We went to this place and it is human nature a person might need some time to order food. When the girl who was taking order called for us (in a rude way NEXT IN LINE there was no to minimal traffic in store), and then I told her that it will be a moment. I think, there is no point to roll your eyes and leave.
Next male cashier, was again rude like he is doing me a favour by taking my order though I was very polite (I am sure of that).
Being in customer service can be hectic but you can not roll your eyes or be rude to anyone for no reasons. We should have a bit of professionalism, if you can’t then don’t work.

Ordered their 20 piece classic wings (as they are Keto) and was great. Ordered through Skip however it's cheaper when ordering direct. Would recommend and will come again.

Last Sunday I came here with my family and we tried first time stuffed crust pizza
. The pizza was really very delicious and staff was really very polite with customers.

Girl at the counter looks like not happy with her job. Making dummy faces while serving. Get her a chair and let her relax.

Immediately No! The pure disrespect from this location is unreal. I don’t like to pull the racism card but there is nothing else in this world that would make a human being treat another human being the way I was treated at this location. I will no longer be supporting this location or company as my issue was neither resolved at store level or through the customer service line over the phone. DISGUSTING!

I had a worst experience as i got hair in my slice moreover the toppings are not on Upto mark. In addition the behaviour of the girl on front is not good.

Will never order from this Pizza Pizza again! Absolutely horrible customer service from the manager and the pizza is never fresh. Will now drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on Mountainash & Bovaird since the manager actually knows how to run a business and be friendly.

Poor services and the sikh boy is totally rude.we ask him about wings and sauces and he was like look at the board i dont have time to tell you. Worst experience.

Excellent customer service from Manu. (the guy who wears his hat backwards) this is the best pizza pizza location in brampton! The pizza is so fresh and delicious. Manu was great. Please acknowledge his exceptional service and went above and beyond! Very friendly! Highly recommend this location!

Very rude behaviour worst pizza ever specially there is football size girl on front counter.

Uncooked chicken, totally raw, guy at the front was not welcoming, he was like why i came in at late hour. Horrible experience

I would like to suggest pls invest in your seasoning bottle. As this entire store just have 1 bottle of seasoning for pizza. Thats why girl at this store asked for seasoning when we were in middle of eating. Very bad customer service would never recommend to any one. Visit at your own risk.

Arun has taken my order. He was rude and in a hurry. I am sure he donot know Customer service at all. I am regular client of this location. I think I have to leave pizza pizza.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Bought the pepperoni special. Good start.though after my first slice i started to taste an indian spice which i normally wouldn't mind but it didn't work with my Pizza. Glad there's a variety for people.maybe just watch how the spices get moved.

They made a pizza with least toppings and least effort on it. Raw pizza and raw customer service. I boght like $30 pizza and i asked for a carry pizza plate. And this guy saying its not pizza pizza policy to give it like that. Is it not. Disgusting customer service and pizza is made so bad. Looser is working there with no educations of customer service. Such a bad experience. Please do not buy from these guys. Not making food with happy environment is a bad food to eat.

Always screws up orders and makes you wait double the time to remake it and doesn’t offer anything to compensate your wasted time even though they were the ones who made the mistake.

So many other pizza franchises out there now although pizza pizza has kept moving with the times as I am talking about their menu. Place was very clean and friendly staff so thank you.

I wanted to write a review not knowing this location all-ready has lots of bad reviews.
I started a new job closer to this location and compared to all pizza pizza franchises this location has the smallest slices I have ever seen (really trying to save money AH)

Order a wing it box, only had 6 wings not 8 and 7 chicken bites instead of 8. Will not go back to same location

Worst service I've ever seen in my life. They also don't show respect. They only answer yes or no to questions. They need to learn to respect, shop from cleaner, more respectful people. Don't waste your time and money with such people.

Went instore to grab 2 slices. Decided on the bbq chicken.
However my bbq chicken slice had bacon on theside of it. I don't not consume pork because of religious reasons. I had no idea they were mixing the various pizzas together. Never again. And I wasn't not even given receipt.

It clearly seems that the owner isn’t taking any action and rather supporting the employees. The employees have zero customer service skills with a nasty attitude. First they’ll not even come at cash to take the order, secondly they’ll take your order with so much attitude. I mean what is this? It’s just a pizza store nobody comes here to see your disgusting attitude. As of owner I believe he’ll only reply with his email to provide with more details but will hardly take any action bc if he did people won’t complaint on same issue. Shame on you guys!

Glad to have this pizza pizza close to the home. This place is much more take out as the sit in area is small compared to other pizza pizza (Specially one in Trinity Common Mall). Nonetheless, the place is clean, staff is good and they have an option of adding ginger and garlic to make the Indian style spicy pizza. This is my go to place from now on.

Poor service by this particular frenchise store.
Their driver refuses to come to the side door it have happened mannier times.
Have also talk to the manager of the store but it was not a help.

I accidentally must have forgotten to select the dairy free cheese option as I always get that. I spoke with Sunitha and she was kind enough to check with the back to make a new pizza for me, even though it was super busy. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend this location.

As compared to other pizza pizza their pizza is not that good. Their oven is new style so pizzas are not cooked properly and they try to save on toppings quantity so better avoid this store. I mean they don’t have quality.

Harman driver is diamond driver of the store. I saw him everytime delivering pizzas for customers. Such a nice cooks and driver like harman khurmi bhathinda.

Didnt ask if i wanted any sauce with my wedges and why would they, it looked like burnt anyway.
Seems like they forgot to put the base on my pizza and it tasted like cardboard.
The toppings were near to none.
Worst pizza pizza to spend your dollars.

Online guy couldn't find my address for 10 mins as I live on same street their store is what a time waste it was no more pizza pizza
