I ordered 2 medium BBQ chicken pizza! They put too much tomato sauce, it was not yummy at all
Too thin, and burnes form the sides, it's the worest pizza I ever had
I don't recommend it at all

Worst Delivery Service and Attitude. Pizza was late over an hour, yet we were patient. Funny the Delivery driver was impatient, rude and lazy. Wouldn't even Delivery the pizza to the apartment. Too much trouble getting out of the Car. I had prepaid and included tips for the driver. I wouldn't make that mistake again. I am not sure about others, But We only get food deliveries when we actually are unable to leave the house due to medical reasons or unable to leave family members unsupervised. What's the point of delivery? If you make the situation same as a pickup. Late, unprofessional and absolutely impatient Service. To make things worse one of the 2 pizza was wrong.
Shame, I wouldn't be ordering pizza pizza again!

OH My Lord! Restaurant’s hygiene comes from washroom cleaning and the worst washroom ever.it was full of pee everywhere and foul smell is just a everywhere.it’s running restaurant but when i used washroom i felt like its abandoned from years amazing thing is they have keys to use washroom and just they dont want to clean it they wrote “out of order “ on it.zero to hygiene guys get your duties seriously.

I came in to redeem a coupon good for a free slice. The employee behind the counter - a young woman with an eye-catching unibrow - asked, "Cheese or pepperoni? " "Cheese, " I replied. Then Uni says, "We don't have cheese. " Why tease me like that?

Rude staff! Don’t allow customers to use washrooms citing wrong reasons! Also saw server yelling at a customer.

Worst staff, they don’t even know how to talk with customers, moreover the never let us use the washroom by saying that manager took the keys. Will be gladly happy if someone take strict action towards their behaviour.

I wish I could give 0 starts to this place as the 2 guys working there will make the worst food in like 40 mins and then force you to eat it. I ordered Just a poutine and 5 chicken bites and the South Indian guy at the front took more than 30 mins to prepare it and had the audacity to tell me that he asked me to wait 5-10 mins when he was already 30 mins late. I asked for a refund right then as the food was still not prepared but he refused and repeated he asked me to wait 5-10 mins. That dummy had no idea it was past 30 mins by then. I kept asking for a refund as I just wanted to leave and eat at some other place but he ignored and went back to preparing my poutine right then. He took 10 more minutes to hand it to me without even apologising and the food that he gave was the worst a Pizza Pizza chain could offer. The poutine’s gravy was stale and the chicken bites were harder than a rock. I couldn’t even eat 20 percent of the food and really wanted to make him eat the same and ask if he would wait 40 mins for that kind of food and service? I’m not sure how old the gravy or the chicken bites were but I’m very sure I’m never going to a Pizza Pizza ever again only because of this stupid employee. He needs to learn how the food business runs before trying to work in one.

The staff and food at Pizza Pizza was great. They had a variety of food to choose from such as chicken wings, authentic pouting, and of course, pizza. The food was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. Customer service was on point and was friendly. I highly recommend this Pizza shop!

The only restaurant without a restroom, this deliberate by there staff never give you the key even when you dining in. They have the worst customer service, there staff make seems like doing you a favour when you actually come to spend your money. The city should close them down

The restaurant messed up my uber eats order and charged me for a bottle of pop and gave me a can. I showed the short man at the counter my uber receipt which stated clearly “Bottle” but instead of decent customer service, and acknowledging they messed up on their end, he proceeded to argue with me and told me to take it up with Uber Eats. I asked him how much more expensive is the bottle and he said “one dollar”. Which was even more of a disappointment. I get its a recession but youre really going to lose a customer over a dollar?
Maybe if I wasnt a person of color he mighta been more understanding but, well what can i do be leave a review.

Very rude service ever. Asking customers to leave and said get out to customers over there who are been for a while. By saying if you stay here we cant do business.

I tried them multiple times and I hope to enjoy the positive reviews i read for them but they are constantly disappointing me.

People are rude, pizza is low quality, ingredients are not fresh most of the time and they are always in a hurry and never listen to your complaints.

Need to call pizza pizza customer service to takeout these employees. One chinese old dude is crazy. Throwing away customers. Very very angry service
