We had elderly people with us who wanted to use the washroom and it was denied.
Saying it is under maintenance.
Guess this is under maintenance FOREVER.

Horrible place. Place was dirty on the inside, I swear I saw insects crawling in the back. Dirty dirty place and the owner is a real a**hole. I asked him to throw my slice in the oven because it was cold and he told me $10 dollars or get out. Real piece of work that guy. Do not dine here, you will regret it.

They have the nerve to call this atrocious trash pizza? Italy should declare war against this location. The pizza was doughy and floppy, no crispiness. And the service was abysmal. They took too long to make it and when they called my order number the pizza was cold. Absolutely repulsive! I would recommend buying store bought frozen pizza it's way better than this place!

Closed BOTH bathrooms because they ain’t wanna clean them, and claimed they were out of service! What kind of establishment is this?

If I could give it half a star I would, absolutely disgusting pizza. Considerably worse than any other pizza pizza location

The girl working on the front very rude and doesn't know about treating customer.
I won't go back again.

This location is close to our place, we could have been their regular customer but they lost it! Customer service here is soo bad. We requested to use washroom, they lied straight to our face giving the stupid reason that washroom lock is not working. Let me tell you right after that staff themselves was using it!

I would much rather drive to any other location where I get better customer Service!

Ordered large pizza 1 topping today self pickup, it tasted very bad and very oily, so bad that can't eat it more than a slice very bad taste

Toppings seemed raw. I threw away my pizza after eating 2 slices. My money went down the drain (but, that's okay because I didn't want to get sick).

Customer service wasn't very good also. You are supposed to smile and greet; not show attitude.

Giving 1 out of 5. Buy pizza from somewhere else.

AUG 10 2022, Ordered one large single pizza with grilled chicken, green pepper, red onion, creamy garlic drizzle toppings. Along with a dipping sauce. Recieved something awful cheese sticks. Unable to get refund. Didn't expected that

Zero stars! Severe diarrhea after having their creamy mushroom pizza and chicken wings! Terrible experience! My family including my kid got severe diarrhea! Health Canada should look into this.

The pizza looked good. However, the Hawaiian side of the Pizza tasted weird! The pineapple tasted old while the bacon didn’t taste as good. They also gave me the wrong order. They changed it right away but if I wasn’t dining in and decided to bring the food home. I will be disappointed and be forced to eat food I didn’t like. Workers must confirm every order and actively listen.

Worst pizza pizza location yet. The workers are completely incompetent. Everything seems unhygienic. And they employees are beyond rude and do not do their jobs. Will make sure let all of our family and friends know to avoid thus location at all cost. They said the order was ready and didn't have anything ready for another 20 mins on top. The pizzas were not made correctly. Tasted absolutely awful which made no sense. Absolutely horrendous experience. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

Ordered a 4 topping XL. I added seasoning and 6 cheese with chorizo. They used regular mozzarella, barely, and 1 little piece of chorizo on the entire pizza. It was covered in seasoning to cover up what is missing. Why bother scamming customers and acting surprised with poor reviews when you cheap out on toppings customers pay for. Honestly this entire franchise has run into the ground, but this experience put the last nail in the coffin. PUT TOPPINGS ON THE PIZZA THAT CUSTOMERS PAY FOR!

There shouldn't be any star for this garbage pizza. Be aware! You will get sick if you eat there pizza! I ordered a pizza and it wasn't even cooked and it's very sticky. Take a look at the pictures I posted. I don't know what these did to it. I threw it out and they won't reimburse me for it. Will report to health Canada.

I got a buffalo chicken pizza but the cheese tasted too sour and I even asked for mushrooms on the pizza they didn’t even gave me. The fries they gave me were too hard to bite or chew on.
If the manager is reading this then I’d really like to get a refund for the mess that your staff made.

New management is awful and I've had a problem or bad experience in one way or another over the last 3 years. Yesterday and Thursday have finally been the breaking point for me. Once I use my club 11-11 credit on my next visit, I'm never going back

Worst pizza in the world. They served us uncooked pizza, we asked for grilled chicken and they served us boiled chicken. When I asked the cashier she is like we serve like this only. And the cashier girl is having too much attitude no customer service skills at all. I don’t understand why the owner is hiring people like these. I would never recommend this place. Will never be back here.

Never ordering Pizza from here again. They don't know how to assist customer. No manner on how to talk. I got wrong pizza 2 times in row I kept quiet but after 3rd I just can't hold it. I wanted to talk with supervisor but on cellphone they just hang up. Went to store ask to replace it, for 2 ex large he offered me small pizza. Are they out of their mind. Plz don't order here.

We have been very loyal pizza pizza fans, we have been ordering same kind of pizza every time consistently, we had received wrong order previously but we didn’t complain however this time I decided to put a review because we can’t waste our money anymore.we ordered 3 large pizza today, it was not well done & felt like everything was running down from the pizza and unable to separate the pieces because it was not cut properly.

Hair found on it from previous order.
Cold, thin and no drizzle on top. No customer service skills and no response from contact support.

Guy with a turban is always rushing us while taking not only mine but others' orders. Also he was eating his random meat food in the front counter, tossed some fries from the fryer into his plate and procrdded to go back front side to continue eating for a bit before disappearing in the back side.

Be fair on your quantuty and quality! Ordered half and half you gave 7 slices of cheese only and 5 slices of grilled chicken! Paid for it brah

If I had an option of zero then most probably I have given that because every time I ordered a thin crust pizza that what I got with burnt taste. Pizza pizza (tapscott) took long time to prepare order and delivered burnt…. Worst experience…. Never gonna order from this location anymore

Pizza was not cooked properly. And it tasted very old. I got food poisoning after and really bad stomach pain

Avoid this location. This location have become worst since the last year or so. It used to be good but the new management I believe is not doing their job. Ordered a few months ago and got one of the most disgusting pizza ever. Watery, uncooked, unhygienic, tasteless. Toppings was not fresh at all. Gave it another shot and even left a review on the survey but again, got another disgusting pizza from this location. To be honest, the ladies that work there don’t even know how to make pizza. It was a complete waste of money. I would rather go to pizza hut behind the mall as their service have gotten better over the last year or so.
