Pizza Pizza

The food is delicious, my favorites are the spicy BBQ chicken pizza and the funnel cake Stix with caramel sauce for dessert! Nothing beats it anywhere!
My only complaint is that even when dining in they don't allow customers to use the washroom despite the fact that they have a customer washroom in perfect working order, they keep it locked and don't let customers use it!

Not happy now 2x placed time call for delivery both times wrong times and called put on hold grrrrr. 140 am and getting delivery at 1140 is not cool when break time. 130am and they just leave with security when left number to call with ext to be reached at!

This is a go to pizza place for everytime we crave one sometimes even after midnight. The pizza is so tasty that one who is hungry enough can finish a large pizza all by himself. I would recommend this to all my friends and knowns. BEST MIDNIGHT PIZZA SERVICE!

Stopped in for some slices today on my way through town - i liked that they kept them in the oven a decent amount of time (surprisiny a lot of places don't) n and the crust was really good.staff were really friendly and the place was clean.

The pizza was really good. Located in the sketchiest area of town. Beside a police station and crawling with Zombies out front. The front door has been smashed for a while. Not the best presence.

I recently ordered a Mediterranean pizza here and was very disappointed. I have been ordering from this location for years and always been very happy with the quality, but this last time had VERY few toppings- it felt like they were trying to economize on the toppings. Not sure if it was a new cook or new owners but the quality was definitely sub par. Hopefully they will go back to their old ways.

Not much toppings. Ordered a pizza with steak, which counts as two toppings, and they barely put any steak on the pizza at all. Had some slices with no steak on it. No value. Will order from different location from now on.

We are strictly vegetarian and they gave us a pepperoni on the pizza. When we returned the whole pizza they did not even offer for a refund or new pizza.

Very tasty and fresh pizza batter than all franchises in GTA. Owner is very nice and humble.

I had the pleasure of visiting Pizza Pizza recently, and I have to say, it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! I hadn’t had pizza in quite a while… all the pizza slice shops kind of all taste the same but I was on that side of town one day and thought I’d stop in…. I thought I was going to get a cardboard tasting slice of dough! Well, Tony restored my love for pizza again…slices, Panzerotti, calzone, I’ve been eating them all and Tony makes them DELICIOUS! The only regret is that I can’t sneak over there more often!

Been a while since I’ve had pizza pizza but it was delicious like I remember can’t wait to order from here again

Tip hungry staff and drivers. If they see locations far to deliver they call saying no driver available and they will cancel the order.

Update # 2. I was really hungry after work Sunday so I figured I'd stop in and grab a chicken sandwich and once again it was was the rude ignorant girl working. I asked for a little extra mayo politely and she said ok. So I get my order and take it home open my chicken sandwich and it was DRENCHED in mayo. Literally top and bottom bun completely DRENCHED in mayo. Un edible! Nobody in their right mind would do that to someone's food! And management says she's their best employee. Management completely refuses to do anything about their night shift crew and their disrespectful behavior on the night shift. I will be contacting pizza pizza franchise head office to give them pictures of food I received and a video I took during covid restrictions of the rude girl and her supervisors behavior making food while they were supposed to be following covid guidelines by wearing masks in kitchen a few months back. Let's see what they think since the actual store Management refuses to do anything to rectify the situation.
UPDATE! PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL FAST! Most of the staff are very ignorant, especially at night. Quality of food has gone down big time. Very disappointed in managements response to my concerns. I will no longer go to this location ever again.
Would give this location 0 stars if that were possible. Changing my rating to 01 star from 5 stars since that's the lowest I can rate.

Order from this location every Friday for the family. Seems like we need to go somewhere else as debit is no longer provided according to the call in order taking centre. Best of luck to you and your business with not supporting debit for delivery. Will be going with another pizza place in Woodstock going forward. This was discovered after waiting on hold with customer service for over 30 min. The customer service rep also could care less by his tone. Going to another pizza place

Went to the store to buy garlic dipping sauce and was refused service. Will never go back.

Excellent service! We requested a new pizza with modifications and they made it without questions.

This place is really gross we went in and there were ants and flies all over the floor. We told them and didnt even bother cleaning it or anything. These bugs were found where there was no food so I can imagine the environment in which pizzas were made.

The staff here are friendly but I feel like they are spoken down to by the franchisee owner. I feel like the management here is subpar. As a customer I have overheard arguments and yelling from the owner. The owner I believe is a middle aged South Asian man. He has a strong temper and I do not feel comfortable getting food from here. I am assuming the health and safety are on par with how the employees are treated. It's very unprofessional and I don't feel like I am at a pizza pizza. I feel like I am kid again and I am visiting my Asian friends home and watching him get yelled at by his parents.

This place normal has soggy cardboard pizza. Sometimes both burnt and cold. Found 3 different hairs on my pizza today. Was given both expired chocolate milk and dipping sauce. Truly a gross place. Checks dates on drinks and keep the pizza FRESH! For the love of god please

Not worth your time! Get pizza somewhere else! Today the slices were cold.how hard is it to warm a slice? The first time I ordered 2 panzerroti here was on a Friday a month ago or so. Told it would be at least 25 min. OK. Get there in 20 min, and there were lots of people trying to get their order, that ordered before and after me. My order wasn't even close to being prepared. We asked, so why do you tell all of us 25 min if it's not ready in 25 min? (3 of us waiting around) she says head office only let's them say 25 min. WHAT? But they all knew it'd be longer than 25, mine took about 55-60 min. The girl there working was really nice, explained head office says they have to say 25 min for every order. I like pizza pizza, but I'm not going back now!

I'm not sure what was worse, the fact that the girl helping me was arguing with the people in the back over something completely unrelated that I didn't have to listen to. Or that she physically touched my slice with her hand to find out if it was warm enough before serving it to me.

Order from this place only if you are a big fan of flies and in your veggie pizza if not order from someplace else.

Been going here a lot of my lunch breaks for school, pizza and selection is amazing but the customer service and welcoming employees is what makes this place such a great spot to sit down and eat.

Very bad experience. Pizza had crazy amount of oregano. On requesting to clean up the oregano, they removed it with wet paper towel which made pizza soggy. Also, pizza was still very very salty.
Not at all recommended.

Worst service and worst pizza. Pizza was not even cooked properly n neither it was cut in piece properly. Totally wastage of money. Will never ever come back or recommend to anyone.

Literally just had the worst slice of pizza in my life! One bite and into the garbage it went. Actually expecting to get ill. Raw dough, cold and uncooked meats and no cheese to be found

After spending 10 minutes on the phone with them they told me they would not deliver to where we live, just 10 minutes outside of town. Very disappointed.

PIZZA HAD INSECTS IN IT and NO ONE TOOK RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR ACT and THEY HAD THE NERVE OF OFFERING ME FREE DIPPING SAUCES TO MAKE IT RIGHT. On top of that One worker was cleaning garbage and came to serve me without washing his hands. When I complained he started talking in his native language. Management please take care of this.

HORRIBLE PIZZA and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Received a pizza with the least amount of sauce. Was like biting into half a loaf of Dempster's white bread with a quarter of a milligram of tomato sauce. When calling to complain about my dissatisfaction of this mound of bread dough I was offered 5 dollars for a 20 dollar subpar "pizza". Will never order from them again and will tell everyone to never order from this terrible store again. Never had this issue when ordering from other stores in Woodstock. If I could leave negative stars I'd leave negative 5 stars for the service I received last night.

Pathetic Customer Service! They dont deal with complaints, they block you. Check your bills they like to rip people off and over charge. Goto Pizza hut or Dominos because they have better Customer Service. To hell with this pizza pizza, I hope they shut down. Them and their bug infested store.

I ordered the pizza from this place, It was not cooked properly and I was unable to figure out where the toppings were, it was the worst pizza i ever ate. So don’t waste your money and time here.

Very bad the dough is almost like a focaccia bread rather than pizza dough but to each their own. Main issue as you can see for whole party pizza I think they sliced one mushroom? Very cheap! Good thing I did not order extra toppings at almost $3 each, complete waste of money. Go to some local store it’s much better or make your own at home you can do a better job than this location

So there was a big mosquito? In the pizza we called them for this problem they told us they will give us replacement but we didn’t receive the replacement at our address then we called the PIZZA PIZZA customer care agent he told us that the manager of store is saying we have delivered the pizza but we never received it. This show how careless they are towards the health of the public and how they Cheat their customer. GOOD JOB PIZZA PIZZA

Ordered a Large cheese pizza, it was garbage like cardboard. Took it back and staff was sitting on the pizza making table didn't come to greet me until I called customer service manager, He was arguing with me refused to make me another pizza or give a refund. Horrible food and worst service.

Honestly avoid this place if you can, this is our second time ordering in two week and it’s the second time something was forgotten when it was delivered. First time all our dips we paid for were not delivered, we decided to give them a second chance and ordered again this evening and this time our medium pizza as well as the marinara sauce was forgotten. Now we have to spend the next little while trying to get the money back for the missed items.

Update ** we have been told someone will call us back which they still haven’t, we also can’t get through to anyone now to get a refund. It’s not even like it’s a lot of money it’s the fact that they don’t seem to care they’re literally stealing money from people. Super sad this store is doing this.

Ordered extra cheese on the pizza and they used some old probably EXPIRED and NASTY SMELLING CHEESE. Not sure what they expect customers to think when the smell is clearly coming through the toppings. I couldn't even take 3 bites of a $14 pizza and I had to throw it out. I know pizza places can be cheap when customers ask for extra cheese, but this is beyond unacceptable. I strongly encourage nobody to order from here unless you want food poisoning.

If I had a choice, I would have given zero star.
I ordered a pizza last night online through website which was delivered a burnt. So, I complaint about it and I got a new one delivered to my home which literally has few droplets of sauce on it despite in my original order it was extra. I don’t know how I ended up ordering pizza at particular this outlet via pizza pizza website, which is far most from my location. Regretting of ordering pizza as the quality was below my expectation level. Really it’s a good way to demote people to use online ordering.

This review is based on few visits to this location. I wish there was an option to give no stars. So far I had to deal with the the owner and and one of the staff members that works in the front, both are rude. This time I experienced this same staff member or owner giving a hard time to one of the girls that came to pick order from one of the food delivery companies. This guy is fortunate that he still has a job.

Hair baked inside pizza and they never admitted their fault. Workers not wearing hair nets. Never going to this place again. Twice a deal is a lot better than these guys.
