I found a bird feather in my pizza last night. It still had some feathers on it and customer service was so unbothered when I talked to them on the phone like they have dealt with this before. Will definitely be calling the food inspection agency

I wouldn’t have given one star review for this place this is rubbish place to visit. Worst customer service ever received.

One of the worst experiences. Pizza was not done properly. Chicken was raw not cooked at all. My recommendation don’t go to this location.

I ordered pizza on call and they said will ready in 15 min and im here waiting for pizza from past 40 mins horrible service, need to improve service and more over the pizza they gave me literally have raw chicken on the pizza, horrible place!

The pizza is just like salad even I think its not fresh pizza and the base is very thin, toppings are falling from pizza I am not able to eat even a Single slice of pizza just it’s worst pizza this was happened twice

Don't taste like other pizza pizza not enough cheese even when you pay for extra they put regular amount good for when nothing else is open and you need a hot meal tho

This was one of the worst experiences. I ordered a panzerotti, toppings were pepperoni, ground beef and extra cheese. When I got it, the cheese wasn't melted and the pepperoni was cold. She offered to remake it, the second time was not much different from the first, the cheese wasn't fully melted. I was told because I ordered extra cheese that's why it didn't melt. So, they decided to send it through the oven again to melt the cheese. I will attach the picture of the outcome which they expected me to take. Even a customer behind me said to her that they can't be serving that to anyone. I demanded my money back and left! Airport/Countryside location. Terrible experience!

It was my first visit today @ ur location. Can tell that you newly hired staff for cashier and front desk and they were doing their best to assist customers in best way even the whole team was doing their best. Newly hired staff were at the front and they were doing their best to deal with all the customers. Just sending a bit of courage to whole team when you have to deal with tuff customers.

Best location in Brampton. Staff members are really great at their job. Pizza slices are always fresh and delicious.

Worst customer service. Other locations replace soft drink with dipping sauce. Gave the ripped box. And didn’t even taste

I payed extra for a thin crust pizza. I got more dough than a normal pizza. I can’t beleive it!

Ordered a half moon garlic bread though it was made fresh but one of the staff member maybe hungry and lost control and forgot about customer service and decided to take bite and still had the guts to leave half eaten slice inside box.dont wanna confront for a small amount.never going to that branch again.airport/countryside.

Would have given negative if I could. I came at this location at night worst customer service. Girl at cash has Attitude for no reason. Never visit if u are having a good day because they gonna make it worst.

I had Emailed the pizza pizza feedback email and no response my problem is:
WARNING! The delivery guy with white hair will take advantage of you this has not only happened once but this is the second time me and my friends had ordered wings and a pizza for $60 that's the price we were told on the phone when the driver came he took advantage of us and would not answer why our total became $90 then he said delivery fee. And we are only 3KM away from the pizza store and it does not make sense to charge $10 per kilometer and on top he kept and asking us for a tip your drivers need to have shame for asking kids for money and scamming them and still no response from pizza pizza email.

We always try to get pizza from them. Its different, delicious and full of toppings. None.of the other location make same quality. Really happy and satisfied.

I called them for the first time to place an order. I was very polite with the attendant but she was very rude and not listening to my order properly.
If you are having a bad day don’t come to work and don’t spoil others mood!

The pizza was so salty. The toppings were not spread till the end. The ends were completely empty. Somehow the base was watery and too soggy.

Good service and the pizza was actually good. Not the biggest fan of pizza pizza but this is a location I would definitely go back to.

I went inside to order food and use washroom.
But when I asked for the keys to washroom at first they said it’s broken, while i knew there were 2 washrooms. So next when I asked again they said it’s closed because of covid and then in third time i was told it is not public washroom while i went there to give them business too.
And when I asked for store number one man working in there said i don’t have number for you.
You can tell them intersection.
While i am 100% sure every pizza pizza has allocated store number.
Strange thing is when i was talking to them they all hide behind the oven and i asked them few time none of them replied.

Why they didn’t wanna give me store number that brings lot concern to me.
Is store/franchise in right hand?

PREORDERED an order for pickup. Initially wouldn't give us our order because some how they recorded the wrong number. When we finally got our order on the way home we realized they didn't put the dips we paid for. Had to drive back. Someone from the back had to come and apologize but the girl taking care of our order did not care. Got home our food was all undercooked. Maybe if the staff didnt have their airpods in they could actually pay attention to their job

WORST EXPERIENCE! Yesterday I ordered the spicy bbq chicken pizza through phone for pick up. They called me back, but I was not at the phone in the moment so I called back but the person who picked up did not know why they called me back. So, I went to pick up my order and when I came back there was no bbq sauce in it. I called to enquire and they said the store finished with bbq sauce. The people at customer service said they cannot do anything. They changed my order without my confirmation and charged me same amount. I asked to return the pizza or exchange, but they said they cannot do it. Very bad service! I was given an order without my confirmation that it was changed. Even the people working in the store did not inform me about the changes. They refused to replace my pizza or refund my money. Worst experience I have encountered from a store.

This location always gives you best food and great customer service. Cashier is very polite and friendly. She knows very well how to deal with customers.

Absolutely disgusting restaurant and employees are rude! No washrooms allowed for customers that eat there. I couldn’t even wash my hands before my meal. Will not be going back there!

Bad Customer service and long wait. On top of that this restaurant won’t allow you to use the washroom even with the covid restrictions lifted most likely because the staff is too lazy to clean the washroom and just say we don’t allow to use the washroom. If the staff Don’t want to work! Should stay home wont have to work at all.

5* to the guy who made my pizza tonight at 1: 55 am.i have never ate so fresh and delicious pizza. Tastes so great.

I messed up my Uber pickup order, and realized it after I received my stuff. Shub and Manvir at the cash register were kind enough to accommodate my request. Super nice staff! Half moon cheesy bread was yum!

This Pizza Pizza location has the best service! We had a minor issue with the delivery order. Sukhi, an employee at the store, quickly fixed the issue. He sent an an employee to hand deliver a new item. He was very kind and helpful. This is one of a kind service. Thank you Sukhi!

I never used to like pizza pizza before, but this location at Airport and countryside make the best pizza. The other pizza places would never load up on chicken and pepperoni. Keep it up guys!

These guys NEVER listen to the added instructions, I always ask for thin crust pizza and I swear to god they on purpose make the thickest doughiest pizzas that they can make, order from somewhere else

Got the order wrong even after repeating it. Half pine apple and half onion, tomatoe and pine apple. Even after repeating and double checking when reached home only one half of pizza had pineapple other half had nothing. Except extra cheese

Worst customer service. Girl at billing has very wrong attitude. She don't how to respect the customer Never go to this store go to mountainash store its close by. They have the best customer service and better pizza.

Disappointed. Dropped in to order a pizza to go, (since you can't eat in anyways). Placed my order AND specified how I wanted the pizza cooked before finishing placing order. Waited what seemed like 25min or longer. Even other customers who were ahead of me were foaming at the mouth (like I was) waiting for their orders. In the end, somehow my order came out ahead of two other parties who had ordered ahead of me. Because I was short on time, I took my order and had to get going. It was better than nothing at all, but I wouldn't call it anywhere near "lightly done". This had to be close to 1 in the morning, so choices were limited. I ate it, minus the rock-hard crust. Why is it so hard to keep your eye on something so that it doesn't burn? No receipt. Next time, I'll be sure to get a receipt (if there is a next time), and if they over-do it again, I'll refuse it and they can give me a refund. Not waiting for a do-over, only get so much time for meal breaks. Pay attention to your customers, and pay attention to what you're doing. Playing with your own cell phones in the store should be forbidden. If you want to yap on your cell phone, take a break, do it outside or out of sight of the customers. Then come back and wash your hands prior to resuming work.

Most the time they pizza decent went there the other day got a square slice and it wasn't cooked inside it was still wrong

I ordered a pizza with some creamy garlic sauce they put some other sauce and taste so bad. Toppings are very few. They don't know to how to treat with the customers. Never recommended. Very bad experience and worst pizza ever.

Always a treat.love how the chain has jazzed up its interiors and maintains consistent standards. Has lots of options to choose from, even for fussy vegans (they offer vegan cheese at no extra cost, which is a huge plus).

I ordered a medium cheese pizza, and I had asked for extra sauce as they never put enough. This was the end result! Who puts COLD sauce on the cheese on an already cooked pizza?

Pizza is good, service isn’t bad, but small location for sitting. Usually just order a pizza and bites usually to take home, 1 thing I do love is that they are open till 2 am.
