I have walked in today to order a slice for my husband and I. Very friendly lady at the counter told me they are new owners and it shows pizza is wonderful fresh and tasty. Will start ordering from here again.

Took my kids to try the stuffed crust pizza! We had a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and it was delicious everyone ate their crust which is normally left for me lol will definitely be ordering that again!

Anna is such a great worker! She is very kind and great at her job! She made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. Keep doing what your doing Anna!

Waited over an hour for food when they said it would only be 20-25 minute. People who ordered after us got their food ahead of us. Just very unsatisfied. It’s understandable when it’s a huge order however we were the only ones in the store at the time of our order, and got one pizza and wings.

Call centre makes it impossible for placing an order. In store staff are really ignorant. There’s no management.

On this tuesday, I ordered 10 party size pizzas which was amazing. All pizzas were having accurate amount of toppings with proper cheese. I really appreciate to that cook who made those pizzas with killing effords. Also, Within the guarantee timing I receive my all pizzas.
Such an awesome experience.

This Pizza Pizza is a hidden gem in Welland. It is family operated and it shows in the truly delightful service one receives when visiting. It’s like stopping by someone’s home to collect a plate of food made just for you. Also, a little known secret about Pizza Pizza is their chicken side order menu. They have become my go-to place to order chicken wings. Classic wings tossed in mango inferno sauce is better than the pub, and it is consistent. My wife and daughter also love the chicken bites and the chicken sandwich (all made with whole chicken breast; no mechanically separated meat nonsense). I highly recommend giving them a try. Btw, if you prefer to use the app to order, that makes the experience even more convenient.

Extremely poor service all around. Received the wrong order. Was told by delivery driver this was not his problem I still had to pay for it and deal with the customer service line. I did so and could NOT GET THROUGH. I waited for 2 HOURS on a Wednesday night at 10: 30 at night. Will not waste my time ever again ever ordering from pizza pizza Welland. Word of advice for those who do… check your order BEFORE you pay.

I ordered a slice of pizza, same as i have at pizza pizzas all over ontario but the woman working in the welland restaurant managed to burn it and when i mentioned it she averted her eyes and mumbled something. For one, you are the first person to ever burn a piece of pizza warming it up, NOBODY else has ever managed that, you are some kind of special, second, if you make a mistake, apologize and fix it, don't be as selfish and uncaring as you were because whatever you give out, WILL come back to you. I will not be spending my money here anymore.

They really had good deal on two medium pizzas for $22 something with four free drinks. I guess it was with four toppings, two on each but we added extra toppings, extra charges for that. Also, ordered chicken wings, wasn’t very good, too oily and overdone but pizzas were too good, fresh. They have good seating arrangement, washrooms were clean. Staff service is ok not so very welcoming maybe it’s late night we went over there. Overall this location is good.

This place worst pizza pizza in Ontario served me some undercooked wings and fries, made me sick all night. Had to call in sick for work was still puking next morning and felt horrible all day, never go here, worst pizza pizza.

Came in around 4: 30pm July 4th to get a slice of pizza after work employee working was blatantly touching food with their bare hands without washing them or putting on gloves after handling money from the customer before me. There was also young children running around in the back of the kitchen that can’t be right. Overall, one of the worst and most disgusting fast food experiences I’ve ever had I will never return nor will I recommend it to anyone!

Came in for my lunch break today and the lady making my pizza was not wearing gloves, handling money and then continuing to touch my pizza with her bare hands. My boyfriend who came in with me is now sick and throwing up. I do not feel good either. I watched the lady put my pizza into the oven, take change from another customer and then adjust my pizza with her bare hands… gross

While at the mall yesterday I stopped in to pizza pizza. Bought one slice and 5 wings. $18.92.forgot my drink. Total bill over 20 bucks for one slice and 5 wings. Outrageous.

I use to visit this location every Thursday because of their great service and delicious pizza.

Ordered a vegetarian calzone when it arrived it contained meat. Called to explain the situation told a new one was being sent over, waited an hour and a half for it to arrive with no apology.

They always have our pizza ready, on time and to perfection, just as my son loves it!

I really don't even want to give 1 star, we went to the store before 15 minute to closing and the girl told me to order from phone she said we r closing in 15/20 minutes so we can't take ur order, ths seems even the worst thing.

Best pizza's ever and such a polite staff and owner. A good thing is that all topping pizza's are available (indian taste as well).

Wanted a cheese slice it wasn't made. The girl said it would be 10 minutes I told her we would wait. I decided to add a Panzarati was told another 10 min. Come to find out they hadn't even started the cheese one for slices.
The girl was off putting and made me feel I was Interrupting her. Some one came and ordered a pizza after us and they received there order made fresh before us.
I give it 2 stars the dough was great for the panzarati but ñot enough sauce, very dry, cheese wasn't even melted.

I just ordered from the store. But I felt like I treated like an enemy. I do know why the girl who worked there why she behaved like with me. She did not even tell me when my orders was done, just threw the drinks bag and when I was ordering my food she was like an energy just because of I ordered too may items that’s why I don’t know. It was rude customer service very rude. I also work in food store I understand how we feel if we receive too many order. However, it was not even closing time. I also tipped to the restaurant but even then She treated me very bad. Otherwise food was good but customer service, I would say ZERO.

Asked for veggie panzerotti which was on the menu item on their website for 8.99. Employee said they don't have that but they can make cheese panzerotti into veggie panzerotti by adding in the veggies. Charged for each toping separately, the bill came to 12 dollars. Added the same topings that was on the veggie panzerotti on their website.

I just ordered and I am SHOCKED right now. This is a FIRST! My pizza came in a BAG tonight with all the cheese stuck to the top of the BAG. NO PIZZA BOX!
I called pizza pizza to complain and they said because I ordered through skip the dishes, they can't do anything about it.

The pizza is very delicious. All the staff is very friendly. Everyone at the pizza store is very respectful and responsible. The customer service is outstanding. I recommend everyone to order pizza from here, pizza is life

I was buy this location but very bad customer service and I ordered cheese pizza its very hard.they put very less cheese i never eat in my life like this worst pizza and receptionist very rude behavior.

It's so good and i love the service. All the members are so charming but the delivery man named manvir is really so fantastic. He treat every customer very calmly and make everyone happy. Pizza pizza has just so delicious things

Honestly, I would like to give a better review but every time I go the prices change. This is the only pizza place that has a dairy free pizza. When you do a walk-in order the special is $7.99 for a medium pizza. The 2 stars are for the fact that they even have this as an option, so I'm grateful for that, however, every time I go to get one, which is once or twice per month, the price fluctuates from $7.99 to $9.99 depending on who is cashing me out. I have asked why and I get no answers. The response is "the price is more for the dairy free cheese". But why wasn't that the case 2 weeks ago or a week after? No one can answer me this very simple dilemma. Therefore, 2 stars. I don't care that it may cost more but seriously, remain consistent with the pricing.

They have the amazing toppings, and choises for the pizza. Also they offer the dairy free pizza, which is great. Delivery staff is amazing.

STAY AWAY! I was there today, there were 4 people working and none of them were wearing a mask on their faces! Three had masks around their necks, one had no mask at all and was hovering over pizzas adding toppings. During the 20 min wait, only 1 employee washed their hands. No employee was wearing gloves. I will never be going back.

He cash the fievre of pizza, is in the mall but they have outdoor if you don't want to go in the mall you can just go straight to the pizza pizza the hot one

Delicious food. I totally enjoy their food. Plus their staff is really good and polite which adds up to their reputation, specially the guy Manvir. The quality of food is really impressive.

Manvir Singh is a Excellent driver with Good delivery. Always be on time. So polite and friendly. In future i always prefer this guy for pizza delivery. True Gentleman.

THE WORST PIZZA PIZZA I have ever been to.
The staff doesn’t know proper English. Employees are not trained enough and they hardly know what is available at the store.

I was very disappointed my pizza was cold I also did not get the 50% off and I did order on line as advertised And frankly I will not order again very disappointed. When I got there to pick up my pizza the delivery driver walk to the back with no mask and a customer was in the store with no mask Don't you realize it is the law to wear a mask nowadays

Pizza is good to bad for the staff they are rude and loud always the same 3 and they never know how to talk to customers i get asked up to 3 times by each of them what i ordered and my number because they are to busy talking to one another. I understand being busy but this happens every single time i come to pick up my food and i see how they speak to other customers sad i guess they only see dollar signs

Customer service is very good. Food is always fresh. Delivery boys are very polite and responsible. I suggest to everyone to try pizza from this place.

I got a 2 slices of vegetarian of pizza. Took her 15 minutes to check me out. When i home 5 minutes later the pizza was cold & crust was hard as a rock. Couldn't even eat it. Waste of time & money!

There are so many better pizza options in Welland.why go here? If you're at the mall, Gino's is the way to go. However. I guess if you like the taste of stale cardboard, this is the place for you

Ordered their delivery service when pizza arrived it was soggy and hand went right through. So asked for replacement and when that arrived it already had a hole in the one bottom of pizza and half cooked. Their solution us a credit for half of what we paid why offer a credit when I know the food there is bad quality. Should be total refund.

My family ordered from here at 4: 37pm on January 18th 2020 and it is currently 6: 35 on January 18th 2020 and still no sign of pizza

I always order from Pizza Pizza because I really like their food but I ordered on I believe it was Jan 22nd late evening and seemed to wait for a very long time before delivery. We were almost ready to go to bed thinking the order wasn't coming, but it came and everything was cold, the poppers were sloppy not crisp at all no dip, the pizza was cold, we had to put it in the oven, the wings were cold but that didn't matter we'll eat them like that.
