I have ordered food here so many times, and each time was incredible. Always hot. Extremely tasty pizza!

Got a slice combo. Guy burnt my slice, which was the last cheese slice. I get it, screw ups happen. Asked him what options I had, he said he'd give me a free dip but I already paid for a dip so I asked him to just get that. He asked me again if I wanted the slice. I asked again if there were any other options and he said no (couldn't eat other slices because they were all pepperoni). So essentially, he was asking if I wanted to just throw the pizza I paid for.
I understand that screw ups happen, but seriously, how is there no policy for this? At Tim Hortons, we have a standard policy for incidents just like this one. Y'all need to get this management checked and train your staff.

Was served a very old slice with what looked like fly larvae on the pizza. I will never eat here again

Worst service ever, they don’t respect their customers, rude behaviour in front of all other customers, they even do not know how to talk. Never gonna come again. Worst experience ever.

The service is too poor and also the pizza. The staff behaved too rudely. Totally not worth it.

I love their Mediterranean veggie slices and often go in to eat a couple. They always reheat it really nice and crispy for me. Staff is really great and very respectful! Recently renovated and really looks great!
***Edit** Took my mom there for a sit down meal and the staff were SUPER nice with us. We ordered the walk in special and it was done in less than 15 min. Tables were clean. Restaurant was quiet. Now my mom who usually NEVER goes out, wants to come back there all the time ️ Great job PizzaPizza ️

The evening girl here has some serious attitude. She aggressively tapped her pen on the counter when she asked for my order number. Every time I’m here she looks like she doesn’t want to be here. I have never had a single interaction with her that wasn’t negative. She should be removed from any and all customer facing human interactions until she has received adequate training in customer service and human decency. Other staff are great and have a witty sense of humour.

This place is just amazing.so fantastic.pizza pizza man here at 1am on a saturday is the best man in the world.we love him and this place.go here!

Rude staff, poor service, all the staffing were falling down when I took a slice in hand and lot of liquid coming out of stuffing, when I showed that to staff when got pizza they were making excuses and I had to complain that to pizza pizza at the same time and I have been told on call that store will provide you another pizza, but staff refused to make it and I had to leave after wasting more than hour without getting pizza.

Great tasting pizzas, good prices and they have amazing deals at times. Especially love their Pesto sauce pizzas!

NO MASKS ON ANY STAFF IN THE STORE! NO GLOVES! SHAME!

OMG, rude people, absolute rude and unprofessional, after long trip from Quebec City we checked in in the near by hotel and while driving my kids sow this PIZZA PIZZA location, they insisted after so many filet minions and onion soups to have old taste of PIZZA PIZZA, place was busy, asked how long it will take, got the answer, 20 minutes max, OK, no problem, came back in 30 minutes, still not ready pizza, asked again how long, they told me another 20 minutes, but just so my pepperoni pizza given to some UBER EATS delivery, OK came in another 10 minutes, still no PIZZA, AFTER AN HOUR I INSISTED TO GET REALISTIC ESTIMATE how long it will take, got rude and racist response form the local PIZZA PIZZA staff, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG! SHAME!

I went there on Monday, 6 sep 2021. I ordered pan pizza and they made with regular base and when I trying to eat everything spread out and they putting topping without removing water. I attached picture here as well. I made complain in head office they said your pizza will be ready in 20 min.but at 2 am call center was close and that store guy said u r done for the store and I can't make your pizza. I from long dive from Montreal and need to go to belleville and this guy took my 2 hours and I didn't get the food. I already did humble request to that guy who made, he saying me you select lot of topping then I said him I didn't try first time

Never ever visit this store again. I deleted my account from pizza pizza app as well.

I attached picture of the employee, who made my pizza and half moon bread. Shivani is the cashier there, she gave me wrong dip. I ordered creamy garlic one she gave me creamy dill one. And one more Indian guy working there, who wear specs that guy has no mask while I m in the store for 2 hours.

So I suggest to owner you need to close the store soon.

We KEEP ordering from this place because it's JUST SO GOOD. PRICES are very good, the service ORDERING and DELIVERY are ALWAYS very nice. Best of all, the pizza is TASTY and WELL-MADE. JUST IS. Very grateful!

I understand we are in a pandemic, but when I purchase your product i at least expect a public washroom. I am an essential worker and this is tiring. Yes you may have to clean your bathrooms more often. I ordered a pizza and when I asked to use the washroom they said closed. So I got my money back and left. And I wont return. Shame on you Pizza Pizza.

A stalwart institution in the Sandy Hill part of Ottawa, this is a local pizza joint that consistently delivers quality pizza as you would expect it. They've never let me down, and I highly recommend this location.

Lots of other place to eat in this town. Stay away from rewarmed piece of pizza, no mask and staff is rude.
So sad, easy to do better.

This place never fails to make me sick. There’s nothing worse than being at a gathering where pizza pizza is the only option because it’s food poisoning guaranteed.

Ordered a pizza, driver never approached the building and as it turns out the pizza had arrived WAY earlier than the website said it would. Why have any kind of tracker on your website if it doesn’t work? Apparently the driver stayed in his car and called me rather than approach the building but I never received a call. I tried to touch base with the restaurant regarding a refund because I knew if the pizza was delivered it would be cold at this point. The manager yelled at me and told me the driver had been by to drop the pizza off 3 times (untrue as I was paying attention to the front of the building and never saw his car.) I was told by the manager this was all my fault but that the pizza would be “hot and fresh” when it finally got to me. He yelled at me when I asked for a refund and told me no. The pizza was lukewarm upon delivery at best. Horrible service and I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered on uber eat's one of my pizza's were missing, and Uber told me to call Pizza pizza to get my missing Pizza. I call them and had to wait 15 min on the phone for them to hang up on me and call again for additinal 5 min, to tell me that they can not do anything and for me to complain to Uber eat's terrible service on the phone, he was rude and couldnt even at least order a pizza for me to get it.never buying again from Pizza Pizza

Ordered two small pizzas with cauliflower bites and received it within a reasonable time frame, however our pizza's where lukewarm at best and the cauliflower bites where soggy, one of the pizza's had goat cheese on it when it wasn't requested and both where unsatisfactory. I called to make a complaint and explained to the lady what was wrong and once i was finished explaining she said "Ok mam can you explain what was wrong with your order". Over all experience was disappointing. Would not recommend from this spot.

Good place for a quick bite. There's a couple tables to sit down while eating. They do takeout and delivery. Very affordable prices

Always a welcome stop mid way through a long drive. They sell individual slices so the whole family can get what they want. Huge bonus.

Absolutely rude staff. To both Uber/SkipTheDishes delivery drivers who pick up food. I’m appalled at how they behaved. From now on I’ll be cancelling any trips I received from this location due to the rude attitude and lack of respect for delivery drivers. Good luck staying in business when no driver wants to come to you location for pickups. Drivers are not subhuman, and your not superior as a business owner. We are human as well. I’ll be passing my complaints to Uber customer service as well.

Had an online coupon, but had issues ordering so I went to the site. While in store the employee has zero idea of what I was talking about. Took a while but the owner fixed the issues after minor embarrassment. Great food!

The deliverer charged about 136,00 dollar in stead of about 78,00 dollar. I realised me after i accorded the credit card and he was already gone. So I mailed twice to PizzaPizza, but they even didn't send me an answer.that is rude and disappointing.

Extremely rude drivers and an unhelpful management team. Would not recommend, you’re better off ordering from the dominos around the corner.

Ordered online, but never received notification that the order was ready. Sat in almost empty restaurant, but staff didn't ask if I needed to order/pick up an order.

Good Quality Pizza. Love their deals and 2 Slice for $5 + tax deal as well. Quality and right price. Makes me come back again and again.
