Pizza Pizza

I place an Uber order for a place called: “chicken chicken” with the address of this location. To my surprise at the time I received my order it was from Pizza Pizza place. All the food packaging was from Pizza Pizza and I was soooo confused that make me wonder if I took other person order. But no, it was my order. The quality that it was showing on the app have no comparison with what I get.

The food quality was horrible and it gave me food poison.

Try to avoid this location and also try to void ordering from Uber eats, they will scam you making you think you are ordering from other restaurant.

50 Minutes or less is a lie.driver was late and rude and the customer service sided with the driver. I guess policy is policy when its convenient to the company

I have ordered half moon cheesy bread 3rd time from here and it’s just keep getting worse. Never recommend. Worst staff and pizza, they are even worst. Don’t come here instead go to Carling or anywhere but not here

Let me start off by saying I've been buying Pizza at this location for years, I'm one of the most nicest, caring, and honest people out there. My story: I bought a slice of pizza a few weeks ago with a $10 bill and was short changed by $1 and told cashier and he apologized. Seemed like a mistake. Yesterday, go in and paid with a $10 bill again because that's all the cash I had, with a different cashier, and when I left the store I noticed again I had a $1 missing again. Honestly, 2 times in 3 weeks? When other customers are yelling and complaining at these workers half the time, your showing them respect, but taking advantage of nice people like me I guess? NEVER pay with cash here and if you do, be careful!

I wish there was an option for 0star rating because that is what they deserve. We as customers spend so much money on their food and in return we get wrong food items actually not even items the whole order was wrong. My only suggestion to everyone ordering from this location is- save your money, just go to another location.

I ordered large pizza with four toppings but only got three of those. I don’t have time to go back and ask them to put it or make a new one. This is the second time it happened with our order.

Wanted regular wings, man at the counter was not helpful & had no customer service skills. To top it off once I got home he gave me breaded wings instead. Don't think I'll be returning to this franchise

My order was late. It should have been free but the delivery man refused saying he was on time. I had to call at which point they did guve it to me for free. The delivery guy took another hour to come back and then he began screaming profanities at us! Never order from here!

Pizza. Basic and problem free. If you're looking for the best pizza in town, this probably isn't it. But it was hot, fresh, on time and palatable. No complaints.

Actually, one complaint: as you can see, the coffee crisp dessert pizza was not as advertised.

Was there for a PIZZA, the worst experience ever had.
Half cooked pizza and everything was falling apart.
The staff was so rude and used abusing language too and zero customer service.

Need to give them training again.

The person over the counter is soo rude it was 3rd time never coming to this location. Also we tried to talk with him politely and literally he was not good. Even we told him that you are rude and he replied ok good night. Guys we are also in customer service and if we did this thing people start yelling. Change your attitude guys you are serving food so serve it with happiness

Pretty gross hygiene wise. All along the window pane next to where people sit there are what look like multiple dead flies? Don’t know why you would leave that area like that when customers are going to sit there, made me question the kitchen cleanliness.
The cashier (older man) was also rude. He charged me for ketchup packets and once I got home saw there was no ketchup for my fries and I had to eat very bland fries and couldn’t even make it better with ketchup.

I came 2 times in this store one for dine in and 2nd time for take out. Both times my experience was worst. The person at cash being so rude and racist. I didn’t recommend any one to visit this store. Thank you.

Worst customer service.

Rude and rough behaviour.

Near to the closing time rough and rude replies. Asked for Store manager and regular employee is coming out and talking as Store manager.

Not even wanted to give 1 star, worst customer service. I went yesterday (i.e on 17 July 2022) at 7: 00 pm and ordered chicken sandwich combo with drink orange juice and surprisingly he told me that i cannot do, you have to take any pop i dont have any option here in my screen. I told him that i will pay extra if you add juice but he told me NO i can't do that. Surprisingly, when I got my order I told him can i get ketchup packets on side, He said No, I do not have any ketchup packets I just have big bottle of Ketchup. Never ever will recommend this place.

The staff was so rude and he made comment that is too much topping and they didn’t have 6 toppings that I wanted It was my worst experience at pizza pizza and I was so disappointed I won’t come back here ever

The old man working there ask as to don't add more than 3 toppings because he don't like it like that and he don't know nothing about computers and can't work with it

Check if you got the right order before leaving the stores because the employees there dont know what they are doing and keep handing people the wrong order!

Awful Awful pizza. Barely any ingredients. Loads of sauce, and only half the cheese in the middle. You had around 6 inches of bread to dip. Small amount of cheese in the middle of the pizza.

Waited one and half hour for my pizza and got extra thick crust at end. Never going back there.

Ordered a well done pizza through Uber eats but got a burnt one. Paid for the dipping sauce too but didn’t receive it.

A very disappointing experience.
We had a party last night so we ordered 4 pizzas and we were not sure they’re gonna accept the order but gratefully the cashier there did take our order as they had 15-20 mins left before closing. But the other person making pizzas did not seem happy.
THE NEXT DAY, we went into the store to use the washroom as we ordered another pizza online tonight way before closing. Before we could ask him if we could use the washroom, the person that made pizzas yesterday questioned if we were the girls from yesterday. And then he just acted really angry and started SHOUTING at us in the store saying “I was waiting 45 mins after the order was ready” which is not true, even the other guy who took the order told us that the order is big so it is going to take 25-30 mins.
We appreciate you taking end moment orders but at the same time if you were not able to do the orders you should just have said that while taking the order. We walk into the store the next day and you start shouting and scolding us - THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS AT ALL. Even if you wanted to tell us something, you could have said that politely or at least calmly.

Waited 15 minutes to buy two pieces of pizza that had a couple of flies landing all over them, asked for a bag. "It doesn't come with a bag my friend. "

Food is okay. We buy there once per month knowing this. The cashiers could use some guidance on customer service. I don't expect them to be my friend, but they could act grateful that people are buying the food which goes to pay their salary.

Manager of this pizza-pizza is too rude. After swiping, he didn’t clean his hand. He served soggy pizza.when I asked him to make the fresh pizza. He said that don’t comeback to my store. I paid with visa, he refunded the cash & don’t give me the receipt.so, I’ve to go another location.

At first they made wrong pizza (switched toppings between two pizza) after talking with pizza pizza customer support when I reached to pick up my replacement staff was so rude, arguing and unprofessional behaviour not recommend to anyone.

The worst and rudest customer service i have ever experienced so far, the cashier used the F word and said get out of store.its like i came to this place just to get yelled by someone. Even the other staff members were supporting. The guy himself admitted as the manager. The incident happened around 7: 30 pm on feb10,2020 this info is to identify the person who was working at that time.i know the pizza pizza is not going to take any contain, iam giving heads up to the other customers

Always give rude answer whenever ask about the deals going on, the guy with pony is never wearing hairnet and glovs while preparing pizza. He don’t even know about customer service. Very disappointed

Poor customer service, the Indian guy on storefront is very rude and always trying to fight. They made my pizza wrong and blamed me unnecessary, very rude people.
They should hire new staff, worst customer service I have ever received at Pizza Pizza.

Ordered my pizza online and even though we forgot to add their amazing creamy garlic sauce, it still arrived early and it tasted amazing! I was very impressed tonight! Thank you!

Terrible delivery service.very rude I always give a 4 dollar tip but after this one time where I just didn't have the money to give a good tip they become very rude they toss around the pizza when giving it to me and the quality of the pizza goes down. I don't know how they train their delivery people but they seem very greedy. I was once a delivery driver and when I didn't get a tip I still handled the food with care and delivered with a smile because I card about the business.stop being so damn greedy
