Food takes very long to be done
No washroom for customers (to wash hands)
No sanitizer, no tissues, dirty tablets!

A few observations. I placed the order online. Employee was at rear of kitchen asking my name, couldn't hear me. I had to point at my Head, as in "Greg Head", as he wouldn't come closer to the counter. Paid by debit card, machine prompted for a tip? Seriously? I tip generously to wait staff at sit down restaurants and my barber, and delivery drivers for restaurants. I'm put off that I'm asked to tip for my food I'm buying at the counter. I use Tap to pay for hygiene reasons, not good when I have to push buttons to select/decline a tip amount. And finally, the pizza was under cooked. Extra large with bacon crumble, pepperoni, Italian sausage and mushrooms. The cheese was melted but the toppings looked raw and were cool to the touch. I don't do many reviews and generally don't like to complain, but I was disappointed with this experience. I work the afternoon shift and usually buy a couple of pizzas a week as I head home from work. I would like to be a regular customer at this location, as it's so close to where I live, but as of now, I don't see that happening.

Great pizza overall and the cashier (Samir) was super nice in customer service. He prepared the pizza in no time even in rush hours.

The employees are unprofessional and have no sense of good customer service. They are rude and use abusive language with customers if customer asks anything!
We have paid already but the employee rejected the order and said I won’t give you the food and get lost.
The owner should take care of this matter and take an action so it is not repeated again. They are degrading your reputation.

Me and my friends went to take pizza at the Dundas pizza pizza which is near London Police. I was a loyal and old customer since a long time. I wish very disappointed by the employee's behavior which came out to be extremely rude and vulgar. Please add some professional individuals.

I had a very harsh and rude customer service. The employee said me and my friends, I will not give you the pizza today. Take your money back. Asking anything to them annoys them. I would realll recommend pizza pizza owners to hire professional employees.

Good pizza and online experience build your own pizza adds up fast with some meat toppings worth two or three other regular meat toppings but I've been to many worse places in London all in all three stars if you just want a quick good tasting pizza on a Wednesday night order one it will do the trick

Usually not that busy but service is little slow but the guy's working there are really soft and polite and work efficiently, only issue I always faced there is they don't have any pizzas prepared for slices and that's where I always have to opt for medium or small pizzas wasting that extra bucks.

They screwed up our order twice, second delivery toke over 45 minutes, the driver was nice and understanding, customer service no that efficient. They do not take orders correctly. At least the food was warm and good

The best customer service in the business. Manager delivered a pizza today outside of their normal zone. Manager deserves a raise! Will most definitely give business again in the future and help support the staff anyway I can!

Was.not happy with the service.for delivery its 30 min or free. Well you might as well get delivery.you will get it quicker. Pretty sure I waited longer then that & I ordered in store. Then the people around there. I wont be back

I paid $47 for 2 pizzas and 2 pops waited an hour and it was the most disgusting tasting pizza I can ever remember eating

Honestly it's one if the best Pizza Pizza locations I have been to.and I've lived in many cities across Southwestern Ontario.

A very quiet warm day. In fact warmer than my pizza slices were. Luckily though I did get the benefit of crusts that can be used for self defense. I'm not sure how old the pizza slices were, but the facts above speak for themselves. Best check the display's temperature before the health board does".

Had the typical bored employee apathetic customer experience (that's not necessarily anything I expect from fast foods, so no loss of points there). Staff are hard to find in the apocalypse.

Experience not enjoyed, can not recommend.

This place has never let me down they are always polite and respectful and they are very time efficient and have delicious food made perfectly to my tastes extraordinary performance by staff. Good job guys keep up the good work!

No longer a disgusting place!

Attended this particular Pizza Pizza June 16,2021 at 5: 30 p.m. Placed a chicken wing order topped off with a Texas BBQ sauce. I was severed in a prompt and timely manner by a very attentive young man managing front counter duties. Very friendly! I was told it would take several minutes to prepare my order and that exactly how long it took. Thank you!

I noticed the single slice pizzas were freshly prepared and did not look gross or dried out. Nice!

The chicken wings were "okay" but maybe a bit too generous with the BBQ sauce. Received a free can of Coke!

Restaurant was clean and tidy and all Covid 19 protocols followed.

A good three star experience. Bravo!

A disgusting place! Received no service after my arrived. (May 20th 2021 7: 30 pm). Waited several minutes before I left. It's a good thing that I did leave because all I wanted was a single Slice Pizza. Upon looking at the single slices it was noted these pizzas were all dried out and overcooked, like they had have been left out for several hours. Too many vagrants and panhandlers hanging about the the restaurant. Did not feel safe. Often when I am served, staff are indifferent. I ended up going to Subway next door. I have been going to this particular Pizza Pizza for almost a decade now. Each visit is becoming less frequent.

I have been coming to this location for months and I have received very courteous service and fresh pizza and chicken bites.

Quick, however limited to what's available to drink, and wouldn't trade a pop out for a dipping sauce (most places do) staff was as pleasant as a house plant so all an all I'll give it a 5 out of 10, being the super nice guy I am:)

Great staff with very welcoming customer service.
Everytime got a fast and fresh food in less than a 15 minutes in store.

Myself and 3 others walked out after being ignored by the staff while waiting to order food.

They obviously don't want customers so don't give them any.

The merchant who was in the front desk is non professional. He looks upset and talked with me sharply. I ordered Gourmet Thin Chili Checken Thai. I repeated 3 times what I wanted and I pointed with my finger to the picture behind him. Finally, he understood. After I ordered, he said 15 minutes and right away left the counter. He did not give me any receipte though. I took my copy from the debit machine upfront without the invoice. Then he came and insist that the invoice is mine which shows the details and asked me to give him back the transaction Amex RECEIPT. I told him that both of them are mine but no way he said take all the receipts he has. It is very clear that he does not understand what is the difference. OMG

The only staff there argued with me over if peace tea is iced tea or not and sold me the wrong product and refused to refund me the cost.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, driver was very nice but my pizza was burnt, very disappointing that such a simple task of making a pizza can't even be done correctly

Your drivers pauses for 10 seconds without saying anything after I paid him so he can take the change. When I called I put a note to bring change yet you did the pause. I get they want to get tipped but not the entire change. It was a delivery right by your store too wasn’t even far. I hate these type of moves it just brings back feed back like this

After a really late night at work and craving the first place I could find, I was turned away; employee wanted to get home and said they were closed, with an hour to spare. I shouldn't have expected much from this cardboard pizza joint.

Visited this place last monday evening and guy named Mohit served us with great pleasure and the place was even clean and tidy. It was a great experience

Just stopped in and asked to use the washroom before ordering. I was told they "lost the key". It is illegal to have a sitdown restaurant without an accessible public washroom. Looking here tons of reviews complaining about bathroom refusal. Clearly Pizza Pizza has no intent of resolving this issue. Disgusting, lazy service.

I was at pizza pizza yesterday and i had the best wings in London. They were super crispy, with the perfect temperature. The tables were dirty, they need to clean the doors at-lest Sometimes!
Poor customer service, but I had a take out and it’s the only place open till 2am. So I am good!
