Moving to a small town has its perks and drawbacks. Discovering the only Pizza Pizza location in town was definitely a perk! The service is convenient and friendly. The ingredients are fresh which can really make or break the quality of food. I’m glad to say the pizza is delicious.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited 45 minutes for 2 strambolis. Pizza wrap essentially. Pizza place was empty. Then they proceed to divide money amongst themselves on the counter where they were prepping a pizza an inch away. Grabbing all the cash barehand they started manhandling all the pizza without even washing their hands.disgusting.

Went in to pick up our pizzas and the first thing I noticed was the thousands of dead bugs on the window sill.went to use the washroom and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I can't believe I even ate from this place. 2 of the items I ordered you didn't even have.pizza was over cooked, staff is clueless.the owner should be ashamed at the condition of this restaurant. I'm sure in India this is normal but in Canada we have standards

** UPDATE** I wanted to update, I reordered what I had previously ordered and I want to say I was pleasently surprised. I appreciate how the situation was handled and how the outcome was different (better then excepted). Everything I bought was fresh and exactly what I asked for. Thank you!

I never write reviews but I am disappointed. I always have ordered from pizza pizza as I've found the quality was always great. I ordered a panzo and half moon cheese bread. My panzo was hard and all dough, my half moon cheese bread was uncooked and not cut. Not sure if it was just an off day or if this is the new quality. I also did not receive my receipt. For 25$ plus tip I should have gone elsewhere.

We decided to give pizza pizza a try again showed up only customer in location man finally comes to counter after ten minutes of us standing there, we ordered two slices, he proceeded to then just ignore us never got us the slices started to do other things after waiting another twenty minutes of not even seeing our slices go in the oven we asked where they were the man flat out said I will get them when I am ready.this is the second time we couldn't even get a smile, a proper response or proper customer service from this location everytime we try to go back this is the garbage customer service we receive. Thanks for ruining every pizza pizza for us we will be going down the street to a place where my orders are always ready on time with a smile and with fast customer service.
Worst customer service we spend alot of money why be treated like trash

The owner is great. Very friendly and prepared the food correctly and I know a lot of people say "well of course he did" not all owners are so hands on.

Really liked the unique building. Pizza was good wings were better, Good friendly service.

First tip was included manually online and then driver wanted another tip I said no and I asked for receipt and he didn’t give me the one with toppings on it just credit card receipt. Messed up my toppings and pizza was burnt on bottom never again called customer service no help

XL pizza was soggy in the middle. We had to put it in the oven to cook it more when we got home

This is a very low quality pizza and very bad service. Very rude disrespectful waited over an hour for delivery just to be told that they forgot half my order will never place an order from pizza pizza again, and I hope this helps you for making a mistake of doing that as well.

New management is a lot nicer which makes this place a better place to eat pizza. Would recommend!

I called in for a pick up order, mulled around the house for a bit, went to shoppers drug mart to pick up prescription, then went to pizza pizza to pick up order, was just making pizza had to wait another 12 mins, pizza was under cooked and not ad ordered.

Terrible place. Customer service is bad and working there is a joke. After being treated like mush that Said they couldn't pay me because they had no money. After crying and talking to the owner I finally got paid. Then when I quit they accused me of stealing not 1 but 2 machines. They have cameras everywhere so instead of reviewing cameras they attack the new girl. Never will deal with this place again

They sent Delivery man with a broken debit machine and since I didn't have cash they made the Delivery guy drive all the way back to my house and honestly the pizza was not worth it. Barley any toppings/cheese very sad how cheap they are for such a large chain. Would not recommend this pizza pizza to anyone. I know I won't be ordering from there again. This isn't the first time I have had issues like this with them.

My first time in this place I enjoyed and had a wonderful time, but the second time was completely different because I had a bad experience with the employee she was rushing us to order what she wanted and also was very rude with our foreign accents.

Amazing delivery driver.i ordered funnel cake fries two days in a row today (the second day) they call me after i order and say we don’t have Carmel sauce and i say that’s ok i want my fries and they say ok they’ll be there soon when they arrive the delivery driver says i made a stop for you guys and he stopped to get us Carmel sauce and an extra ice tea with our fries.

Lunch was a disappointing experience today. I struggled to communicate with the counter girl because she was too busy stocking to bother listening to my order. When I got her attention She just put my slice on a plate. When I asked why she wasn't heating it and she said it just came out of the oven however it was lukewarm and limp. Then I asked for bag since I was taking it home and she stuck another plate on it and walked away.

One employee they could tell all the other employees were frustrated with and wasn’t doing anything. Made the order improperly and made extreme wait time. Not a trainee either. His name is Ken. I asked another employee for his name. Put wings in 10 mins after everything ekes was ready. Stood around did nothing. Another however was a champ. She and another girl were rocking it even without him. Her name was Santana. Wicked employee.

I give em 3 stars for there ability to deal with drunken customers singing bohemian rhapsody off key at 2am in the morning. If only their pizza was as good as their patience.

I called the store for a pizza and the girl who answered the phone was so rude, when I asked to make sure she was the orillia store she said "I can be whatever you want me to be" and then when I asked if she knew the other pizza pizza's number she told me "to walk over if I wanted to find out" I was trying to ask questions and she was being sarcastically mean the whole time with a super monotone voice. And then when I told her I no longer wanted to order a pizza (due to her being so rude) she hung up on me mid sentence.

Poorly managed location. Raw dough. Dont know how to deep fry.lobby is a mess. Terrible with keeping up on thier stock.

The young lady who took our order was most helpful and friendly. She recommended the specials and we were very happy. The pizzas were amazing and the toppings very fresh. Loved it with the garlic sauce. They cooked our order in record time. We recommend this location to everyone. Thanks very much.

I see that the service has greatly improved since last few months. Its a nice place for a quick bite.

They welcomed the 1st Orillia Beavers and allowed every child the chance to make their own pizza. The workers were amazing, friendly and super accommodating during their dinner rush!

Look no further and try this once.you will keep coming back! Deals turn out really cheap but food quality and taste are super.
