I recently tried the pizza at this pizza pizza store and it was an absolute delight! The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was gooey and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generous. The combination of flavors was exceptional, making it one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The service was quick and the staff was friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this pizza pizza for a delicious and satisfying pizza indulgence!

Asked for slice/sauce drink combo. Lady charged me separately for each item rather than giving the combo price. Said it was impossible to fix afterwards.

Messy and no hygiene.
Staff Touching the raw and cooked food with hands. No gloves.
Extra hygiene is required in these days.
My second or third time here and would be the last for sure.

Went to go pick up a slice of pizza on my way home from work.
Showed up 30 mins before closing and the employee had already locked up for the evening. Now I'm very disappointed and hungry.

Ordered pizza pizza for my kids, pizza is burned, the taste is terrible off course, and the cheese has become too rough to eat, avoid this place at all cost, my kids were disappointed and left hungry for alot longer than expected due to their terrible service, I called them to cancel my order and have their driver send to my location to take their burned pizza back for a refund but they would not do that. I am disappointed.

Not been to PP for a while, as we moved and dontvhave one locally. Crust was paper thin, pie was cold, don't remember them being so this bad before.something has changed.

So disappointed today, called in my order for pick up 5 minutes later customer service called to advise the order taker put the order in for the wrong date, repeated my order multiple times, picked it up and still wrong! Worst customer service ever!

You did an awesome job getting our large pre-order ready for pickup the next morning as scheduled. Hot, ready to go! And impressed with the loaded delicious toppings, more than expected. Thank You!

I am not happy about their service I ask for pepperoni and they gave me cheese only. I will definitely not going there again. Mud street pizza pizza.

Ordered a pizza and waited over an hour. Sat on hold with customer service for 30 min after giving up. While walking up to bed, the pizza delivery guy showed up, an hour and 45 min after I placed my order. I told him to take it back, we weren't hungry anymore and asked for my money back. We were told we had to call customer service, I told him they don't pick up the phone. At this point I'll deal with it tomorrow and call VISA instead. Never order from this place, ever.

Food came much after 45 minutes (ended up coming over an hour after) meaning it should have been free (for delivery) and the owner was arguing and making excuses that it was not free due it being a pick up order when in actuality it was a delivery with an address input prompt. On top of that they driver mentioned that his boss pushed the order to the side and essentially implied that he (the driver) was responsible for convincing us that we still needed to pay. This location is the most illegitimate and unprofessional pizza pizza in the city, it is a complete joke!

This location and their drivers are horrible.
They promised the food would be delivered within 60 mins.
The driver came late, and he was arguing saying he was here on time, complained about gas prices and that he would have to pay out of pocket, asked him to call the store, and I called the store from my phone, while I was talking to customer service he left with the order.

They had a full hour to deliver the food, the store is 15 mins away should have never took longer than 40 minutes.

If you can’t deliver the orders on time within the 60 mins at least call let us know the food will be late, or keep your promise for customer satisfaction and for delivery within the 60 mins.

Walked in to order a small personal spinach pizza the store was dirty in the kitchen. There were two guys wearing masks making the pizzas but there there also one In a black jacket with no hair net nor mask who was helping spin the doughs. The kite h was very dirty and just very unprofessional looking. I explained to the guy that served me that I did not want anyone that wasn't wearing proper ppe to make my pizza. I waited 20 min then finally got my personal pizza as they were out of spinach. This store need to be cleaned and overseen better too many guys coming in and doing things at the back of the kitchen. Naw won't go back. Oh the pizza was supposed to be a thin crust and I said it to the server that it wasn't he his explanation was that the dough raised.ok whatever.

First, there was red roasted pepper missing that was ordered along with other toppings. Secondly, the pizza was not well done. There was also a lot of tomato sauce as a base. Overall, the pizza was not tasty.

This location is awful! They never have slices ready, even at 5 pm. They only pull up their masks, even when packaging orders. When they do have slices, they are burnt. And they can't even roll out the dough properly. (it's thick and heavy.)

Ordered a medium cheese pizza for delivery, but never received my order, good luck with your business.

Absolutely horrible service. I haven't ordered from Pizza Pizza in years & this is 1 of many reasons why. It is a 10 minute walk from my house, my order was 5 minutes late. The driver didn't report it, Corporate says sorry but nothing he can do.

Pizza was good but even though i didnt check off the "cheese on top" option, i still got cheese on top.

Guys please check your orders before picking up. I ordered 2 pizzas and I did not check while picking them up.one was made fresh and other was clearly an older pizza which was reheated. Cheese was hard on it and burnt. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service and subpar pizza. They tell you to look at their order tracking on their website, they dont update it, and then blame you for not coming to get the pizza when it was done (didn't even let me know they had started the order let alone that it was ready to be picked up). Pizza was relatively flavorless, cold, and soggy. Asked them to reheat it before I took it home and it was hardly reheated (my oven at home somehow was better at heating it than the industrial pizza ovens they have). So many better places to get pizza from, dont order from Pizza Pizza let alone from this location! If I could rate it a 0 I would.

Ok. I understand it's covid time. But come on. I had a Hawaiian slice. I asked them to crisp it up in the oven. I ate it in the parking lot. Dude the pineapple was cold. The pizza itself tasted like it was made the day before. Total disappointment. Was better off just not eating anything.

BEWARE! Do not order from this place unless you want cold pizza with incorrect toppings. Spent useless time on the phone speaking to customer service, they said they would "compensate" me by delivering a free pizza. After waiting for 45 minutes, only to get a pizza with olives on it, I was apparently being compensated by having to wait another 45 minutes for my "free" pizza. Thank you Pizza Pizza, I will gladly order from ANYWHERE else from now on. I advise everyone else to do the same. Even Domino's is better than this. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The staff is friendly and the location is clean but when I ordered a pizza it wasn't fully cooked and the bacon didn't look like it fully cooked. I wouldn't return to this location again.

12: 09PM one of your drivers just blocked my driveway to run across the street and deliver pizza. There’s plenty of space where you don’t have to block the driveway. I’ve had pizza at this location many times and most recently I walked in for their SPC slice special and the man wouldn’t give it to me

Walked in to a very clean lobby.
The service was VERY friendly and attentive, quick preparation of my order and paid attention to detail.
Fantastic food, hot and right to order!

The employee named as PARAM is doing a great job there. He had served me the pizza exactly the same i want. I would like to visit there again and recommend this place to others.

A Delivery driver named Alex Binny drove strait into my SUV while on a delivery. The front bumper was cracked and a piece missing. He agreed to pay to fix it so this would not affect him in the future as a young driver. I agreed. I can no longer find him and he won't answer my calls. Now pizza pizza on (mud and paramount) are telling me he no longer works for them!? Claiming no responsibly. Just shows what type of people own this establishment and how much they value their customers.

Was there at noonish with my grandson- food was okay but the customer service was rather abrupt and unfriendly- would hesitate to return

Asked for well done wings and extra sauce, was not well done, wings for suppose to be tossed and sauces, instead looks more like a puddle of sauce on bottom of cup.

The staff need to be trained on how to prepare and pick the food. When I came to pick my order up the guy just tossed the food in the bag, causing the lid to pop off my wings and leak sauce into the bag.

Usually don’t give such a poor review but this has happened to me multiple times at this location

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had, and their customer service line is a joke.they cant make a pizza right, cant follow what is on an order.and cant even refund the proper amount of money.

Had burnt pizza. Chef knew about and still told server to serve it still and still charges customer for burnt pizza. No good chef and management

I recently stopped by this Pizza Pizza and had the pleasure of being served by a very polite young man named Param. He was courteous and helpful. Because of my good encounter with him I will definitely be coming to this location again.

The guy at the front was great, and also the pizza was great, I had the walk in special. It seams like the new management has made a big difference, keep up the good work guys!

Came in just at 11pm and order a X-large pizza. Pizza was not done by 10-15 minutes by the gentleman and still had to wait for another 10 more minutes to get a barely cooked pizza. Gross! At least I got my money back after I asked for my money back. I will give you just 1 star for that.

Arrived to pickup my pizzas, they told me they didn’t have mushrooms. I said that’s fine.

Pizza cost $24.45, paid her $30, she gave me back 1$ and walked away.

5 mins later they came back with my pizzas

I said It was 9: 00pm, your passed the 20 mins (8: 37 order, 8: 57 confirmed or it’s free) and you didn’t give me the right change. She gave the my change and then said no we have till 8: 57. I said yes it’s 9: 00. She said no it’s not free because we didn’t have any mushrooms. I laughed and said alright.

Can’t make this up.

I ordered a extra large walk in special and a specialty slice for the wife. I asked for two paper plates, they said NO! There’s cheap and then there’s you can’t be serious! If money’s that tight maybe there in the wrong business but I’m guessing there just terrible business people! I will never step foot in that place again, kicker is the pizza is ok at best! I have also never posted a review in my life but the guys attitude on top of it was the limit!

By far the worst pizza pizza in the city! If not province! First time we order they sent us home with a raw pizza. We literally had to place it in our own oven and cook it longer. Called customer service and they said sorry they will make sure it’s not raw next time.

Next time we order a pizza extra large. They make us a large pizza. We tell them we ordered a extra large. I ask to see the pizza order slip and they would not show it to me. After arguing they finally show me it and it says extra large. They say well you need to call head office than.

Do not use this place. I made the mistake to give them a second chance. I’ll now drive to another company and get pizza.

Order was correct and ready for pickup early. Unfortunately the oninrings were not crisp had to put them in the oven.
