Cold slice, clerk went to talk to a delivery guy and took my order out too quick. Passed me my slice and went right back to his conversation

Stopped on the way home to pick up a walk in special. Ordered a medium pepperoni. Was told 10 minutes, which it was only that long of a wait. Got home, 15 minutes away, opened the box and had 8 slices of this. Not even sure what was, besides overdone. Very disappointed, considering this particular franchise is usually so good. Tried to contact the restaurant and could not get through. Needless to say, the dog ate pizza for dinner tonight.

This is the best place to eat outside i really appreciate the service which they provide. Each and every person is very polite allways prepare food upto expectations.

The Crew members are not good. Non responsive and does not tell or suggest about toppings. Had bad experience and it's affecting the brand name.

One of the best services offered and the staff is really good and always makes sure that food is made great. Must try!

The owner/workers of this pizza pizza purposely turned off their qr code scanners (saying they didn't work) and didn't have single slices made, they didn't want to honour the free single slice the pizza pizza app was offering through the Toronto Raptors promotion. Shame on you guys and head office will be hearing about this.

I didnt leave a review last time even though pizza was not good at all. But it happened third time in a row. Pizzas are too oily and does not have the taste like authentic "pizza pizza".

I would have given a negative star review if that was a thing. Such a bad experience to end our otherwise great day. I ordered whole wheat base pizza and it was burnt (understandable-to err is human) and then after filing a complaint they sent me a new one which the guy over phone insisted that it would be exact same which I had ordered initially. When the second pizza came home it was not a wheat base and when I called them up again they mentioned it was not a wheat base the first time.

I would have over looked the burnt pizza easily and the wrong pizza and still be their client had they shown a cent of empathy and would have apologized their mistake instead of putting it on the customer. Customer service agents over the phone are horrible and they treat you worse than beggars. Shame on such a big company.

Have I said before that they didn't make a single effort to rectify their mistake. Worse experience specially with customer service agents over the phone.

This place is great no doubt, the owner is so kind and nice. But $2 jump in price on the 10 wings. Come on. From 12 to 14 the 10 breaded wings. I hope the war in Russia is not the reason behind that price hick.

This location is easily accessible, late hours is great (close 3am usually), employees are nice. Only reason for 4 stars is because there aren't many pizza slices available.

I wish i can give you guys more than 5 stars. One of the best pizza pizza location in hamilton.it was so good n tasty.service is excellent n nice staff.excellent job guys. I recommend to everyone. TRY THERE TANDOORI PANEER PIZZA. ITS so delicious.

I asked them to clean the table because it had a lot of grease and they only put liquid on it for so I suppose I had to clean it and the bathroom is a disaster, there is no hygiene in this place. The pizza was good but for take out only

Used to be a regular at this store. Not anymore. The customer service is pathetic. Got an order of overcooked wings and called to inform about it. The resolution was crazy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Called to make an order and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I'm not too bothered but it seems like you shouldn't have someone that takes calls who seems like they hate it there. Wasn't too welcoming. Did not end up making an order because of this.

Also I don't want the same response from the owner that is given to every other bad review. Seems like you don't really care too much especially because old reviews I've read say the same thing that I encountered but 2 months ago. Just read my comment and move on.

They make awesome pizza, never had this taste of pizza before. And the staff is also very friendly and polite.

I'm not crazy about pizza but this one from Pizza pizza I love it. Texture, ingredients, taste all great. And love the panner pizza with the garlic base. I think I found my favorite pizza place. Thank you Pizza pizza

The new butter chicken is the best one I ever had and moreover their waiting time is even less then 10 minutes so I really loved it

The garbage is overflowing none of the staff are wearing hair nets tables are not clean

Neither customer friendly nor supportive. They are not following the customer satisfaction policy and rude too.

Good service, timely prep of pizza, though it wasn't too busy so I wouldn't have expected that to be an issue. My only complaint is that they don't have any halal meat options, and given the store is on upper james i really found it odd not to have any halal meat given the large market for it.

This is second time at this location. I visit after 11 months this location but no changes. The employees were rude and they dont know what is customer service and made pizza with less toppings like cheese pizza and talked rudly. Never going back again this location. Never advice anybody to go here even they are hungry. This is worst pizza pizza. Not a good place to eat pizza. I will give 0 star.

Worst service ever.employees doesn't know how to treat the customer.first they make a bad pizza with very less toppings, after that when you go with complaint they argue with you, insult you, and showing you a way to get out.
I will never ever recommend this disgusting place to anyone where people disrespect you.

How rude treat there costumers I order from here today and they told me your order will be here in 30m fast forward a little bit it has been an hour we called them to see why are order isn't here yet and they said that they canceled our order and then they said if u want u can contact customer services and the employ was so rude this is the last time were ordering from here.

We enjoy their XL two topping pizza deal. We get them to add their garlic and pepper sauce and it adds a of flavour to the pizza. We've found they make the pizza nice and fast, and it's often ready significantly earlier than their deadline.
