isn't hard to make customers happy! I really could put more but dont have the energy so upset and dont want to eat.

This site is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place.when I feel like having a good supper, this is the place that comes right away to my head.very good and diverse food and a large menu.helpful team, and nice ambience. Also important, the expence is reasonable. I recommend this spot with great pleasure.

I celebrated my graduation yesterday in this great place. Well we enjoyed a incredible evening and the place was surely one of the reasons for this happy meeting. The waiters helped in a sweet way, the cooking was great and my guests were extremely happy. We shall surely return for more celebrations.thanks very much.

This pizza pizza is the most disgusting location. I saw a worker use the washroom and than touch the pizza without washing his hands. There is no healthy and safety taught in that workplace. I witnessed one female who ordered a pizza and asked to put a bit of seasoning the pizza pizza employee spilled a bunch of seasoning on purpose. She asked for a refund they refused. You’re better off starving because once you order pizza here it arrives to your house cold.

Finally, I had something to eat at very late night. I did have other options as well. But I opted for pizza pizza to full my empty stomach. If I had been to Tim's or McDonald's I would not have had food to full. It taste good only when I feel hungry. Hungry person can go for sure to this restaurant to get rid of hunger.

The good there always taste good, I never have a complaint. I always order online on the pizza pizza app and it's just so time saving! I love it and wouldn't doubt going there again!

I visited as a walk-in so outside of my order taking long, it was a good pizza. It had an even amount of pinnapeles and chicken. Good customer service.

Went to order a two cheese slices they told me they have one an I can order something else it would take more then twenty minutes if I wanted to order another slice of cheese. The other choices looked like they where sitting there for ever. What kind of fast food place is this if there is no food. The guy working there was so rude this location is going down hill it used to be my favourite location not no more I’ll go to malvern mall next time.

Had multiple horrible experiences.very poor customer service. Pizza drivers tend to give plenty of attitude and yelling and shouting. Found disgusting hair in my pizza.very poor managment. They blame the customers and accuse customers of lying. Absolutely unprofessional environment. I will never be ordering pizza pizza ever again.
